Very nice and quiet neighborhood!! Bungalow was clean and convenient. We loved being able to walk to the lake and hiking trails - we also loved biking around the garden district!

We enjoyed our stay and it was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It was also very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfy and we slept well. We loved sitting on the back deck in the morning. We did have a little issue with the coffee pot since we were all coffee people and we also didn't realize we needed to bring more of our own cooking basics. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

This house is perfect for two to four people. Well furnished. Bright and cheerful. Perfect location to see the best of Coeur d’Alene. Very pretty neighborhood close to all the restaurants and great parks to walk or bike in.

We really enjoyed this rental. The location allowed us to walk to most everything and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Lovely property. Thanks

The house was clean and easy checkin/out. We didn’t end up using the bikes, as two were kid size, so didn’t work for our adult children. The outside space was nice to gather.

We appreciate the attentiveness of this property owner. He responds very quickly to communications. This home was extremely clean and all household basics were provided. Great property for families with children and within walking distance to Coeur d’Alene Cider Co. and other food/drink establishments on Sherman Ave.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this clean, cozy home. The location is perfect, close to shop and restaurants with a grocery store just around the corner. The home was the perfect size for our family of four and we enjoyed our morning coffees on the front porch. I would highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be renting again

Great location
This was a wonderful place! Great location just a few blocks from the downtown area with a nice fenced yard. The only thing is was lacking was kitchen items. Not much to cook with but if you plan on eating out they left a great list of recommendations.

My parents along with my husband and I stayed in the house for a wedding at the Coeur d'Alene Resort golf course that weekend. It was within walking distance of downtown and delicious restaurants/coffee stops. My parents drove to a few golf courses over the weekend, within reasonable distance, to play 18 holes and loved it. I'm a runner and was within easy access to the Centennial Trail for some lovely running views. We were also less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue.
Also, highly recommend 315 Cuisine restaurant in town! Such a hidden gem (also within walking distance.)
The house was super easy to get in and out of, with a lovely space for sitting in the living room. We had wished that there was a better way to cool the house in the humid evenings (there is an AC unit in the living room), and one of the bedspreads was too warm of a fabric for the humid weather. Otherwise, awesome experience.
In fact, we loved it so much that my brother and sister-in-law ended up hanging out at the house with us during the day because it was better than their resort hotel room!
Thank you to Bob for sharing the space with our family :)

We loved staying in this cute bungalow. It was clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough for our family of four. We biked to downtown and the lake and walked to breakfast and the grocery store. The owner was gracious and accommodating to us when we needed to put our belongings somewhere after checkout. Highly recommend!

This house was within walking distance to the town of Coeur d’Alene Idaho. The best part is a relaxing front porch where you can sit, put your feet up, and read or enjoy the breeze in the trees or just relax! The house had everything we needed even laundry and an air conditioner in the living room. The beds are comfortable. Things were clean. The TV worked great. You can easily walk to the coffee house two blocks away.

This little house was a perfect choice for our weekend vacation! We came to town for the annual clam bake. There was 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was comfy, and so clean!! The neighborhood is cute and convenient. We had everything we desired for a nice stay, and walked almost everywhere since it’s so close to downtown. Bob was great and responded to anything we needed. Can’t wait to stay here again in future visits!

Clean!, comfortable, nicely updated and furnished. Pleasant 5 block walk to main street in town. Owner responded quickly with answers to our questions and was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Our family of 3 really enjoyed this home away from home. It is conveniently located within walking distance to everything. It was an extra bonus that the Oktoberfest was going on along with the family oriented block party. We enjoyed eating at the Dockside located in the CDA resort and went on the river boat cruise afterwards. Jimmy's is great for breakfast-still wishing I would have ordered one of their giant cinnamon rolls. The owner's were great host-the house is well appointed with everything you would need to prepare meals along with paper goods, quality towels & linens, and comfortable beds & household furnishings. The house is nestled in a quite-inviting neighborhood one short block to the main street that runs through town were all the fun, restaurants and shopping begins. Would highly recommend this property and will stay again when visiting CDA! Thank you for having the Owner suggestions, maps and brochures available-this was very helpful. John, Sherri & Judy
