Located in the Cottonwood Heights community between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, this stylish home sits between the bustling epicenter of Salt Lake City and the craggy peaks of the Wasatch Mountains. The free ski shuttle is within walking distance, as is a small local shopping center.
The interior of this home is contemporary and minimalist, with leather furnishings and a marble-style tile floor. Indoor entertainment includes WiFi, cable, a DVD player, and a CD player. Heat the space with the gas stove (modeled after an old wood stove), or take a soak in the private hot tub!
The efficiency kitchen provides you with all the appliances you need to make a delicious meal, all done in stainless steel. A dishwasher makes clean up easy, and guests can either sit at the three-top breakfast bar, or join together for family meals at the dining table for seven.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep a maximum of nine people. There's a bedroom with a queen and a twin, a second bunk room with a single twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a third bedroom with a queen. This home can accommodate a variety of groups, from families to close groups of friends. A washer/dryer is available for convenience.
This rental is a convenient spot for guests looking to explore all the Northern Utah has to offer. Bring your snow gear and hit the slopes at one of four mountain resorts, or pick a museum or a concert to see in Salt Lake City. Travel to Park City for a day to enjoy a local festival, or explore the Wasatch Mountains in the summer by bike or on foot.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The House is very well equipped .
Trampoline and Jacuzzi in backyard - kids loved it.
