Property was very clean and just the right size traveling with two toddlers and Grandparents. Short distance to Granby Ranch with a 4 year old was greatly appreciated. We took the Master and used the connecting bunks for our littles. Grandparents took the king room and watched our 18 month old while we hit the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and smart TVs were great for adult and kid viewing. Overall very cozy and conveniently located. I encourage 4wd or AWD if lots of snow is expected during your stay.

Lots of good things to say about the property. Inside everything was great. The bathrooms look like they’ve recently been remodeled with nice tile work. The kitchen is also very modern and looks like it has recently been upgraded.
We really appreciated having lots of bed space for our family of six to find a good spot to sleep.
We appreciated the fireplace and regularly had our kids huddling up near it after coming in from the slopes.
My wife doesn’t snowboard anymore, and it was close enough for her to walk down and hang out with us as we came in from our runs. We also we able to end our runs at the path to walk about 100 feet to the condo.
I would recommend this property to my friends and will be saving this to my favorite properties so we can return in the future.
Communication was good, but there was no reason to say much to property managers since our experience exceeded expectations.

Nice, clean. Describes property very well. No issues. Convenient to the slopes (short walk)

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a great location for visiting RMNP and the surrounding area. There are several short sets of stairs from the parking lot to the condo, but this was no problem for us at all. Super easy check-in and information was readily available. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a great property! It was nice to relax after a day of exploring the park. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was nice to have the shampoo, etc in case we forgot.

Exactly as described; very clean; well furnished; a very good family condo.

So clean!

There were a lot of stairs to get in and out. But we were training to climb a mountain. So it worked out great for us.
4.8
There are some stairs but our kids were old enough to navigate them even in the snow. Slopes were perfect for us not being great skiers. Smaller resort and not as commercial, we loved that.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The ski in ski out access was the favorite part! The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful property wonderful owners.
Definitely will want to come back !!!

Definitely recommend this property. We enjoyed every minute of our skiing vacation. Property was everything it claimed to be and was perfect for our group of 4 adults. There is more space to accommodate others. Would stay again!

I'm so glad I found this place while searching for somewhere to stay when snowboarding at Granby Ranch. It had all the amenities we could have wanted, it was super spacious, Bret had great communication, and the place just had a warm, cabin-like feeling. Everything in the description was accurate, and don't worry about the stairs-- there really aren't many, and they're broken up in small sections. Also, you can't beat being on the edge of a ski slope! Ski down in the morning, and in the evening, either take the blue run down or make the short hike up along the edge of the run! We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I and adult kids gathered for a few days of mountain air and skiing. The property was literally, in a great ski-in ski-out location. The beds where comfortable, nice entertainment as far as technology is concerned, when we got there the gas fireplace would not light and Bret had a maintenance guy out within an hour to light the pilot light on a Friday evening. Only draw back was there is a limited view of the mountains but a great place to ski and be together.

Loved the location- so close to the ski lifts. Condo was clean and felt like home. Enjoyed looking outside through the big windows! Really had a great time, and definitely will book here again!
4.8
No hassle, great fast communication with owner. Easy access to ski slopes. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay at Grandby!

Should have been told about the large amount of stairs necessary to get to the ground floor. Lamps were out and made the rooms dark. Very few glasses in kitchen. Only one blanket for two beds and no linens for the couch. Only six towels and one wash cloth. No dishwashing soap or laundry soap. Front light was out and made it difficult to punch in the code for the front door lock. No dish towels.

The house was clean and comfortable. A great location between Winter Park and Grand Lake. The leaves this time of year are simply incredible!!

Looks to have been updated recently with amazing appliances! Loved the location and appreciated the owners help. Highly recommend!

Our family came up for a quick ski getaway, the condo was absolutely perfect. Our kids loved the ski in and ski out, this condo really is as close as you can get to the sku runs. Ski Grandby is a perfect spot if you want to get away from the bigger overcrowded ski resorts! We basically had the mountain to ourselves. There were some negative reviews about the stairs at the condo, but they really are not bad at all. We were able to load ski gear in and out no problem. The condo is perfect for kids of all ages and has all the ammentities to feel right at home! We will definitely be back again.

Decided to take 2 four year-olds skiing for the first time. Condo was nicely situated so you could get off the mountain easily for food or warm up breaks. Very nice condo with a warm fireplace to dry out wet ski gear. Definitely made a first time ski trip easier with the kiddos.

Its location is perfect for families. Ski in and out is accurate. The sleeping spaces where plentiful as described.
Small problems that might be big for others:
1. One bedroom has a ceiling that makes a lot of noise. It may be the heater system but its loud and quite jarring. I have loud kids so I slept fine.
2. The room with bunk beds doesn't appear to be insulated. It got very cold. No worries, just keep that door open to the adjacent room can heat it. It was fine for us. Might be a problem for others families. I recommend putting unruly children in there. It really lowers their enthusiasm and increases you chances of sleeping in the next morning.
3. It's technically on the 1st floor... sort of. You have to walk down a 1/2 flight of stairs, up a 1/2 flight of stairs, then down another 1/2 flight to get to the room. Its tough in ski boots. I told my kids that they have no business skiing if they cant manage a few stairs (bougie a$$ kids). We managed. You might not depending on your abilities.
4. I had almost no contact with the owners. This is exactly how I like it... but again, you may not.
I did get 1 welcome email from them warning me about bears. Thats when I knew I booked the right place. I like wildlife so before I left, I put extra steaks and honey in the kids coat pockets. I figured its a "two birds, one stone" kinda thing.
Overall we liked it and would stay there again.
The kids were a little disappointed that they didn't get to see a bear and they cant wait to go back. I hope you enjoyed the review.

Overall, the ski in/ski out convenience and condo amenities made for a great time over the New Year's holiday. The location and proximity to the ski lodge made it a great choice. Only one piece of advice; make sure you have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle as snow and ice can make the parking lot for this unit a bit troublesome to get out - not a huge deal but definitely something to be aware of. We will definitely return to Grandy and this will be out first choice rental!

Property was great. Right outside the slopes, just a short walk over to the entrance of the tail end of a blue run down to the lifts. Very clean and amenities provided were greatly appreciated (coffee, laundry soap). Will definitely stay again
