Just a 5 min. Walk to the beach, which my Labrador loved!! Such a cute place! Great communication with the owner! Amazing stay overall.

The location, one easy block long walk to
Lake Tahoe, is conveniently close to all Tahoe City activities. I enjoyed the Truckee River bike trail and the almost private pocket beaches nearby. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

My husband and I loved the cabin because of its rustic charm, and it was clean and cozy inside! We loved the location because we were just a short walk from the lake and also a short walk from West Shore Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

The Edward’s cabin was so amazing and located in the prefect area to Tahoe’s amenities. My daughter’s and I really enjoyed our stay and everything offered within the cabin. I would definitely comeback.

We had a great stay at Brian’s place. Unfortunately, we were there for the biggest snowstorm of the year and Palisades shut down, but we were able to make the most of it. Me, my husband, and our two dogs were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Brian communicated with us very well and was very responsive. We would definitely come back again, but probably not when there’s a blizzard :)

Comfortable stay. Had just about everything we needed, just no dishwasher. They could brighten the place up, as it’s dark. Also probably an electrician should come out. When I blowdried my hair, lights went out in back bedroom. But overall, a cute small cabin.

We loved this place. Very clean, comfortable beds, and excellent location. My wife, son, and myself enjoyed staying here and would return in a heartbeat. It is very close to all the restaurants and shops in Tahoe City, and was exactly what we hoped for when renting a ski cabin. 10/10!

Peaceful, quiet, clean and if your like to be alone the space between cabins is great. I would recommend to a couple or small family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, walkable to restaurants, hikes, and the lake. Cabin matched description quite well. Would love to stay again.

Brian was really easy to get in contact with. This was our fist time renting out a cabin and I couldn't have asked for a better host.
Thank you Brian.

Perfect size for two couples or a family. Very walkable to a few great restaurants and market with groceries, sandwiches, coffee, etc. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cooking supplies, which was a huge plus as well!

My sister and I really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable, easy to get to. The beds were so comfortable. My communication with Brian was excellent. He helped me when I was unable to use the mobile app on my phone. I am suggesting this cabin to my family members who go to Tahoe on a regular basis. You won't be disappointed with choosing this cabin. Thank you Brian for a wonderful stay at your cabin.

This cabin was perfect. A good size for a family of 4 with pets. Good floor plan. Some remodeling done. Spa type showerheads in the full bath. The property owner responded quickly to our questions. Neighborhood was nice and we weren't far from the nearest town. Overall it was a good location.

This is a great little cabin for families looking for warm, comfortable spot to flop after big, long days of skiing. Ideal location with easy access to several hills, West Lake shopping / restaurants, etc. Kitchen is a bit tight if you're like us and enjoy cooking most your meals vs. eating out - but totally functional. Lastly - Brian was a great host, always avails for a chat.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quirky but quaint.Tahoe was very hot while we were there , hotter than the last 30 years we have been going there.

Overall we had a wonderful stay during our week long vacation. We took our elderly parents with us and they had a little harder time getting into the bed due to the height. Otherwise everything was provided. Very cute and comfortable place.

Wonderful location, close to West Shore Market, Sunnyside, and Firesign Cafe. Plenty of parking, nice deck, everything we needed in the kitchen, and very nice water pressure in the showers.

Very suitable for my family.

The property was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed staying on the West side of the lake it provided easy access to the areas we were interested in visiting. We would love to rent the cabin again the next time we come to Lake Tahoe.

We absolutely loved staying at Brian’s cabin! We stayed for five nights, 6 days and we did not want to leave after our time was up! Everything was perfect and effortless, from the check in process, wifi, backyard, access into town, accommodations and check out! We’ve stayed at several places over the years and this was by far our favorite! Thank you so much Brian and we hope to rent again in the future!

The house is in a great location. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the snow. House is close to the mountains. The owner is very responsive.

This is a fantastic 'vintage' (1958) cabin, in a flat, quiet, West Shore neighborhood. The location is great, close to Sunnyside restaurants and the market and walking distance to the lake. As an older cabin, it has some quirks. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room/mud porch have been updated. Skylights have been added to provide natural light to the living area. The driveway is flat. The kitchen is well equipped, although we did have trouble with the oven. Each bedroom has a heater, and there is a heater in the family room. The bathrooms do not have heaters and tended to be cold. We enjoyed our stay with our dog and would gladly stay here again.

Our first time to Lake Tahoe and the location of the cabin was perfect for getting to know the area. Easy access to several trails, beach & food. Appreciated being able to have our daughters pup with us!

Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed at Brian's cabin for the week. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed! The whole stay from check-in to check-out was so smooth it was like staying at a relatives cabin. It is in a great location too! We were able to walk to a small beach, a couple restaurants and a market and everything else we wanted to do was less than an hour drive. As a group that had never been to the area before, it was the perfect place to stay!

We booked it because of the neighborhood and because it was (good) dog friendly. Loved the cabin. It had everything we needed. Simple and ready to go. Everything worked well. Only improvement I'd suggest is to fix the railing and stairs on the back deck. Great place, thanks Brian!

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The fact that both my boys have dogs that are like family we needed a place to accommodate all involved. Everything worked and it was quite cozy of a home. Would go back in an instant.

We had a great time at this cozy, sweet cabin! Stocked with all you will need in the kitchen, also located near some excellent restaurants less than 5 mins away. Great location for skiing in Tahoe!

Excellent experience with Brian and his beautiful cabin in the woods. His description of the cabin is spot on so if you’re looking for a quiet and cozy place with tons of charm, this is it.

Cute cabin with great layout. Kitchen appliances were on the blink, but owner was upfront about that, and new stuff on way. Would definitely stay again.
