Loved everything about our stay. The host were extremely helpful, friendly and great communication. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We also loved the location. We felt safe and loved how walkable it was. We plan to stay here anytime we return for a visit. thank you for sharing your home.

We are in love with this home! We stayed for a week with our 4 yr old and 6 month old and it was absolutely perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the house was super clean and tidy but also very comfy - I felt at ease having the kiddos romp around. They have definitely childproofed it (no sharp edges or fancy breakable things!) which let me relax. My 4yo loved the trundle bed and all the toys and books. The house was just the right size for everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable and these hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - even an infant play seat and playpen! The automatically locking door made me feel very secure and I loved the long driveway with plenty of parking. We had to alter our original checkout plan and I was worried about having to do a lot of checkout chores but the hosts made it SO EASY. I’ve been more stressed checking out of hotels! It’s also walking distance to a lovely cafe and lots more. We plan to stay here again when we make our holiday plans!

My husband used this unit during a work trip (I was supposed to be there too but plans changed) and had a great stay. Terrific location near lots of restaurants and stores, good setup at the unit, very responsive and helpful hosts. We would love to rent it again and both get there next time!

The house was as described - lovely location in quiet neighborhood. LOTS of thoughtful touches (pots, pans and baking sheets; plenty of utensils; mixing bowl, paper towels; coffee, tea, creamer and sugar; dishwashing and laundry soap....) really just anything we could ask for in terms of basic cooking, cleaning and morning coffee thoughtfulness! Swamp coolers kept individual rooms relatively cool. GREAT location - near UNM, Balloon Fiesta, old town and the airport. Easy parking. Easy access to house via key pad. Great communication with hosts. Prompt and reassuring. Perfect for our family group of five. Would definitely stay again!

This was a nice place to stay while we were in town meeting our newest little granddaughter. The house was clean, cute and comfortable, and Megan and Andrew were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also.

The house was perfect location to explore the city. We started our day having coffee in spacious yard before setting out to explore. We loved we could walk to local restaurants. We appreciated the warm welcome and they provided information for local eats and things to do in city. Great place to stay, we look forward to a future visit.

This home is in a very convenient location-close to Sprouts, freeway access and UNM. In an older, established neighborhood, many neighbors walk in the morning. All windows were updated as has the electrical capacity- lots of outlets and we didn’t blow any fuzes. The owners were very accessible and got back with us almost immediately every time we sent communications!

My husband and I and our 17 year old daughter really enjoyed the central location, close to Nob Hill shops and restaurants and near the UNM campus. It's a great neighborhood for morning walks and we loved sitting out in the backyard for breakfast or just hanging out. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive -- when we had a small issue with the electronic front door lock, they were able to resolve it for us immediately. Would recommend!

Clean and beautiful house, spacious inside with a driveway for up to three cars and a pretty big backyard as well. Toiletries and trash bags provided were more than enough for our two days stay. Excellent prompt polite communication and dinning suggestions.

Perfect location for our exploration of Albuquerque and environs! Restaurants and bars to walk to in Nob Hill neighborhood, 1 hr to Sante Fe, Turquoise Trail and 2 hrs to Taos. Hosts bent over backwards to make us feel welcome.

This home surpassed all of our expectations. We could not believe how spacious it was for our group of three. We spent alot of our time outside in the unbelievable back yard. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and location was perfect for where we wanted to go.

We travel to NM often to visit my grandparents and so long as this spot is available, it will be our new go to. The space is well decorated, fully stocked, and well located. The long driveway allows you to pull the car right up next to the front door, which is nice if you have late nights or a lot to carry. The neighborhood was very quiet, the large yard was lovely, and the bed was very cozy. The hosts are super quick to respond and seem genuinely interested in helping guests have an effortless stay.

It was an amazing stay. House was very clean and we had all the amenities handy. Every place is just within a mile like Walmart, pharmacy, ice-cream shop. Andrew and Meghan were very fast in responding to us and made sure we were not uncomfortable at any point. I would recommend anyone who visit Albuquerque. Best host and best house.

The house is in a great neighborhood, with bars, shopping & restaurants all within walking distance. The owners responded to any questions promptly & the check-in was amazingly easy. We were visiting family so it was important for us to be close to them. The Nob Hill area is one the best neighborhoods in Albuquerque and from this house it is easy to access all parts of the city quickly. It was the perfect size for 2 people, rooms are small, but charmingly decorated & well equipped. Large backyard with outdoor seating so it would be fun to enjoy in warmer weather (unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside during our visit).

We spent three nights and had a great time. The property is very convenient and I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with the hosts. The gave us a ton of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. There were some toys for our 14 month old. The back yard was well maintained and a great place to hang out.
