Putter Place is a lakefront home that invites you to unwind and make yourself at home!
Your family and friends will be delighted when they enter this spacious, tastefully decorated waterfront property. Whether you are making breakfast in the kitchen or watching TV on the couch, the open layout of the main level makes it easy for everyone to carry on conversations. The great room is highlighted by hardwood floors and sliding doors that reveal scenic views. A large, leather sectional sofa provides ample seating for your crew when they want to relax by the light of the gas fireplace.
With seating at the dining table, kitchen island and breakfast nook, everyone will have a spot when mealtime comes. You can also open the sliders that lead to the deck and make use of the grill for a summer BBQ.
You will fall in love with the main level primary suite that has access to the deck so that you can enjoy the lake breeze at bedtime. A king bed and TV will keep you comfortable when it is time to retire after a fun day on the water.
Upstairs, the loft doubles as a sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa. A primary suite with a king bed and a TV gives you a private haven when you need a little quiet time. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, each outfitted with a king bed and TV.
A second gas fireplace adds a warm ambiance to the lower level family room. This is a great spot to plan your itinerary for the following day. When you are ready to unwind, watch your favorite TV show or a classic movie.

Loved the view of the lake. The house was big.. loved it. The only issue we had is that the shower water smelled bad, like something was burning. Over all i would stay there again. Thank you for having us :)

We will be back! Putter Place was perfect for our family and extended family. Plenty of space to laught together and make memories! Swimming in the lake, kayaking and playing games on the deck kept us entertained all week. We will be back!

A great mostly private location at the far (dam) end of the lake. Very quiet and not much boat traffic. We rented a pontoon boat from the Aquatic Center (30min by boat) for three days and used every moment of it.
The house fit four couples, two singles and six kids under ten. There was enough room that nobody was on top of one another. The outdoor patio was great for grilling and dining outside. The house was comfortably equipped with beds, furniture and cooking supplies. The AC worked great.
Downsides of the house were the breaker kept tripping for the oven, which made cooking a challenge. Bottled water is supplied because the tap water has a heavy sulfur smell and poor taste: the house was out of water when we arrived and took a day to get more. The hot tub had no chemicals for it and got very gross very fast.
All in all 10/10 would recommend even with the listed challenges.

Hiking at Deep Creek State Park was outstanding. Highly recommend the area and Putter Place, I can only imagine how beautiful it is when the leaves are turning in the Fall!

After carefully planning our 2017 Deep Cteek vacation before leaving the lake in 2016, our rental house got sold which left us high and dry. A perfect replacement was temptingly dangled before us but was not going to be built in time as first forcast. Out of nowhere it seemed, Putter Place appeared which was not previously listed since it had been under construction. We may have been its first bookings and only the second family to experience it when we arrived in August. It was perfect for our family and boat and we are re-booked for 2018. Hopefully the owners do not decide to sell it before then like happened last year.
