Extremely clean and quiet. Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pacific Grove beach house. The house was beautifully appointed with three very comfortable double bedrooms. Spacious master on the ground floor provided some extra privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed - and more! It was the perfect spot for a holiday with our adult children. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous house with tons of room! It was so close to Lovers Point, great restaurants, and beach walks. My favorite thing was Asilomar State Beach and tidepools, which is only a few minutes drive from the house. There were fun games in the house like Jenga that we had a great time with. Highly recommend spending your time in Pacific Grove at this property!

This home was in the perfect location, about a block from Lover’s Point and a block to Lighthouse Rd, restaurants, shops. Grove Market is 2 blocks. Farmer’s market on Mondays is around the corner. You can walk to the aquarium one mile away. Everything you need is in this house. Lots of room and beautifully decorated. Nice outdoor space with a fire pit (tank was empty). Parking was always available on the street. The temp was 68-70 in July! We never turned the ac on. I would love to stay here again!

I loved this place. It’s a gorgeous home, beautifully decorated, large and roomy (even for 6 of us), comfortable and perfectly situated a block from Lovers Point. Even parking - always tricky in PG - was easy. It rained all weekend and still we had a wonderful stay!

What a great home in Pacific Grove - excellent location super close to both Lovers Point as well as all the shops and restaurants in town. Spacious bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for our family to hang out. Really well appointed house, particularly the kitchen. Finally Tricia was an awesome host - really communicative and accommodating - and she dealt speedily and adeptly with a minor issue that was out of her control (had to do with some roadwork nearby). Definitely recommend and we hope to visit again!

We truly loved staying at this home. It had everything we wanted and was so close to all the sights. It was very comforting to be able to easily stop by and freshen up during the day. It really felt like coming home. The owners are extremely kind hearted people and you could really feel their warmth and love in this home. They recommended Pavels Backerei to us and it was life changing, I still dream of their chocolate croissant. This was the best trip I’ve ever taken. The Pacific Grove area is beyond beautiful. Flowers everywhere and if you step on to the sidewalk you can see lovers point beach from the house. Blue water and sea otters, can’t get much better than that. We really hope to come back.
Side note: if you’re going whale watching I recommend Blue Ocean Whale Watch, they don’t pack you in like sardines so you feel closer to nature.

the hosts go the extra mile to make you welcome in their gorgeous hertigate beach house. It is closer to the beach then it appears in the listing. A well stocked pantry for self catered meals, a B|BQ and fire pit area for relaxing. Neighbours are lovely too. A gem of a find. Only issues was the code did not work and we arrived late but Tricia was available and sorted it out right away.

Check in was very easy. Everything was turn key to use. The house was beautiful. Beds were comfy. 3 different seating areas for people to watch different shows, play games or hang out. Fire pit and BBQ worked great. Close to the most beautiful ocean trail walk I’ve ever seen. We will definitely use this home again.

Had a great stay and the property is very clean and centrally located. That being said, there is no parking on the street in front of house. All spots were always occupied. Could pose a problem for people that cannot walk far.

The owner and property manager were great. It was very comfortable and clean, it felt like being at home. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was a great place to hang out. The location is perfect. There is a really nice patio area with chairs and a fire pit in the yard and then there was a nice little patio in the front of the house with chairs. We sat out there and read everyday. There were three different living space with comfortable furniture. I highly recommend.

Nice accommodations with easy access to coastal trail and Monterey aquarium. Near good restaurants and places of interest. Only difficulty was parking but we could always find a place to park within 2 blocks and we could walk to everything we needed. We only used the car to go to aquarium and 17 mile drive.

This property was great for the 3 of us during Monterrey car week. Street parking was sometimes one short block but not a problem. The house was just as described in the listing and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking or eating takeout. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.

Well stocked for seamless living, really nice property, highly recommend. Only downside is no onsite parking but that was not a big issue. Outdoor patio is lovely day and evening. So many wonderful touches ( ex:bedside charging cubes were great!)....would definitely try to stay here again. Oh ...and did I mention it's within walking distance of the MBA? Very nice!

Beautiful restored property
This property is different, but all in good ways. The house is vintage turn of the century (1900, not 2000!) but the interior is recently remodeled and stunning. The area is cute, with everything in walking distance including the beach and aquarium. Outstanding!

Charming historic beach house
We loved this charming historic beach cottage! The home was very clean and organized, the kitchen was light and bright and very well-appointed, the bedrooms were all nice and the living spaces very comfortable and just like home! We really enjoyed Pacific Grove and walking on the walking path along the beach (and to Monterey). We loved the historic cottages and the quaint unassuming town. We would definitely stay here again!
