Take in the lush woodland views from the screened-in porch, or head outside for a nature walk in the surrounding forest. With a festive Bavarian-themed village, the nearby town of Helen offers excellent sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment, so make sure to include a stop into town during your visit.
A modern mountain home following a delightful cabin in the woods aesthetic, this Sautee Nacoochee abode has luxury amenities including an indoor waterfall tub and a spacious hot tub on the porch, along with entertainment options including a large pool table, WiFi, and a 55-inch HDTV equipped with a Blu-ray player and Netflix.
Kick your feet up on black leather couches in the cavernous living room area, where you can also strike up a warm fire in the custom stone hearth. Flip on the overhead fan to circulate the air on hot and humid days, and challenge your friend to a game of pool at the adjacent table.

Whip up meals quickly and easily using stainless steel appliances, ample countertops, and varied cookware in the updated kitchen. Eat together at the four-seat kitchen table, or take your meal onto the porch for al fresco dining. While you're on the porch, you might even fire up the gas grill for a barbecue. Crack open a cold beverage and enjoy your fresh-grilled fare from wicker rocking chairs as the overhead fan keeps it comfortable with a gentle breeze.
Wind down your day with a soothing soak in the hot tub. You could also head back indoors for a soak in the indoor tub, which charms with a waterfall trickling down a stone wall.
Retire for restful slumber in the king-size bed, which will accommodate two guests. Pull the curtains closed and flip on the bedside lamp to curl up with a good book before peacefully drifting off to sleep.
Rise with the morning sun over the mountains, and get ready for a new day of adventures. In the mood for some fun day trips? Lace up your hiking boots and head north to Unicoi State Park for picturesque hikes among dense woodlands with breathtaking waterfalls and pristine rivers and creeks.
Sample the fine vintages of the region at local vineyards, including Habersham Winery, Yonah Mountain Vineyards, and Kaya Vineyard and Winery, or search for a perfect gift in the alpine shops along Main Street.

This home was perfect for my husband, dog, and myself. Close enough to all the attractions but far enough away. Very clean and well maintained.

We loved this cabin. It was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed including an iron and extra blankets. The hot tub and sauna put it over the top for us. We would recommend this cabin highly!

This place is at a great location, quiet, clean, paved road is a must for us, very nice neighborhood. We saw several rabbits and dears that came to our yard.

We loved the Dancing Bear Cabin and will definitely stay there again, assuming they get the bathtub shower working. Everything else was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and charming. Love the outdoor hot tub and sauna. Walks near the property are peaceful and beautiful. Perfect location to visit both Helen and other nearby cities. Loved it!

It was wonderful

We loved the cabin, only problem we had was it being a little to close to other cabins! But besides that it was a perfect get away ❤️

Jet tub in master was awesome. Hot tub and sauna on porch were sweet. Unfortunately there was some disappointments. There was an old black hoodie left on the couch with dirty golf balls in it as soon as we walked into the cabin for the first time. There was also a used cigarette butt on the coffee table. Ironic considering there is a no smoking inside or outside around the property signs. The coffee pot was cracked. The floor near the shower was cracked and separating near the toilet as well.

Enjoyed our stay. Please replace the couch. When the middle section is falling in and you can't sit on it it's time to replace. Other than that it was fine.

There were a few minor upgrades to the property that are needed, but none that didn't make us want to not stay again! Great location. Easy to find. Clean. Already wishing to go back.

Overall, it was a great property! We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was cleaned thoroughly, for the most part. We noticed a face towel left behind on the shower curtain rod. I also noticed the couch was different than the pictures, and had a dip in the center. Otherwise, it was a great stay! It's perfect for an individual or couple. The dishes are great quality for cooking. Lastly, the amenities are great. You'll always have something to do.

The cabin was even better than we expected! The hot tub worked perfectly! The weather was extremely cold and super-windy, but we had our hearts set on being able to enjoy the back porch. It was like a dream! Everything worked perfectly in the cabin, and we had a really, really wonderful time!

We had a great time at the cabin. While the weather wasn't the best for the hot tub or sauna, we enjoyed the pool table and the cabin itself.

Everything about this cabin was wonderful. Well stocked kitchen, high grade pots and pans, fireplace in the living room was so nice, we really enjoyed having a fire. The pool table was great, bed was comfortable, loved the jacuzzi tub with the waterfall, and loved the screened in porch with the rocking chairs, table with wicker chairs, privacy bamboo curtain, sauna, we loved the sauna, grill was great with tank full of gas, and the hot tub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

It was everything I imagined!! Cabin was beautiful community was beautiful and I would return.. over and over! Only suggeations would be to fix indented sofa, add more towels for bathing especially since there is no place to wash the towels! Jacuzzi bathtub water did not get hot enough for some reason… but was still nice to sit in…

I stayed at this property to celebrate my anniversary. It was nice and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. We were able to visit Helen and do some fun activities there as well as stay in for a game and wine night. If you plan to use the fireplace make sure you bring firewood. I bought what I thought was a ready firelog and ended up with a box of fire starter so the grill was a good alternative lol. Overall had an amazing time and plan to come back again!

Loved the hot tub, the screened in porch. So so nice.

This was a great spot, great location and cute little cabin. We didn’t know that they don’t provide firewood so you have to buy your own. We couldn’t get the sauna to work, we followed the instructions on the wall but it still wouldn’t work. The jacuzzi tub had to be wiped down before we used it as there was black stuff in it and hair left over from the last people. The middle of the couch is broken and dipped down a lot, the one recliner on the couch was also broken and wouldn’t recline. There were also no checkout instructions so I didn’t know what to do with our dirty laundry, dishes, etc. Other than those things the cabin was great, just could use some minor improvements!

We stayed two nights celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary and it was so relaxing and had everything we could have needed! Really enjoyed our stay and recommend 10/10!
4.0 / 10.0
The cabin looked just as described. The sofa and recliner were very comfortable. The screened in porch was beautiful, but I was disappointed that i didn’t have a view. Also, the remote needed batteries in the bedroom, and I couldn’t find spare batteries in the cabin. Also, if you used the glasses and plates provided, you had to wash them over because there were only two of most things. The tv in the bedroom was extremely small and mounted way up high. It gave my boyfriend a bad neckache from watching it. There were no condiments except salt, pepper, garlic salt, coffee filters, and sugar.
I don’t mean to be so negative, because any time i can go to the mountains, I’m happy. I got good rest and was away from the day-in, day-out stress.

This home was very clean and the inside looked better than the pictures. The only drawback is if you plan to use the grill the propane service is not available at all times, so fill up the propane tank on your own before you get relaxed

The cabin was great for two people. It was clean and well furnished. Needs out door area for lounging, no accessible back yard.
10.0 / 10.0
We had a great time staying here from the pool table inside to the hot tub/sauna out back! They had everything we needed and Helen was so convenient to get to. I would definitely suggest this cabin for a great getaway trip!

The location was easy to find. Everything was clean. We had plenty of towels and everything we needed. We loved the view and peaceful tranquility of the screened in porch. The Amazon remote wasn't working so I couldn't log into my account but we didn't need the TV anyway. I hope to return again soon!
