Stayed for 2 nights on the backend of a Provence trip. Location is excellent, close to everything. You look out on the Seine. Stairs are narrow but manageable. Street noise is not an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quartier de la Monnaie. There was lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our time together. The unit was very well-appointed and very clean. overall we were very happy. The only negative point was the entry door to the complex was very noisy and located right below the second bedroom. It kept me awake for many many hours on 2 nights as residents came and went at all hours (it took me a bit to figure out where the noise was coming from). We tried to contact the owner but didn't hear back for several hours so took matters into our own hands and walked for 30min to the closest hardware store. The very top hinge needed some WD40 (as did most of the doors in the apartment). The second 2 nights were much better, but it was a shame to be so tired the first few days of our holiday.

We had a great stay here with our family of 5. The flat is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms are downstairs, and upstairs is a large combined living room/kitchen and a small bathroom. Plenty of room for all of us, and the location was absolutely fantastic. Would stay here again.

Wonderful large apartment on the Left Bank of the Seine. Great space for our family of six in a great location for museums, patisseries and groceries, and for strolls along the river. Short walks to Louvre, Notre Dame, Tuileries, and Musee d'Orsay.

Beautiful apartment. Stairs were curved and a bit tricky for my older parents, but necisary for accessing main living spaces. All bedrooms are on the first floor of the building (elevator for this part in main building staircase) and all living space on third floor. Great set up, very clean and safe. We enjoyed our stay very much.

As per every other review, the location is unbeatable! The space is also impressive, especially given you're downtown Paris (mind you there were 4 of us). Large open kitchen/living room area overlooking the Seine and the main street. The only caution would be for folks who are noise sensitive. Much like New York or any other busy capital, the street and "night noise" (ambulances/fire trucks) can be an issue for the light sleeper. Bring ear plugs or stay somewhere more remote and on a high floor. Otherwise great stay!

I am not sure there is a better location in Paris. Unless you are heir to a thrown. Perfect home base for everything. Room to spare.

We loved every moment of our stay at this property. The location is incredibly easy for access to the Metro or to walk to the most desirable sites. The large living area and amenities were far better than we have used previously in Europe. We will highly recommend.

Our family of 6 would highly recommend this apartment. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! Gilles was very kind and responsive to any questions we had.
There was an awesome Bistro just a few doors down and we could walk to great shopping and restaurants with about a 5 minute walk.
We loved everything about our time in Paris at this location!

Lovely flat; brilliant location
Our six-person group enjoyed plenty of space, comfortable and secure accommodations, and a spectacular location to set out on daily adventures. Gilles and Carol were prompt, responsive, and always available. Neighborhood was just perfect. We would return to this flat again without hesitation. Thank you.

Amazing property!
We have stayed in many wonderful rental properties, but none can top this one. It was fantastic, and perfect for us, our son and his wife, and our 6 year old granddaughter. It was even better than described in the listing, and couldn’t have been in a better location. I am highly recommending it to good friends with a similar family group.

No heat in the place, only a couch so for seating and having a social experience in the place is weird. The dining table is gigantic and since he disallowed guests, useless. The place was stocked with the most MINIMAL of items. Only 1 bath towel per person for a 5 day stay and three handtowels total, a nice Nespresso but not even one pod to welcome the renters. No mirrors in the guest rooms only in the master so when you wanted to put on makeup or check your outfit, you had to use the master suite. Half the outlets did not work and again, NO OUTLET in the second bath so if you needed to dry your hair you had to go back to the master bath. AND the one hairdryer in the place did not fit the plugs and had no adapter to reduce it from a three prong to two prong. AND, checkout was at 10am and the owner showed up at 9:55 knocking on the door to make sure we were leaving, which we were on the way out THANK GOD! Absolutely the most minimum and marginal experience on VRBO to date. And traffic noise is a lot, which I cannot imagine why no one mentioned this. No extra blankets and with no heat and the cold nights, we had to wear extra clothes to bed. Never got a text back from the owner about any questions we had about heat (only AC controls on the walls) AND absolutely no information about the place except what not to do like have people over, not to use the washer dryer, etc.. It felt like the owner was trying to get the most he could out of the place and do the least for guest comfort. It was as cold as his communication and apartment atmoshere.

What you see on-line is what you get: 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths are on first level. Open kitchen/dining area/living room/½ bath are on upper floor. Beautiful view and modern updates.

Overall property very good. Area where property is located is a little run down in comparison to what I am used to in North America. Check in was slightly confusing, but that could have been a language issue.

A Paris Perfection
We love this stylish home on the Left Bank! We have rented a number of apartment in Paris in past years but this is our favorite - location is remarkable, the apartment is modern, lovely and comfortable with ample room for our group of 6. The air conditioning was a blessing on hot summer days in July!

Great property in the heart of Paris
This is our second stay at the property and once again we had a great time. The property is centrally located In the best part of Paris. Close to Notre Dame, The Louvre and the Latin Quarter.
The property is very nice, spacious and well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone looking to see Paris and enjoy a nice and spacious apartment.

Exactly as it appears!
I thought there was no way this apartment would be as nice as the pictures, but it is wonderful! Everything was very clean, organized, and spacious! Checking in was easy and the man was very informative explaining everything to us. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Paris!

Words can't describe how much we five girlfriends from the US enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view, with lovely decor, lots of sinks (that matters to us), enough bathrooms, and everything works. We were warmly received and communication was easy. Great location for walking almost everywhere, access to transportation and restaurants. Great and responsive hosts. Quiet, especially considering the location. It was like being at jome on Paris. I'll be back!

Perfect for a stay to Paris
It was absolutely perfect. We were so sad to leave. Lots of room to spread out for our 3 teenagers and us. Two refrigerators, two freezers, a giant table with enough glassware and cutlery to entertain friends. Quiet, great location. Wonderful!!
