New home in Bessemer Alabama. Just minutes away from Tuscaloosa. Built in 2014 with all the amenities and accessibility to interstate. This house is in pristine condition and ready for you to come and enjoy. Shopping mall, theatres, and restaurants less than a mile away. House is 1700 sq. ft. All you have to do is show up, everything else you need is provided. Also this is our personal home that we rent out to guest, so it's not just 100% rental property, just would like to make you aware upfront.

This home was a great size for our multigenerational group. Everyone was able to have their own space and the living area was good for us to all be together otherwise. The host was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and nice for walking, even at night. We felt at home during our stay.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Easy to relax here after a long day. Came to Hoover, AL for the SEC Baseball Championship, so it was head and shoulders above a hotel or condo. Owner was very easy to work with and communicate with and graciously offered us anything in the fridge.

This was a beautiful and well cared for home. Communication with Candice was super easy! We stayed here for Bama Homecoming. It was only 30 minutes out and didn’t cost an arm and a leg plus it was nicer than any hotel I’ve been to in Tuscaloosa! I highly recommend!

My family needed a place to stay overnight during our road trip home from Georgia to Louisiana. It is very difficult to find rentals that are available for one night only, so I was appreciative to find such a beautiful home that fit our needs. We had the best meal of our entire trip at the Bright Star Restaurant in Bessemer. We were pleasantly surprised to find such rich history and quality food in this quaint southern town. It was another added benefit to our short stay here.

A group of friends stayed here for an Alabama football game weekend, and it was just perfect! This home has a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby and a short drive to Tuscaloosa. We were spending two nights in the Birmingham area and wanted something different than a normal hotel or condo. This house was perfect. Bessemer is a great location with stores, shops, restaurants, and activities close by. The house was very clean, well decorated, and fully furnished with anything we might need. The owner was available if we had questions or needed anything. I can see how this home would be a great option for anyone attending events in the area, especially anything in Tuscaloosa. If you’re looking for a great experience, choose this property.

Very nice house in suburbs and very friendly hosts. Just didn't realize, and it wasn't stated in the listing, that this was their full-time house. Meaning, you get there and all there stuff is there, with food in the fridge, clothes in the closet, shoes sitting by back door, personal toiletries out etc. etc. Honestly, I like to have more of a hotel experience where it truly is a rental place vs. feeling like you are staying at a family members home. It was just strange feeling and felt very awkward to see all the pantry full, food in the fridge and all personal items out. They should really indicate this is there personal home and not a 100% rental. Host was very nice but would not stay here again.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this property! We came for the extended weekend to visit my nephew at the University of Alabama and attend the LSU vs Bama game. The owner reached out multiple times to ensure that we could get into the house when we arrived to town (as we were traveling from the Midwest) and was very accommodating. The house is decorated like the pages of a magazine and is incredibly clean. There is a grocery store, Target, gas station, and other amenities within 5 minutes from their neighborhood which is very convenient. Staying in a house instead of a hotel is always a blessing when traveling with a family of five. It was also far more affordable than hotels in Tuscaloosa on a big game weekend. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to our extended family!

The Bama Football Game House was exceptional! Checking in and out was a breeze. Five adults stayed comfortably and we had plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. We rented the house for a concert at Oak Mountain Amphitheater. It was an easy drive, even with traffic, from this location, which is close to the interstate. We stopped at Dreamland and had some leftovers, so were happy to be able to keep this in the fridge. If we are in the area again, this will definitely be our first choice! Even my Tennessee Vol friends were full of compliments! : )

Just a great place between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa! The home is a perfect distance from both cities for a weekend of combining history and football. The hosts were very accommodating with a late arrival and had great communication with us during the stay- helpful tips and good suggestions. Candice and her husband have a beautiful home located in a brand new development in Bessemer, Alabama. We were there for the Alabama vs Colorado State football game. The house was beautifully furnished and well stocked with all the necessities that are sometimes missing from other rentals we have used in the past. The kitchen was great and the house easily accommodated seven grown people comfortably. Candice was very easy to work with! The location is convenient to both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham and is only a short distance to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. For those of you not familiar with Bessemer, we can highly, highly recommend the Bright Star restaurant! What a historic gem with wonderful staff, amazingly delicious food and surprisingly reasonable prices. In summary, kudos to Candice and her husband! We recommend this rental to anyone that needs a good-sized, wonderfully furnished house in a great location! The Burketts
