Several of the door knobs were loose and the fireplace needs to be looked at. One of the glass doors is broken and the chimney flue would not shut and was stuck open letting in all the cold air. Communication was great with staff.

The property was nicely located. Even though it was in a development we felt secluded. And it was quiet at night. It was pretty seamless. I received the info when I needed it and there were good instructions so I didn't have to guess.

We loved the house. It absolutely had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I loved the electric tea kettle so much that I ordered one for home before we left! The hot tub is small, about 3 person, and the water unfortunately wasn’t high enough. Other than that everything was great! Becky has helped us with every stay we’ve had in Canaan. It’s always very fast, and seamless.

Great stay- we have been renting in Canaan for 10 years over the new year week and this was one of our favorite properties. New appliances and best stocked kitchen with beautiful dishes flat ware glasses etc. New furniture throughout the house. Fireplace worked perfectly no problems with ventilation Great views but on one of the lower roads in Northpoint to make access easy Dog friendly is very important to us and there are limited numbers of nice properties that allow dogs Efficient and friendly

It was beautiful and met my expectations fully.
It was beautiful and met my expectations fully. Perfect for us to visit, cook a couple meals, have some fun and much laughter. Just as if I were entertaining at my own home. :) Since this was an impromptu trip. I dealt directly with Mountain Top Rentals, but had found the place on Airbnb. It was less expensive to deal with Mountain Top Rentals, thank you :). I was wanting to make reservations on Wed eve for Thu & Fri nights of the same week and you were quite accommodating. Even allowing us to sign the agreement upon picking up the key. Thank you so much! This way we didn't have to choose a hotel type rental.

One of the best mini vacations I have had. Absolutely perfect. Next time we will stay a bit longer. Location and seclusion was great! The cabin was well equipped with EVERYTHING. The reality office staff were polite and helpful.

Thank you for a lovely and memorable time in West Virginia. We will be glad to tell others about our stay and your properties. Our friends checked in for us since we were coming late. They said they had no problem and the instructions were easy to follow. The cabin was beautiful and the space was perfect for us and our guests. Quiet location. Very peaceful. A true West Virginia experience which is what we were looking for.

The hot tub and the view from the loft. Wish some of the trees across the street could be trimmed so you can see better from the bottom level. Also, there were sooo many books, movies and games galore! Wish I had a week to spend here! The staff was sooo nice! Both at check in and check out!

The hot tub Everyone in the office was incredibly nice and accommodating! After leaving the rental property and being gone well past the 10:30a check out time, we realized that we had left a belonging in the house. Being that we were still in the Davis area, we called to see if we could possibly get the keys back in order to retrieve our forgotten item. Without hesitation the staff at the rental office allowed us to get the keys and return to the house. Very nice to be able to recover our stuff even after we had left. Thank you!

The private location away from the crowd of some of the other cabins. Didn't really work directly with anyone other than via email, but got quick responses always. Becky Ray is who I worked with.

The property was everything advertised and exceeded expectations. We had a wonderful mini vacation!
Seclusion. Loved the feeling to disconnect from the world, yet still had that communication if wanted. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful, even the bull dog was lovable!

There we're several kitchen appliances, pots and pans that we're rather high-end for a rental property. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great time using them. The team was wonderfully responsive.

We have stayed at a few of your rentals. I have enjoyed all of them. Some for the privacy others for the amenities. I have recommended your realty co.to my daughter and husband and they recently rented from you also. They were pleased. I cry every time I leave, this is how life was intended to be. No place like West Va.? Mountain top realty is always fantastic!
