Welcome to Cloud 9 at Beach Colony West, your 1500 Sq Ft condo with HUGE (22' x 8') balcony directly overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico. Unit sleeps 6! Master BR w/ King bed, 2nd BR w/ 2 Queens. Queen Sleeper sofa in Living Room. LCD tv’s in living room and both bedrooms. Property includes largest swimming pool (50 meter, Olympic size) on Navarre Beach and also has a direct view of the longest pier in the Gulf! Beach service with beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs is also included (March through October stays)! Plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive/walk away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Juana's. Play tennis or pickle ball. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. Other local attractions include:
- Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!

Clean and beautiful condo. The view was amazing. Had my morning coffee and watched the dolphins play. Very nice pool and only 5 min to beach. Check in was easy and communication awesome. Highly recommended!! Navarre is a beautiful area.

Totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the condo was perfect. One morning, there were several dolphins putting on show. The host was very kind and even let us know that we could check in a little early. I recommend this place! Have fun and enjoy, Navarre is the best!

Nicole and Matt’s condo was exactly as listed. They have everything you need plus more if you choose to eat in or go out. Great view from the patio to watch the waves roll in. Host stayed in touch during our stay just in case we needed anything. We had a great stay.

Cloud 9 was a perfect place to enjoy Navarre Beach, relax, and rejuvenate. The host was very detailed with instructions and attentive/ responsive in answering our questions. The place was very clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet even during spring break. It had everything we needed for the week. We sat on the patio a lot when we weren’t on the beach . We enjoyed the use of beach chairs and umbrella service. Brady takes really good care of his clients spending the day at the beach.

we were looking for a condo to rent at Navarre beach for a short getaway. This condo was an excellent price and location. The owners (hosts) were excellent and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The condo was fully furnished and had everything we needed during the stay. master bed was really comfortable. condo has a great balcony with fantastic gulf front views of the water. Being winter time we did not use the resort amenities but would absolutely stay here again.

Loved absolutely everything! Weather unfortunately didn't cooperate. But still enjoyed every minute of our short stay. Thanks for your beautiful home, facilities and beach and views for a nice get away. Can't wait to come back and hope for blue skies next time.

Great Location, Beautiful View, Crystal Clear Water with Perfect White Sand Beaches…This was the perfect size for the 4 of us (Mom, Dad, and 15 year old twins)…Walkable dining/nightlife (Andy D’s has phenomenal food and live music, and is a 4 minute walk). Highly recommend this spot and the owners were great to work with. Hope to be back soon!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. Navarre was beautiful and our condo was everything we expected, plus more. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The rooms were large enough for our 3 girls to share comfortably.
Nicole was very responsive and checked in throughout the week to make sure our stay was good.

We had a fabulous stay here. We have been coming here for 6 years. We always stay at these condos, but this was our favorite condo by far. They had everything and everything you could possibly want and need. Beautiful view and beautiful condo. Nicole was excellent to deal with.

We had such a great week in this condo with our family of 5! It was clean and spacious, and the hosts had thought of everything… board games, extra beach towels, beach toys, floaties, and a well stocked kitchen just to name a few! The huge pool was awesome, and the close access to the beach was so convenient with getting our 3 young kids out there each day. This is a great place to stay in Navarre!

We were very impressed by the Cloud 9 property! It was just what we needed for a quick beach get- away. The check-in process was amazingly easy, the condo was very clean, and had everything we needed! The balcony was such a wonderful place to relax and watch the waves, and a great view of the pool for watching older kids. It was an easy walk to the beach and the included chairs were wonderful. Nicole and Matt were upfront with communication, and supplied us with everything we needed in a welcome email, so we felt confident that we knew all we needed to know, prior to our stay. That took away a lot of stress that normally goes with arriving to a new property. We talked many times during our trip that we will definitely be back to Cloud 9!

When we arrived, we noticed things that were available that we had not expected. There were board games to play, beach towels available, beach toys and accessories, there were books to read, decks of cards to play, and may other things that we were available that we had never seen before. They were over and above what we had seen elsewhere. Everything was beautiful and in excellent working order. Would highly recommend this unit to everyone.

Nice Condo with a beautiful view of the Beach. The balcony is phenomenal with very comfortable patio furniture. Perfect location. Comfortable beds. The water pressure was a little less than I like but not too bad! We had a great time!! Would return and recommend ❤️

We loved our time at this condo. The views were magnificent and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The furniture and beds were comfortable - including the seating on the balcony. Super relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and the resort itself was clean and quiet. The beach chair service was a nice extra. I would happily stay here again should we ever return. What a wonderful place to stay! We loved the condo; it was very clean, very homey & comfortable, & a perfect location. The beach was unbelievable; the sand was amazing & the water was crystal clear. And it had a pool as well that was great! We highly recommend it!!!

Had a wonderful time in Navarre. The condo has a great layout, and conveniently located to anything you could possibly want or need during your stay. We loved spending time on the balcony, and venturing out to the beach and pool.
The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Our family of five had a fantastic time while staying at Cloud 9. The condo is exactly as described and what you see in the pictures. The balcony was amazing and loved hanging out there after a day at the beach.

This was an absolutely ideal place for our family beach vacation. Nicole and Matt were responsive and wonderful hosts, and their condo was lovey and perfect for traveling with kids.
Cloud 9 is perfectly located for easy access to the beach (no need to track sand back in the car from public beach access), and the pool in warmer months. But the condo itself was also fabulous. It was beautifully decorated but clearly with families in mind. No excessive breakable items or things that make parents of small kids nervous. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all we could have needed and more (including plastic plates and kids’ cups.) The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We all also enjoyed the huge balcony and gorgeous views, and the included chair service was a great bonus!

This property is absolutely perfect in many way! They had games and things for my kids to play with. Lots of towels and extra shampoo if needed. Very clean and the kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need! The owners were so easy to communicate with and made sure to send me a list of things they enjoy when they are there with their children! It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the pier! We walked to the turtle conservation and learned about Sweet Pea! We will definitely come back to the condo. The views were more beautiful I could have asked for! The pool is a little cold for my taste but my daughter didnt mind. The large bathtub in the master was a favorite for all of us. My 5 year old loved it! We are grateful for the memories and will be back to make more!

We had a blast at the condo in Navarre. The condo aaa clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were towels and beach toys, and chair set up at the beach! The views from the giant balcony were breath taking. Super close to walk to the pagodas. We will definitely come back! Thanks so much Matt and Nicole!!

Cloud 9 was absolutely amazing! Just wow! Pictures don’t do it justice. Condo was immaculately clean and smelled great upon entry. The air conditioning was cold and super comfy beds! Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking. Easy access to the beach and the pool was awesome! Cannot say enough about the property owners as well. Nicole was a phenomenal resource and we felt like she really cared that our family enjoyed our vacation. We accidentally left a load of laundry after check out and Nicole had it shipped to me within days! We can’t wait to go back! You won’t be disappointed.

BEST CONDO!!!
If you are looking for a condo in Navarre look no further!!! This was our first trip to Navarre, we normally stay in Destin, and we fell in love! It was such a nice change of pace from Destin. Still lots to do but with more of a laid back atmosphere (plus way less traffic). The condo far exceeded our expectations, it was SUPER nice, and EXCELLENT location! Not to mention all the extra stuff they have on hand in case you need/forgot something. Nicole was an AMAZING hostess and was excellent at communicating! Can't recommend this place enough and hoping we get to return soon!
