Nice location and cozy digs

Had a great time here! Really the perfect size for couples and enjoyed being walking distance to keystone village and lifts at keystone. Also a convenient drive to other neighboring resorts. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Our stay at Gateway was great!
The space itself was clean and sufficient for two people. The complex has convenient retail options that include a small grocery/liquor store and a great coffee shop/bar (Steep).
The only potential downside we experienced is the parking availability. We returned Friday evening and there were no open spots in the garage or surface level parking. We were told we would have to look for another lot somewhere else, which would have meant either paying or walking a decent distance after dark. Thankfully a spot opened up and we were able to park, but I would factor this into your plans if you will be out in the evenings.
I would recommend a stay at Gateway for the price and convenience.

The location was a nice distance from Dillon and Silverthorne which have many food and shopping options. There are a number of hikes near as well.

Close to lifts (9 min walk), underground private parking

The place was nice and clean but that was 4 of us and only one bed has sheets i ask for more sheets that was never provided. Address was diffrent not far from previous but more far from ski resort.

Nice and clean place to stay.
Concerns with Sofa that was broken when we've arrived after few days texting managers finally someone did temporarily fixed but it was still in my opinion ready to be replaced, hopefully when next guest will try to rent will have a new sofa! we've heard some noise from the bar that is located on the other side of the room but I always use earplugs while sleeping so only my wife complained:)

The room and building were adequate, there were nice trails to go for a quick hike around the river. We saw a beaver swimming in the river but no moose sightings unfortunately. The room doesn't have great views, just a view of the back parking garage driveway but the outdoor area it too beautiful not to go outside to enjoy. There's also a lot of restaurant options in walking distance at Keystone Resort River Run Village. We left every morning too early to try Hayward Cafe right in the building but heard it was good. Internet was also good.
The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows & plenty of towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was adequately stocked too. For the price, it was a good base for some hiking in the area since we weren't at the room much besides sleeping. Wasn't wild about having rented through VRBO then getting additional emails from the property management company Vacasa in additionto VRBO, with prompts to download the the Vacasa app to manage the stay. Guess I prefer the more personal touch of dealing with individual hosts.
For access to the building and parking garage, we got a code rather than a key which was nice to have rather than worrying about remembering another key. The only major drawback was we found out the hard way the code we had didn't work at the front entry to the building when we went out for food so we had to walk around back to the parking garage to get in.

Not a pleasant place to stay for our first stay. The tub did not drain and the shower curtain had soap scum on it. My wife did not want to shower in it. And there really was not anyone I could contact - no front desk or a person reaching out: it was all automated messages. Next time, I’m staying at a hotel.

Great condo with easy access to the slopes and the village. You can literally walk off the patio and be on the Gondola in 5 minutes or in the village for coffee or a meal in 5 minutes. You can park in the underground heated parking, take the elevator up and you're a few doors away from this paradise in the mountains.

Great affordable studio in Keystone.
We stayed for 3 weeks in January and found it great for what we needed. It’s not right in the river run village but no more than a 10 min walk to the lifts. The kitchenette is sufficiently equipped and you’d be surprised how much you can make with just a microwave and a slow cooker if you get creative. The room was warm, the bed comfortable, the room was spotless when we checked in, plenty of spare towels and other items were supplied. The staff were very helpful and polite leading up to our stay. I would recommend for a couple.

Gateway Getaway
Nice unit. Clean. Simple. Everything worked.

Gateway Get Away
I was at Keystone for a conference. The room was nicely furnished, but could use a little dusting and refrigerator freezer needed defrosted. I got my key out of the lockbox and did not interact with the staff. There is not a check-in desk or visible staff to ask questions. A suggestion.. maybe have the shuttle schedule in the room. I didn't figure out there was a shuttle to the conference center until my last day.
4.3
Good for the price
Basically a larger motel room.
Bed was comfortable.
TV is "old".
Wifi was good.
4.3
Great little condo
This was a very nice condo for the price. It is in a good location. I was there for a week in May. It was off-season, which I liked the slow pace and not crowded.
There isn't much of a view, and the kitchenette area is small (and no stove), but again, it was a good value and I enjoyed the stay.
4.3
Very Satisfied
We were very satisfied with the property. Overall it was clean (just needed to have a new shower curtain). It was however very hot even when the heat was way down to the lowest setting. I would however very likely recommend this property. Very short bus ride to Keystone. Haywood Café has great breakfast. This is our second visit to Gateway however first visit to this property.

very satisfied
We thought the unit was great, overall very clean. It was however very hot and we could not control the heat.
4.3
Great price
Great price for a condo within walking distance of the lifts. A little bit of a walk but not bad. The free shuttle service was great.
4.3
Property met our needs
Despite the random (albeit small) things not working (a couple lamps, hairdryer, and the smoke alarm going off at 1am), and also not receiving checkin details ahead of time, (we were in the Denver airport). it was a great place to crash after hitting the slopes. Served its purpose and served our needs just fine. I could see where if you had four people staying there.... you may run into problems with silverware or other things. For example, only two coffee mugs, three cereal bowls, random amounts of silverware. But, suppose one could drive down the street and get paper products. Overall, "it was fine" and the access to the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the slopes!
4.3
Great Studio close to the Peru Express lift
Great studio condo that is within a 10 minute walk to the Peru Express lift or a 5 minute shuttle ride to the River Run Village. Checking in was a breeze and the condo looked just like the pictures. Perfect for a couple looking to maximize your time on the snow.
4.3
Great small condo close to the slopes
Great studio that is a short walk (10 min) to the chili express lift or the river run lift, or a 5 minute shuttle ride to the river run lift.
4.3
Great place
The place was clean and cozy. They have garage parking for your car/truck and the slopes are walking distance away. There is a handy little convenience store attached to the building and the people who work there are really friendly and helpful, even if you lock your key in the room like I did. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.
