About this house rental

Our island getaway is lovingly decorated with a touch of the sea, and has lots of extra touches to add to your vacation experience. Our townhome has a kitchen, half bath, and living/dining on the main/walk-in level, and two bedrooms, laundry, and full bath on the second level. Its most unique feature is our little, fenced back garden with a picnic table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio in a comfy patio chair.

Tucked away off of Mallery Street, community is conveniently located less than a mile from the village pier, restaurants, and shops in one direction and less than a mile from beach access in the other. It is also just around the corner from a beautiful public park with tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, as well as baseball fields and a children's playground.

Our community is small and peaceful. We always feel safe and comfortable in our community and on the island. And for added peace of mind, there are parking area security cameras.

We went to visit family breforw school started back. The owners and property manager was so easy to communicate with. Property is just as described. We loved the location. So close to town and the beach. I will say book you a golf cart before you go... beautiful little island, great for family time and everyone we met was wonderful.

We liked the location of the condo. Owner and property manager were a pleasure to communicate with. Condo is well stocked and nicely decorated. We appreciated all the extras this owner provides. From towels, sheets, dish soap, laundry soap to beach items. We enjoyed the nice pool very close to the condo. I used the vacuum several times, after I found it and it worked well. Highly recommend this condo.

This place was quiet yet convenient to the beach and St Simon’s lighthouse. We drove to both locations and did not have trouble finding a parking space. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The hostess was easy to communicate with.

We stayed here from Friday-Sunday. This place is very easy to get to and close to everything. We walked every day to where we ate and to the beach and the parks. Amazing weekend!

The house was wonderful. Quiet, cute neighborhood! Very clean and comfortable. The property manager came over and gave us a full tutorial on how to access everything and where everything was. Would definitely stay here again!

The property manager was excellent to communicate with and made our arrival and departure easy. The home is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family's needs. We enjoyed the available board games and shared pool. If we were coming to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Clean, quiet and convenient two story townhouse central to island village, beach and attractions. Property mgr. Melissa met us at the door to show us the door keypad and answered all our questions. Nicely fenced outdoor patio for morning coffee or dinner.

We used this property for a staycation for friends coming down to visit in our sweet little hometown and it was PERFECT! The owners were so responsive before, during, and after the stay! The property was in a perfect location, clean, spacious, it had everything we needed, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! We 100% recommended this property if you are looking for a place to stay on SSI that is close to beaches and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood! Will definitely book again. There’s a lot to like about this townhouse. Nothing fancy but it’s nicely decorated, absolutely spotless, well equipped, and everything works. The upstairs bathroom has plenty of storage with two medicine cabinets, a small closet, and lots of hooks. It even includes a bathroom scale which you may (or may not) want to use. The gated fenced-in patio in back has an overhang that we used to keep my bike out of the rain and away from prying eyes. The gate latch is on the inside, but bring a padlock if you want additional security. As others have noted, owners David and Laura and property manager Melissa are very responsive. The dishwasher motor went out half way though our stay. The repair folks indicated it was unrepairable, and we had a new dishwasher within two 2 hours. They also cleaned the unit half way through our 4 week stay. Although the unit sleeps four, it is really best for two because of the single bathroom. The development is very quiet because it is well away from the Saint Simons village, and the neighbors are quite friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Simon Island, and as we expected, we were not at the unit very much because we were on the go most of the time. It was all we needed, had all the items a couple would need for a long weekend. With only one full bath, it would would have been a little cramped for two couples, or a family with older kids. We liked the central location. We rented bikes, and could be on east beach or downtown in just minutes, and walked to both a few times.
