It was a good fit for our family. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Lots of tvs, probably more than we needed, but kept everyone happy. Easy check-out, hope we did what was wanted. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

This house was great for our group. We especially loved the space upstairs where our kids could sleep in the bunk room and our master bed was just around the corner. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. We would definitely come stay again.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Tons of space and wonderful care of the house! This was my second time staying at this house and it’s been a very good experience both times!

This was our second time staying at this property - perfect for a group of friends!

This was perfect for our parents, our family of three, and our brother and sister in laws family of four. We were in town for a hockey tournament. The house gave us a place to relax, spend time together, and the kids to have their own space! Highly recommend!

Great house
It fit 13 of us great. Not enough dining room chairs, but with barstools only 2 of us had to sit on the couch at meal times. The kitchen is stocked well, beds were very comfortable.
There are no outdoor chairs so bring your own, and firewood- the firepit and hot tub are fun- and there is only a 5 cup coffee pot- which serves 2 mugs, so we had to brew it 5xs each morning. That was super inconvenient.
The house is close to a main road, walking our dogs was fine in the loop, there is a neighbood dog named Hunter who visits often.

Badly needs to be updated
The back door to the hot tub would barely open several people couldn't open the door by themselves. The Couch in the living room seemed like it was pulled out of a dumpster. It was very uncomfortable and the seating was all caved in and broken. The carpet was curled badly at the edges and caused several of us to trip. This was not a good value for the price don't bother.

Comfortable home!
Property was great for a group, although another bathroom with a big group would be nice! Nice big kitchen with lots of seating.

Great Place to Stay
This was a great cabin/home- very well maintained. We had a great time and it was big enough to not feel as though you were crowded.

A Great House for a Family
Great experience. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub a big bonus. Large driveway and garage for cars. Able to take out two doggies. Nice yard and front porch. Comfortable beds. Great TVs for watching sports. Close to everything. We will be back!!

Perfect house for our group of 10! Other family stopped by a couple times and there was plenty of space to spread out. We had two toddlers with us all weekend and they had a blast! There were children's books and some toys. We all had a great time!

Wonderful
This hime is spacious! So much room for a large group. We opened the door to a crackling fire on the television, which was very welcoming. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs and I appreciated the avaialabilty of spices and herbs available (something I tend to forget when packing). The hot rub was also clean and so fun for the kids! Property manager. Was easy to communicate with and prompt with response. We would absolutely come back.
On suggestion for feedback, would be to consider stocking some board/card games for duture large parties.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. The back patio door was very difficult to open and close. The property management was great to come and clean the driveway after the heavy 2 day snow fall!

We booked this property back in mid-summer the rates we had were great for this house. The check- in and check-out process super easy. I had to read the reviews to get a better description for the parking situation, what I read was not what we experienced. I will list some helpful information mostly for other sledders.Pros:Great location, close to everythingBig, Open concept home - plenty of room for our group of 7.4 rooms have Kings, (3 rooms with doors and 1 room down a long hallway upstairs no door) 1 bonus room with the 2 queens/twin bunks upstairs tooQuick responses from Property management with any questions we had. Quiet location for us, another reviewer said it was loud, no clue what they heard we heard birds.Kitchen equipped with most things - BRING YOUR OWN KNIVES though - zero steak knives, butter knives don't work for meat. lol CONS:Parking was a HUGE issue for us. When reading the reviews one person stated they parked 4 trucks and trailers....no clue how that was even possible unless the plow person did a much better job. We had 2 truck and trailers (24') and 1 smaller truck and 2 place trailer. This was not fun to park. After multiple attempts we got it. However the next morning we were unable to get out of the driveway due to the ice and snowpack, we had to be pulled out by another truck. So we purchased 10 bags of Melt and dumped it all over the driveway. The driveway has a slight incline. If you are looking at pictures of the driveway during the summer it is half that width in winter with the berm build up. CAUTION SLEDDERS - be prepared for extreme limited parking. Luckily one of our friend cancelled coming - good thing because we wouldn't know where to park him. TWO full baths and 1/2 bath worked ok for our small group, the home sleeps up to like 16 so be prepared that is A LOT for only 2 full baths. (1 is in the master) so really 1 shared full bath. Many of the electrical outlets do not work - no clue why, but every other one in the kitchen doesn't work, the island outlet doesn't work. The husbands tried to figure it out, but couldn't. If you plug in 2 trucks in the garage - it will flip a breaker so find another plug in for the trucks. Bring your own hangers for closets if you need those. As mentioned above - Bring your own knivesAll in all, great place for a smaller sledder group. We would have booked again, but prices went up over double. That sucks, so we will try another location.

Communication with property manager was wonderful
So, we didn't actually stay at the location due to a mix up in the reservation. But, the property manager was professional and quick to find a resolution. Our refund was immediately processed. Because of this, we'll definitely be back.
Luckily my family of 15 was able to find another place that was ready and able to accommodate to help us celebrate my mother's 70th birthday.

We had a great stay at this property! The house was super clean and the amenities were great. The grill wasn't working when we were there, but I'm are they fixed the problem for the next guest.

Nice Place!
This was a great place, way nicer than it looked in the pictures. Here’s our overview:
Pros:
- spacious house and garage
- management was quick to respond
- hot tub
- new TVs in all rooms
- super clean
- fairly private
- nice neighborhood
- lots of deer roaming around the yard!
Cons:
- no central ac, only wall units and not in all the rooms. Maybe I missed it on the listing or assumed, which is my bad, but I thought it was central ac.
- internet was painfully slow.
- no patio furniture
- 2 houses from a main road with decent road noise during the day
- construction going on nearby so constant hammering and beeping of trucks all day
- pet friendly but no fence so dogs can’t roam
- Gardner left the sprinklers on and I’ve never heard louder pipes in my life. After keeping us up most of the night we had to turn them off.
- no wine opener, I had to drive to one of their other rentals to pick one up. (Also funny mix of kitchen utensils. Like 100 different spoons haha)
I would give this place 4.5. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I think most of the cons either aren’t their fault or can be easily fixed. Thank you!

McCall Family Ski Trip
The property was conveniently located, very well stocked, easy to check-in and check-out and very clean. Would definitely recommend and maybe try to stay again.

Hickory Ridge is pretty cool!
Great house....not really a 5 BR as listed..three bedrooms and a big upstairs with two separate areas with beds, but not very private up there..a short hallway separates the areas but no door....beds were really comfortable...4 king size beds is really nice. Hot tub was great, kitchen area/dining/great room is spacious and well equipped....we would stay again for sure!!! We parked 5 rigs (3 with trailers) in the driveway/garage without too much trouble but if you have more, parking is limited.
4.7
great time with family, lovely and convenient location
The location is excellent and the property is easy to find. It was VERY clean and well-maintained. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the TV subscription. We had a large family group together and prepared Thanksgiving dinner. A bit of advice when booking: although it says it sleeps 14-16 people (we had 12 total, and 14 for part of the time), that's quite a few for only two full baths and one half-bath. Two showers, one of which is in the master bedroom, makes for a bit of a challenge. Everything else was perfection and we would definitely stay here again, perhaps with a smaller group. Also, there could be a few more cooking vessels, particularly larger pans. And this would be in general, not just for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this property and the management company to anyone!
