Great house. We just stayed a few days but it was exactly as shown on listing. Only thing I would suggest is that the grass needed cut.

The rental is adorable and lake front. We loved staying. Just a few suggestions...to address an ant issue in rhe kitchen, and make sure items in kitchen drawers are truly clean. Also the outer windows and glass doors were covered with bugs. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable. Had great amenities was

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this house. The first time was in the summer and it had all the outdoor equipment for kayaking on the Douglas lake. The inlet is very private so you can definitely enjoy the tranquility. This time our trip was to experience the fall foliage and it didn’t disappoint. It was so peaceful and the fire pit at night was so relaxing and when I looked up, I’ve never seen so many stars in the sky.

The location was great and the house was as expected from the online pictures, however, it definitely could have been cleaner, more organized and it could have used more of the needed items, such as hand soap, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, & cleaning supplies.

Beautiful place and perfect spot on the water. Someone might get hurt trying to slide down the ramp to get to the dock. It is very steep and slick. Over priced.

The place was beautiful and clean love the house. The water was down but it was still a pretty sight. The only thing is the road to get to It was not my favorite too small and i don't like that kind of thing other than that I would rent it again.

We loved our stay at the lake house. The dock and lake were so nice. Only complaint that we would have is that the neighbors dog is not friendly. My husband was outside at front porch and it came running and barking. Neighbor grabbed him before he got to close. We would not let our grandkids be out front. But that is not owners fault! We would definitely stay again.

Pretty good experience overall, water dispenser in the fridge did not work, and the electricity cut off in the upstairs at one point due to breaker issues. Aside from that great place to stay

Very nice place. Would enjoy a small TV in downstairs area. We love playing cards at table and would have enjoyed a TV. Also a little sad since water was to low we couldnt enjoy the dock. Water heater needs turned up a little. Would love to return. Thanks

My husband and I came from Arizona to visit the area. Growing up I spent many summers coming to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and wanted to come back with my husband for a couple days of taking in the sights. It was so beautiful this time of year and the house and beautiful surroundings made it even better. We will definitely put this on our list to do again. Great VRBO host!!

It’s a nice lake home with a great view! The accommodations were fine, place was clean. Would have preferred a hangout space on the first floor, with a TV and a comfy couch, but the big table and chairs were a fine gathering space. In the fall, the water level is low, as expected, but it’s still a great view. It takes a good 15-20 mins to get to the main road, but don’t trust Waze! We wound up on one of the worst deadend roads the first try!

Everything was as we expected. Very clean. Very quite. Off the beaten path, 7 miles from the highway, very curvy, wonderful drive. Beautiful scenery. Saw four eagles, some deer and a jackass. Planning to do again! Highly recommend! Loved it!

The place was quiet and beautiful. How to get to the unit was dramatic and almost scary because of all the blind roads. No reflection on the unit itself but making renters aware of the road conditions will be helpful...if possible.

Beautiful Douglas lake. The cabin is nice. We caught several perch off the dock and had fun fishing. It was very quiet our entire trip and we needed this. However the dock needs some rails on it because I slid down on my butt one morning because it is a bit steep.

Location is a bit tough to navigate, but great views of lake. We stayed Aug 12-15 and the lake was down a bit. My 70yr old parents were with us and the ramp leading to the boat dock is downright dangerous. It was an accident waiting to happen. I was fearful the entire time that my parents were going to slip and fall down the ramp with no handrails and break a hip, etc. I know when the water is up this is not much of an issue but this time it was horrific. My children used it as a slide. This needs to be fixed and hand rails need to installed before there’s a serious injury. The house was super clean and spacious. We did find it a bit awkward there was no common living space. My kids slept in the loft and with the bed out there no where for families to gather and lounge watching TV or playing games. There is a large wooden table to eat but if you want to lounge and get comfortable, there is no place. We had an issue on second night with air conditioning but was quickly remedied by a phone call to the rental agency and a contractor came out to fix it. The cove is quiet and calm. The lake access is great! All in all a great trip!

Easy to check in, Directions, to the code was simple. cabin was very clean an smelled wonderful. The view was fantastic and very close access to the lake. Beds was very comfortable had lots of closet room for your clothes and extra towels and extra comforters and sheets. Would definitely stay again my son-in-law caught 32 carp fish and about 10 crappieshe figure out after the rain storm,AND early in the morning was the best time to fish..All them fish he caught in four days stay... The only problem I had was that was a few ants in the window after a rainstorm but I spray them with Lysol that seems to work for a little while that's all I had at the moment..but overall the trip was fantastic, We LOVED the cabin the lake was wonderful and the people's besides us was very nice..🤩�😉�🌟�🌟�🌟�🌟�🌟�

Beautiful lake house with everything you’d need. Decorated very nice. We would’ve liked for the door key to work on basement so we didn’t have to walk from driveway around house in the grass. There was no walkway and grass was a bit high and very wet. Also, the fire pit was in an awkward area (beside driveway). It was difficult to see the water while enjoying a fire. There was good fishing off the dock. All in all, it was a nice getaway for a long weekend.

The experience was like none other! We arrived a little early in Sevierville and called to see if we could check in early. They were nice enough to let us do so. The pictures of the property were very close to what was shown on line. The view was great in the morning and at night. I only wish that the water could have been at it's highest level. However, that is completely out of anyone's control. The location is very convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! At night it could be some what of a challenge to return to the cabin. Other than that our stay was great!
