About this house rental
At the northeastern tip of the beach resort lies the thatched 5-star twin house "Utkiek" - quiet and a little on its own. It impresses with its exposed location with consistently open views: to the north directly dunes, beach and Baltic Sea, in the distance Fehmarn and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Towards the west, the large adventure pier of Heiligenhafen makes its way into the sea. To the east, the house surrounds the Baltic Sea water with the directly adjacent nature reserve Graswarder and to the south you have the Marina marina with its incoming and outgoing ships in front of him.
The house is suitable for 6-8 persons, especially for guests with reduced mobility, because access as well as lower floor are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. The furniture is consistently high quality and appealing in a discreet, modern-maritime style.
In the entrance area the guest can expect a spacious hallway with convenient seating and storage space. On the right you reach the large, light-filled living and dining room with comfortable, fully equipped kitchenette. At the spacious dining table, everything becomes a special treat: directly on the wide picture window you have a unique view of the Baltic Sea and Graswarder. From the cozy sofa corner with woodburning stove and armchair, you can watch the maritime hustle and bustle in the marina through the floor-to-ceiling window front or find relaxation in another form (eg. TV / Blue-Ray player / hi-fi system). On the large south-facing terrace with comfortable seating and barbecue facilities, it can also endure for hours to enjoy views, sun and water or just let the sea breeze blow around your nose. And not only that: A fabulous retreat and a real eye-catcher, the chic beach chair on the east side of the house, located in the dunes sand. Here you are completely alone, before that only heaven, water and nature ... that is pure holiday feeling!
Back in the hallway there is a guest toilet on the left hand side as well as a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom (WC with folding handles, drivable shower with handrail, shower seat and shower chair / wheelchair-accessible sink, etc.). The reading and relaxation room is equipped with a small seating area including TV, Blue-Ray player and hi-fi system and invites you to linger with views of the dunes, beach, Baltic Sea and Graswarder. The comfortable sofa can be transformed with a handle into a comfortable lying and resting option (mattress 140x200 cm). This room also includes a terrace - here, the rustic teak bench offers another best place with a view!
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom (WC / bath / large shower / washing machine), from which you have a picturesque view of Graswarder and Fehmarnsund bridge. Two south-facing bedrooms with their floor-to-ceiling panorama windows open up perspectives on the marina. They are each equipped with large box spring double beds (180x200 cm). Another highlight is the Baltic Sea, with two box-spring single beds (140x200 cm and 90x200 cm) provided bedroom. The spacious room with comfortable armchairs on the large, floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to linger and offers with its balcony to an exclusive outdoor experience: located on the beach and the Baltic Sea you can let the view from the pier over Fehmarn to Graswarder leave and to Enjoy breathtaking sunsets into the sea during the summer months! And: Those who stay awake longer or are very early can see the sun rise there again ...
The house has its own parking space directly at the entrance. The beach, the adventure pier, the marina or the shopping and dining options at the Strand Resort are just steps away.
