About this house rental
Enjoy a relaxing, carefree vacation. Our remodeled two-story home features a spacious great room, which includes a chef’s kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room is furnished with a 6 foot couch and a 42 inch LCD TV with a Blu-Ray player. Hardwood floors and multiple, expansive windows embellish the sense of space in the great room.
The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops, Bosch dishwasher, new stove/cooktop, refurbished cabinets, and a new kitchen island. The highlight of the great room is an attached sunroom/patio, which has great views of Morro Strand, the water, Morro Rock over the rooftops, and the famous Morro Bay sunsets. This is a perfect place to sit back and enjoy the evening.
There are two bedrooms, plus a bonus room which doubles as a third bedroom. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. In addition, there is a daybed + trundle bed in the bonus room. The downstairs Master bedroom is very spacious.
Photographs of local attractions (Montana de Oro, Morro Strand, Morro Bay State Park, Paso Robles Wineries, Cayucos, the Tolosa Mission, and Harmony) decorate the walls, and provide ideas for places to visit. The beach is about a 10 minute walk, and there are several restaurants within walking distance of the house (Surfside Pizza, Lolo’s, and Taco Temple). There is also a wonderful dog park within walking distance.
Our house includes two single car garages, one is available to guests. There is also additional off-street parking if you have two vehicles. A washer and dryer are available for use, and located in the garage. There is also a wrap-around, fenced yard, which offers privacy and security.
We have included all of our favorite amenities in the house, including coffee makers, Chef’s knives, WIFI, Weber kettle style Bar-B-Q, and a Weber gas grill. Try several different styles of coffee in the Keurig coffee maker. The house is the perfect launch point for adventures in the wine country, great beaches, and local points of interest, including Hearst Castle, Monterey, Montana de Oro, and the Morro Bay Embarcadero.

The house worked out great for our family gathering on the Central Coast. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The enclosed porch room is lovely for relaxing and watching the sunsets. Taco Temple is delicious, just a few blocks away. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beach house. This was our third time staying on the property and we always appreciate how comfortable it is. There are several board games and puzzles to help keep kids occupied. The kitchen is very well stocked both in terms of pots/pans/etc and also some basic items like oil, condiments etc so great if you plan to cook. The view from the screen porch is amazing and the house is an easy walk to a grocery store/Taco Temple and to a nice playground. We love staying here and hope to return!

Our stay in Morro Bay and staying in this property was fantastic. The house was located near the town and we were in walking distance of good restaurants and a market. I would recommend this house 100 percent.

For the second time we spent an enjoyable month in this spacious, comfortable, well-equipped house with views of Pacific sunsets. Our hosts responded promptly to our every communication, and went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate our needs. We couldn’t be more appreciative. We would certainly stay here again.

The location was very close to the beach, which was super nice for a Black Lab. She had a folder with amazing suggestions for the area around for walking and exploring. not to mention all of the small additions she has made to the place. The sun room was so cute, had a little heater in it and a telescope like binoculars to see the surfers out there.
Place was super clean and had everything we needed to cook up some seafood dinner. Can't thank you guys enough. My parents are already looking to book a trip out there again.

We had a great time at this home. Visiting the area for Parents Weekend at Cal Poly, this was the perfect location to be close to attend events but not in the thick of the craziness. Had some great meals with our daughter, walked on the beach and visited the nearby park to let our dog get some exercise. All in all a great find, we will return.

Small quiet community where you can relax and forget about global problems and issues. Charming downtown with boutique shops and restaurants along the waterfront. Have a dog? Enjoy dog park along the ocean where dog can romp unleashed

The owners have thought of everything for your comfort. This is a spacious location with a large bedroom downstairs that has an office area and sitting room with trundle bed as well as a master bath. Upstairs has another bedroom and bath, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a great sun porch upstairs with a view of the ocean and stove. The kitchen had everything you will need for your stay (including coffee). The location is close to the beach and town. We cooked every night. Giovanni's seafood in town had an excellent selection of fish to barbeque. We would absolutely recommend this location and stay here again ourselves.

The property had a great family friendly location with easy access to Highway 1, the beach, and local businesses. The property was inviting and nicely decorated. It had everything we wanted or needed for cooking, relaxing, and hanging at the beach. The welcome/direction book was awesome and well put together. Overall a location I would gladly book again.

Best pet friendly Morro Bay location😊
Pet friendly with a fenced backyard, clean, beautiful sunroom, & extremely well stocked Morro Bay location. Great location with walking distance to the grocery store. Short drive to Pismo, Avila, Morro Rock, and SLO; we had a fabulous time playing tourist in all these places. Great home, we definitely plan on returning here!!👍

Great beach house stay!
My wife and I stayed here with our 4 children (ages 12, 8 and 1 year old twins). The house was everything as advertised and more. A perfect place to set out and explore Morro Bay, Cayucos and the beaches in between.

Morro Bay Happenings
Weather wise a beautiful week to walk the beaches, play with the dog on dog park beach, visit the various boutique shops and dine on fresh fish. The owner’s enclosed second story balcony room facing the ocean was an ideal location to have wine and appetizers to end the day

The house was very comfortable. Watching sunsets from the glass sun room in Mar was wonderful. For a single couple, the house was huge.
Stephanie had left some local wines and a booklet with details on the house, and recommendations for local activities and dining. Very helpful

The place felt like home
We came down for the bird festival which was canceled about three days before we were to arrive. We decided to go and enjoy the birds at Morro Bay. Since those in charge of the festival decided to zoom many of their classes, we were very comfortable in the house as we watched many of the classes. We found that the location was good and the view was lovely. The house was clean and cozy with all those items you usually forget were staples in the house. My favorite room in the house was the sun room. It was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again when we come back for the bird festival.

I (almost) never write reviews, but this house is worth it! We were so impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, the heated sunroom, the fully equipped desk area, the huge grill and outdoor eating space, the comfortable beds, the layout (private and common spaces). It felt like being a guest in someone's home. The beach is about a 10min walk away, which was fine for us but would be a long walk for some.
