This property is a boasts six bedroom, each with an en suite full bathroom with jucuzzi tubs (two are ADA compliant) and spacious gathering spaces. Enjoy the indoor gas fireplace and the outdoor fire pit overlooking the river. Enjoy a stroll on our miles of walking paths along the river and through the woods, bring your kayak for a paddle. Overall enjoyed stay; however, there were several things that would have improved the experience. The microwave was not working and had to be plugged in separately due to electrical issues. Another outlet in kitchen was not working and as a result, the dishwasher did not work. Some of the toilets were very slow to flush. The air was not regulated in a few of the bedrooms. Extra blankets in each bedroom would have been helpful. The gas fireplace was not working. On the last night, NYE, the door locks all changed automatically at midnight and the assigned code for the trip would no longer work. On the positive side, Caleb was quick to respond and was very nice even if he was not sure how to correct the issue. The property’s location was beautiful and convenient. The outdoor wedding next door was a nice surprise.

The space was wonderful and the scenery was so beautiful it felt like we were in a dream. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and family reunion. There were lots of games for us all to play and a large living space for us all to visit with each other. However, there were a few glitches. First, the ice maker did not work. Next, there were only 2 wine glasses for 12 adults. Also, ants were found in one of the beds. The contents of the kitchen cabinets were disorganized. I suggest that instructions on how to use the stove in the kitchen and shower in the bathroom be put on the wall.

This property was wonderful for our 15 people ranging from 8-70. We enjoyed kayaking and jet skiing on the river. Each family was able to spread out with their own bedroom and bathroom with a great family room to come together. Host met us and was attentive to any questions or needs we had. Enjoyed our week tremendously!

We had a wonderful time, reuniting with 10 adults and 6 grandchildren. Enough space for everyone to have privacy but also to be together for games, meals, visiting. The location was perfect… close to shop for groceries, great for kayaking and totally safe for 6 young children. The hosts were wonderful and very easy to get in touch with. We would definitely return for another summer!

This was one of the most comfortable houses we have vacationed at. From grandparents to the 8 month old all had a good time! Plenty of room in the main area for everyone to be together. Outside space was very usable and the toddlers ran all over without worry. We brought a little swimming pool for them. The bedrooms were spacious. The views from the house were absolutely beautiful. Chattanooga was easily accessible. Easy to work with host!

We had 12 family in town for a graduation. This house was a rare find, with bathrooms for each room and so much space. The property was absolutely beautiful. Easy access to Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga.

We loved the outside space. The 6 adjoining bedrooms were comfortable and easily accessible. However, we were disappointed by areas of the house that were in disrepair and needed to be cleaned considering the cost to rent.

This place was perfect for our huge Christmas family gathering. We rented some of the hotel rooms in the venue as well. Several of us brought our pups and they had a great time as well! It is not a new, updated property, but it is clean and well kept. There were some rolling blackouts due to the frigid temps, but the PM sent over space heaters and extra blankets for us. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room gave us extra storage. The grounds and outside space are beautiful. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Overall, everything was very nice and well kept. There are a few little things that need some attention, but none were an inconvenience, just general maintenance items. The property is beautiful and the beds and furniture comfortable. We did wish we could’ve gotten the gas fireplace in the main room going, and the youngest in our group (age 11) would’ve liked a bit sturdier game table, but she survived just fine. We certainly would book this house again!

The place is fantastic. Nice rooms with comfortable furniture. For a big group on a holiday pre cook as much as you can. The o Lu downside is there is only one oven so cooking for a large group is a bit difficult. Overall this place is great and you’ll have a fantastic time.

We are a group of 10 who have been friends since 1969. For the last six years we have been meeting for Labor Day Weekend at a different location that can accommodate us. Two of us are single; the rest are married couples. This property met our needs thoroughly -- having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge help as one of our group members is suffering from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's -- it's been progressing for the past three years. Having the availability of a master bedroom on the main floor with bathroom (there are two bedrooms on the main floor) was a huge convenience. Kitchen was well stocked with every dish, cup, cooking pots and pans that you could want. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location along the Tennessee River.

Our family of 15 stayed here for a long weekend family vacation. We range in age from 22 months to 73 years old and it was perfect for everyone's needs. The property is beautiful with tons of space for the kids to run around. It is a great distance from downtown making it easy to get in to do fun activities in Chattanooga as well. We did have a few small issues during our stay, but we were able to get those resolved quickly. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to this area in future years.

We had a great stay at this property. We took a church youth group of 8 kids. It was very spacious and on a large lot for the kids to play, with plenty of indoor and outdoor games. The bedrooms and common areas were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. When we come back to the Chattanooga area, we will look to stay here again.

Large and comfortable enough to accommodate our big family. Everyone enjoyed the house and property. Kathy was very responsive to questions and a few minor problems which were quickly resolved. The kitchen was well stocked with large pots and pans. When cooking for 13 that is important. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for another visit.

My soccer teammates and I -- 14 over-60 women -- stayed at the River Place Guesthouse while playing in a soccer tournament in Chattanooga. The house was comfortable and a perfect size for our group, the surroundings gorgeous and serene, the city attractive and accessible, and the host friendly and responsive. We'd stay there again were our soccer adventures to bring us once more to Chattanooga!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on this property. There was plenty of room for our large family and all our kids. The kids loved running around and playing, and the fireflies at night were a huge hit. The other reviews are so right when they say that the pictures do not do this property justice!! Good lord our whole group was just blown away with how beautiful the views are. And so close to the city too! We drove in a few times but also took an Uber and had no issues either way. The house had everything we needed and we have no complaints!

This property is PERFECT!!! Lots of space, incredible views, everything we needed to enjoy some quality time with friends and family over graduation/Memorial Day weekend. The hosts were communicative and the property was as described. It was a wonderful experience and we fully intend to book again for our next graduation!

Expertly laid out home for several families to gather together. Floorplan is brilliant. Home was clean and comfortable. The property surrounding the home is stunning! The wide open space was perfect for older kids to safely run and play games, and the fire pit was neatly kept and so fun on the chilly nights. Would most definitely consider booking here again.

Water was hard to regulate in the shower. 2 minutes it was very hot and then it was icy cold for about 2 minutes, This was the same problem in more than one shower. It may have been due to the waterless water heater. Some of the chairs are not steady. There was not a coffee maker and they brought us a new one quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

We live in Nashville and wanted a short get away for fall break! It was a beautiful place to stay! We loved all the land and views! Our kids loved taking their play lawnmowers out to the big yard. We have 3 Littles and it was a great place to let the kids just run around outside. The host was quick to communicate and get back with us whatever we needed. And just a quick drive to the aquarium and kids center downtown. We would definitely stay here again!
