The decor was very cheery. The standard king room was pretty spacious, comfortable & very clean.. The pool facilities and staff were terrific. Loved our stay.

Few blocks to Broadway. Big spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice pool with a nice pool attendant. Starbucks in lobby.
Rude staff. I was told we could get a late check out until 1pm and then there was space to work on the 2nd floor as my fiance needed to work remotely. They charged me an extra $200 to stay late and there was nothing but couches on the second floor.
I asked if there was access to the conference rooms to which I was told no because they were giving tours. Parking is $57 a day. Shower design is poor and water floods the floor as there is no door. I stayed from a Thursday to Monday and they were out of conditioner the entirely of my stay. When I asked for it, they just said they were out of it. The floors in all common areas were sticky and dirty. Homeless people were constantly in the lobby and using amenities. It is misleading that the highway music row happy hour was at the hotel… it’s not. It’s many blocks away but website makes it seem like it’s on site. We asked twice for new towels and bed sheets- we weren’t given them. This hotel is definitely NOT worth $400 a night

Excellent location. Friendly staff EXCEPT housekeeping.
1). Housekeeping was rude, did not speak any English, and you had to ask them to clean your room. We were at the pool for 4 hours and they never came. I politely asked when they were coming and said we could go back to the pool for longer and she motioned that they had a list of rooms and were not cleaning our room that day. For what we paid, that’s AWFUL.
2). The service elevator is the same as the guest elevator (2 out of the 3 main elevators also open
from the rear and you see a filthy work room). Staff would push giant carts of trash or dirty towels onto the elevator, push guests up against the wall, the stench was disgusting, and most of the time they made guests wait while they stopped at several floors. For what the hotel costs to stay there, it’s truly shocking and many guests lamented to each other over this insane decision by hotel mgmt.
3). The hotel is a beach (Buffet) theme, but there are only 3 hooks in the entire bathroom to hang all your bath towels and wet swimsuits. The door to the bathroom is a barn door (lacks privacy), but the worst part is there’s no towel bar or any way to hang hooks on a barn door.
4). Not enough chairs at the pool. Impossible to get a chair. Hotel is too expensive to not offer chairs at the pool.

Staff at check-in and restaurant could have been friendlier and more helpful .

This place is so bright and cheerful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool bar was fun!
The water pressure in the shower was a little too low for my taste. Wish they had microwaves.

We love this hotel. Such a fun atmosphere and a great location.

The pool/bar area was nice. The guy they had playing music was okay.
No water pressure in our room at all. Having to have the sink fixed mid stay. The carpet and couch in our room were filthy. You could tell they don’t clean the floors after a stay. Very dirty. The valet parking is over priced and they do not give you an option to self park in one of their lots. They also lost my car when we were checking out. I was told by the valet attendant that it was parked in a lot that was not owned by margaritaville. That was very unsettling. This hotel was okay but not worth what we paid for three nights. I will stay elsewhere next time.

Location was a bit of a walk from Broadway, but still very doable. We walked back and forth several times during our trip. About a 20 minute walk to or from Broadway where all of the bars, restaurants and night life are located.
Front desk needs to label bags being stored better. Our bags were separated when storing in the room behind the front desk area and we accidentally left one plastic bag from the gift shop behind that was supposed to be stored with our luggage. The manager was very good about shipping to us at home in cleveland for no addtl charge. It did take 3-1/2 weeks though. So that service could use some improvement. Keep all stored luggage together even if you have to rubberband or tie.

I thought the pool prices were too expensive.
When i made reservations i had put in "your" special Notes/Message section that it was my friend 50th birthday and anything you could do to make it a little more special would be appreciated. Nothing at all was done.

The location to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, and other attractions was within walking distance. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Live music in bar and at pool was nice.

They didn't clean our room or give us clean towels for a 3 night stay

Overall vibe was amazing and the rooftop pool and bar were perfect.
Not sure if everyone in the rooftop pool were actual overnight guests. Maybe find a way to patrol that a little more.

Cleanliness
Doesn't have independent air, last 2 times I have been there A/C Doesn't get cool enough, had to sleep with no blankets to be somewhat comfortable and I'm not a big guy either! Pool is small and was so crowded you couldn't even get in!! Im talking side by side with each other touching everybody. They don't deliver ordered food to your room, every other Margaritaville does! Was told that bar food stops at 10pm and bar stays open til 11:30pm. I gave it a 2nd try, but will be looking for another place to stay.

Place was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was decent.
Bathroom is not great, shower is weird, door to bath room doesn’t stay closed, shower head and pressure very bad. The pool did not look safe to go in, it was so cloudy you couldn’t even seen 2 inches below the surface. No good water bottle fill stations. Can’t wait for a better elevator system.

I loved the decor or the room, relaxed beachy vibe. The hardwood floors were a nice change of pace. The hotel was bright and clean.
I'm sorry I hate to call out people but Cathy you could crack a smile, yeesh. I think I would have enjoyed some simpler food choices. Everybody is trying to be so fancy with the food, I don't need 12 things on my burger.

The location was great. One block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame and three block to Broadway. Although it was colder when I was there the Pool deck looks amazing and I did sit outside by the fire. The Staff is so Great!! The property was very clean and the atmoshpere is exactly what you would expect. Can't wait to stay again.

Location was very nice, just a couple blocks from Broadway. Would have been nice to have had a little balcony for the price of the room.

Loved the hotel, all the decor and the great vibes. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Only thing I would critique is the shower. It either needs a longer door to cover water from flowing out or it needs a sliding glass door. Also the water pressure was not great. Everything else was amazing, thank you!!
