Just a FYI -We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest buying travel insurance to cover for unexpected cancellations at the time you book . We have managed this particular unit since 2013. This condo is very well-stocked compared to most rentals things that in most condos you have to bring with you this has . Beach towels , cleaning supplies the little things that matter . The object of this place is return rentals and when you come in here you will see why. This place has loads of repeat guests for a reason !

This Condo is super popular because it is within walking distance of everything in the core of Pensacola beach you can walk to the restaurants and bars you take the elevator downstairs and within 3 to 4 minutes you are are putting your toes in the sand there's no roads to cross.

Excellent property for our family vacation! Perfect location for many activities, could walk most anywhere, plenty of parking, easy in/out. Codes worked just fine. Pool area was very nice & easy walkway to the beach. Condo had everything we needed & the view is unbeatable. The best part of this property is the manager, Mary! From the moment of booking she was in communication for ANYTHING we needed and checked in several times while we were there. We will definitely be back & will stay here again.

The location is great, right on the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and some shops! Host is really nice but the place could use some updates and a better cleaning. Some of the beach supplies and things shown in closet were not there.

We had an incredible vacation! The condo was clean and had everything we could possibly have wanted. The view was breathtaking. We cooked some, but mostly enjoyed being walking distance from so many fantastic restaurants. We even walked to parasailing. Spent lots of time going between the pool and the ocean, which are just steps away from each other. Pool was clean and well-maintained. Only issue we had was we didnโt want to leave!

Description is accurate. Condo is beautiful. Had a great time and love that the kids had their own room. We were able to walk most anywhere we needed to go and there is also a trolley that runs in the afternoon that was fun. Kitchen had all the amenities anyone could need, especially coffee supplies and dishes. Host was responsive to any questions I had.

โMy blue heavenโ truly was heavenly! Most of our adventures were within walking distance so we got exercise and had a fabulous time. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The boardwalk gave us easy access to the beach. Having chairs and umbrellas waiting on us at the beach was a phenomenal addition! Thank you for a peace of heaven for vacation!!!

We had the BEST time! We loved the condo! Everything exceeded our expectations. We played games, swam, enjoyed the balcony, etc. Our kids are growing up and we know these vacations are limited and this one was perfect!!

We had never spent any time in Pensacola and so decided to stay for 4 nights to explore the area on our way home from southern Florida. Here's what we found. Excellent condo on a beautiful beach, historic downtown with many restaurants and as a bonus, the Blue Angels practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was a pleasant surprise and we'll definitely be back.

The condo was exactly as described with stunning views of the beach. The property managers did an outstanding job communicating with us, getting us access and parking, and checking in on us to insure all was well.
The condo is centrally located and within walking distance of most shops and restaurants on Pensacola Beach. It was one of the best times we have ever spent on vacation.
I highly recommend this condo.

Wow - This one is a winner! Views were outstanding. Location is perfect. Chairs and umbrella are included along with many other things you don't see with most VRBOs. This property is truly turnkey and is pristine to boot. Communication with Mary was easy. She is kind and informative along with being highly responsive. Thank you for a great stay. I'll be back!

I cannot say enough good things about the property owner! As soon as we booked, the owner Mary, was already reaching out and ready to help in any way she could! This place is seriously right on the beach which truly was heaven! It was super clean and came stocked with everything we couldโve needed! The best stay and we are super addicted now!

First and foremost this property was amazing! The ocean view from the 15th floor balcony was absolutely stunning! The condo was equipped with all the supplies needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Literally the only items we had to purchase was food. It was very clean when we arrived. It is very spacious and our family of 5 was easily accommodated. The pull out couch was great for our teenager while the two younger children slept in the spare room with the twin beds. This condo is located right on the beach as stated in the listing. Not only did our family enjoy the beach but the pool and hot tub were also wonderful. Mary, the host, is excellent. She is very communicative and gives clear concise instructions. She also offered some local activities and sites to visit during our stay. One of the places she recommended, Joe Pattiโs, offered a great selection of seafood that our family enjoyed during our stay. Overall, this was an excellent spring break vacation for our children. I would 100% stay at this property again and recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pensacola. This is hands down one of the best vacation properties Iโve ever vacationed at!

The condo was exactly as promised and more, we loved it! It was very nicely furnished, up to date, comfortable, spotlessly clean and it really was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. On top of that the view was amazing, miles of ocean and white sand beach. The location was unbeatable, we walked to dinner and the grocery store was a quick drive across the bridge for anything else we needed. The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

The condo was great. Most well appointed condo I have ever rented. Everything but food was there. Was disappointed because the heated pool was not hot until the last day we where there. They did not turn the heaters on until after the cold snap and they didn't work and they didn't start working on them until the second day . The pool finally got warm after 4 days and then we had to leave.

We had a great time at this condo. We have been staying in condoโs up and down the Gulf Coast for 10+ years and have never stayed in a condo as well stocked as this one. It was a great surprise and much appreciated. Everything was perfect!

This was our second time at My Blue Heaven and it was just as fabulous and amazing as our first stay. Mary and Jeff are the absolute best! Top notch management, fast responses to any questions/issues we may have had. Our only issue/regret was it ended way too soon! We WILL be back!

An excellent location with two great pools/ hot tub/ beach accessโฆ all the amenities of home. If it is cooler, the boardwalk is a short skip down the street. It has a great view of the Gulf! The manager is most helpful and very availableโฆ weโve stayed at the Emerald Isle for 23 years now and it lab to continue to do such!!

This property was fantastic! Beautiful view, lovely unit, spacious pool and pool deck, boardwalk to beach, EXTREMELY responsive rental agent! The only slight problem was lack of sufficient parking. The condominium does NOT guarantee two parking spaces per unit. There are not enough spaces, so there is a maximum of two cars per unit, but these are given to registrants on a first come basis. Our salvation was our rental agent who obsessively worried about our two cars and was able to register both our vehicles.

We really enjoyed the stay. Great beach and beach access, the pools and hot tub were very nice. The condo was spacious and clean; the balcony provided a great beach view and sunrise view.
We reported a minor maintenance issue and it was corrected promptly in less than two hours.

Pensacola Beach is the best location! This Condo is amazing! The only bad part is having to go home. Mary and Jeff were so awesome. They were so awesome and provided so much information to make our stay perfect. The condo was better equipped than any of the previous stays we have had anywhere else. The beds are super comfy, kitchen is perfectly stocked! The bang for the buck is the balcony overlooking the Gulf and being able to watch all the activity. We are going to be reaching out to Mary for our next trip, we can't wait to get it on the books!

It was our first family vacation to the beach, and everything was awesome. The condo was everything we wanted. Great views, awesome location and it has all the little extras being very well stocked even with rainy day games if needed. It is much appreciated all the extra stocked things in kitchen/laundry and made the stay so much easier. Mary was awesome to work with and answers any questions quickly and great at communicating everything you need to know. She went out of her way to get us a coffee pot when there was an issue with ours. Got a new one to us in two hours. Very clean condo and highly recommend this one for your family vacation.

The condo is in a great location, walking distance to numerous restaurants, stores, and the boardwalk. The condo provides great views from the 15th floor and had everything we needed during our stay. Mary was wonderful and replied to all our questions immediately!

We had an amazing time at Pensacola Beach. The views from the condo are unparalleled. The location is convenient to many restaurants. The beach chair and umbrella service is the best. All you need to do is show up and relax! Mary is extremely organized and helpful - she gave all info in a timely manner and even let us know when the condo was ready ahead of time! The only negative about this rental is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building, and for most of the stay one of the elevators was broken at any given time (they would fix it and then the other would break). So be prepared to wait in line for the elevator - even when both are working - it is a huge building.

We loved the view saw lots of dolphins! Better than Sea World. The white sand and clear water breath taking. We even had one day the water was smooth it was like swimming in a pool no waves.

The property was very spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need. The logistics of this property is perfect because you can walk to some of the local restaurants and shops.

I spent hours searching for the perfect place. & Maryโs place was it! We had the perfect location with the beach right outback with the most beautiful views, a bay view out front, & restaurants and shops right across the street. Most things we in walking distance. We did have to take an Uber to Publix. Maryโs kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up. Her property was well decorated, spacious and CLEAN! The sheets SMELLED GOOD! The towels smelled good! Sand didnโt stick to my bare feet when I walked around. The couch and bed were comfy! Each day we were on the beach we got 2 beach chair & an umbrella free of charge! Mary was so nice & so so accommodating. She stayed in touch with me while I was on my stay, giving me recommendations & just cute little texts. Her hospitality is 10/10!! & I can not recommend her & this place enough!! To top it off, her place was about the lowest price I found. Thank you for an amazing stay, Mary!

We absolutely LOVED this place. Unit was clean, well appointed and very cozy. Iโm addition, Emerald Isle tower is ideally situated with restaurants right across the street, perfectly situated on the beach and within walking distance to most things on the strip. Security and parking is very restrictive, but we donโt view that as a bad thing. Would highly recommend for your beach getaway and perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you soak in the sound and smell of the beach.

Nothing really felt clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable like cheap mattresses. The air conditioning didnโt work well at all. They did get a repair man out who fixed it as much as he could. The lowest the thermostat goes is 69 the air conditioning unit is 8 years old and struggled. The building is older and could use some paint but the pool was well taken care of. On the good side the location was the best! The view is incredible The managers were the best! Iโd recommend any of Maryโs properties and the building.
