The lodge worked perfectly for the family reunion. Each family had their own room, and the kitchen was great to prepare the meals. The location was ideal for commuting to downtown with the trolley/bus pickup just across the street. A great time was had by all.

Very nice place inside.
Everyone had a very pleasant stay...rooms were all very nice and the entire house was decorated nicely as well

Our family gathered to celebrate the life of my dad and the house worked perfect for us. The house is quite sound proof so little ones could nap. Kitchen was very well stocked.
Amy (property manager) was fantastic!

This was our 6th annual reunion. The property was as advertised and conveniently located to the trolley and bus pick up depots. Amy was very responsive to our needs and inquiries, we would recommend the Lodge for large groups such as ours.

The home is beautiful, but it definitely needs some attention. Several of the TV's didn't work, the ice maker didn't work, the shelf guards in the refrigerator were missing, making storage difficult in the fridge. Several of the decks had no railings. There was a leak in the bathroom down to the bathroom below and it was obvious that this had leaked many times before. There were cigarette butts and trash outside the kitchen door. Did not offer recycling or instructions on how to separate it, so when we took it ourselves it was all together. Carol was very pleasant to work with.

We were fortunate to find The Little Mountain Lodge and its property management group. We had 23 people (5 families) enjoy a Spring Break in the mountains. The LML offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, space to gather as a large group, or quiet places to unwind, ample kitchen equipment for all the meals, beautiful scenery out every window, convenience to ski areas with the shuttle across the street, and unexpected wildlife entertainment (beautiful foxes that would hang out at the back door providing lots of excitement for the kids). The property managers were friendly, easy to get ahold of if needed, and prompt with things that needed attention.
The LML is ideal for large groups going to the mountains!

INCREDIBLE HOUSE
Equipped with everything we could possibly need for 25 family members including an infant. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes for making large meals. We loved the dining room. There are so many of us that we can rarely find even a restaurant where we can all sit together. It was great for meal times and family games. Bedrooms were all beautiful.
LOCATION-close to town with a shuttle stop just across the street. Can’t say enough good things about this house. The best part-we’ve booked again for next year already!

Perfect home for a large group!
we had 21 adults (all family) at this home in late January. The house was perfect for such a large group; 13 bedrooms, with 6 kings, 6 queens and a 6 person bunkroom. the best part is that the king bedrooms can be split into twins, so as to accommodate many different configurations for various sleeping arrangements. The house was generously provisioned; more pots, pans, utensils and appliances than I've ever experienced. And the in town location was a big plus; right next to downtown, and a shuttle stop literally across the street for easy access to the various ski bases. For large groups, this house is by far your best bet in the Breckenridge area.

The home was lovely and had room enough for everyone (23 of us). The kitchen was big for several of us to be preparing meals, the dining room was great for either setting up for a large table or small group tables, which help in lively conversations during dinner. The living room was great to hang out in all together after skiing by the fireplace and the kids had space to go downstairs and play games.
It was a 3 minute drive to drop off for skiing at Peak 9 and an easy walk to Main Street (so no hassle with parking!)
The management team, Amy and Carol were super responsive. We were impressed in how they responded when we reached out on a couple items - above and beyond service.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a large retreat either family, friends or colleagues. This is a great place and perfect location.

Where should I begin…overall the house was huge as advertised, but that’s it. For the price, we expected an “exceptional” property and were quite disappointed. When we provided Amy with a list of things in the house that were not working, she responded with, “my expectations were too high!” The furnishings are a mix of this and that with no extra niceties for atmosphere or warmth. The house needs a renovation as there isn’t a decent bathroom amongst them all. Showers are very small and old and filled with mildew. Vanities are outdated with leaking faucets. When we reported the problems with the toilets a “drunk” plumber showed up and reported he couldn’t fix anything...the house just needed renovating. The kitchen is old fashioned and needs updating. Ovens were filthy, as was the stove. Neither dishwasher worked and one of our guests had to take the drain apart and clean out 8” of packed food. Since the air was so dry, we all needed humidifiers but first we needed to wash the mold out or fix them. One shower had only warm water. Pipes were banging in the walls of one of the bedrooms. Toilets stopped up constantly. The hot tub was molded. Check-in instructions are non-existent as is anything indicating what is provided for guests. None of the fireplaces were working when we arrived, although cleaning crew was present until just before check-in and Amy assured us, she did a walk-thru before our check in. There was no sound on the living room TV, one not working at all and the one in the main bedroom is slightly larger than an iPad. It’s great that there is an elevator however it only services the first and second floor, what about the third floor? You also can’t call the elevator to your floor; you must walk up or down to get it-useless. I expected more for the price and ratings. I think the listing valuation of $12 Million is overstated and should be corrected.

Amazing Breck Retreat
The pictures don’t do this property justice! Awesome place for a large group. Walkable to downtown and easy access to ski lifts. Our group talked about making this house a yearly destination! 10/10 would stay again!

From start to finish, it was so easy to communicate with Carol. Even with hesitation about booking due to covid restrictions. The cabin was perfect size for all of us to fit comfortably and have a dinner after the wedding. Truly a great cabin, even saw some wildlife!

We chose The Little Mountain Lodge as the weekend retreat for our small intimate September wedding. Every single one of our guests stayed under one roof and we couldn't have enjoyed our experience more than we did. From the beautiful grounds, to the incredible interior of the home, to the vendors we chose as partners, to the incredible ease we felt in working with Carol and Amy, this place was simply amazing. Our wedding weekend turned out even better than we could have ever imagined and has given us memories to last a lifetime! We are already planning our next visit to celebrate our one-year anniversary next year. We are guests for LIFE!

Amazing Retreat
We gathered for a family reunion as a party of 28. The house was the absolute perfect fit. The well appointed home has a ton of room for big gatherings, we never felt cramped. The commercial kitchen is well appointed, there were a bunch of unique gathering places inside and out and the huge driveway and parking lot allow for fun pickle ball and corn hole tournaments. Easy access to downtown and literally across the street from the shuttle as well as the famous Breck Troll! The managers were highly responsive and helpful and I cherish the memories that we have all made...we will be talking about this one for a long time. Cheers!

Absolutely stunning home!
We brought a group of clients to this home. While we were excited about the house, we were in complete awe once we drove up and walked in. We must have spent an hour walking through the home, picking out rooms and laughing in disbelief that we were staying in such an awesome home. We all loved it. I hope to bring clients back, pending availability. Thanks so much. Lovely home.

Perfect Wedding
The Little Mountain Lodge fulfilled all our wedding dreams. We had 30 friends and family gathered for the occasion and never felt cramped. Everything we needed was there. Carol and her staff worked with us during the stay and all minor issues resolved without any pain. Even when there was some panic the Bluetooth speaker wasn't working for the ceremony, a new one was delivered in time! No hesitation recommending this property for your large gathering!

30th B-day Ski Trip
We stayed for my brothers 30th birthday with family and friends. The place was wonderful and the management company does a great job to accurately describe the house and the layout which made planning the trip very easy which is sometimes hard to do with such a large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. The location was perfect and so close to downtown you could easily walk but the bus stop was even closer and very easy to use to get a ride downtown.

Family reunion
We had a large group of family, adults and infants, from Michigan, Florida, California, and Oregon. This was a great place to gather, the house handled our group comfortably, in a very convenient location to the village, and was well appointed. Thanks for facilitating a great family reunion!

Little Mountain Lodge
The accommodations were perfect for our family vacation. We had a total of 30 people coming in from all over the U.S. The house is located within a couple of blocks to Main Street, and across the street from the trolly stop so is beyond convenient. The setup of the lower level was perfect for game nights.
The property managers were extremely responsive on both questions prior to the trip and to questions and resolving minor issues during our visit.
I would book this property again for our group.

Beautiful home
This lodge is exceptional. We had a small
Family wedding at the lodge and it was perfect. The bedrooms are all quite charming; the kitchen is big and has everything any guest would ever need; the family room downstairs was a fun area. The managers of the lodge were very attentive and helpful. I would give this property 10 stars if possible

Wonderful house for multi generational family gathering!!
We had 4 generations staying here for my sons wedding at the Nordic Center. The layout is perfect for an 85 year old who can stay on the 2nd floor and rarely use stairs, little ones in the bunk room near moms and dads in the Boreas Pass room, and delightful master bedrooms throughout with luxurious decor and private baths! We cooked as a family every night and never went out to restaurants so the 24 of us could share our meal in the dining room with laughter and loudness at our pace and on our schedule! We had a magical stay and the location cannot be beat. Skiers and non can connect to the lifts and town with absolutely no hassle. This house may be expensive but we saved thousands on food and beverages by utilizing this beautiful retreat. Thank you to Carol and Amy with Clover Mountain Homes who made sure our stay was perfect!

Exceeded our Expectations
Our family of 30 from South Arkansas, North Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma, decided on Breckenridge, Colorado, to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday. She always wanted to see it snow at Christmas. Everyone was available Thanksgiving week and all wanted to stay in one house so we began to search the internet. We found your home and from the pictures, amenities, and location, we booked it !!!!!! We were in awe when we walked in. It was absolutely unbelievable. You would have never known there was 30 people in the house because there was soooo much room. Our family was aged from 2 - 90 and it was perfect for all ages. The kitchen had everything and was a perfect place for family meals and many laughs and conversation. We utilized the bus stop right across the street every day. This house was everything and more. Carol and Amy were super people and so very nice and accommodating. This was the first time we had taken a family vacation with all 30 of us and because of our first trip to Breckenridge in the Lil Mountain Lodge, we are already talking about another trip. Thank you sooo much !!!!!!!! P.S. And yes, there was snow - lots of snow so our Mom got to see snow at Christmas (Thanksgiving) !!!!!!!!!

Gorgeous place to stay
We had a family reunion here with 25 people. Plenty of room, large gathering areas, amazing kitchen. Great location and wonderfully stocked Probably the best place we've ever rented for any of our reunions. We all had a great time.

Unbelievable MANSION
We rented this house for our family as a get together following our wedding out of state. My new husband and I got there before everyone else and we couldn't believe what we found! This is the most beautiful home we've ever seen! We felt like celebrities welcoming everyone to the house and two families got to know each other in the perfect setting. The common rooms were so big and the bedrooms were private and absolutely beautiful. We took the Buchanan Suite and it was like waking up in a castle! Everything was perfect. We could walk to downtown in a few minutes, but you would never know that from the privacy of this home. We worried about having 28 family members in one place and it went off perfectly because of this beautiful house. It's bigger and more grand that the photos can depict and we made memories that will be with us forever. The people that we worked with gave great customer service and showed up with a new box of wine glasses after we called and told them that we were two short for a dinner toast. We've never seen anything like that as though things weren't already perfect enough. We recommend this house to everyone wanting something out of the ordinary. There is nothing like this.

Every year, our family rents a large home for a big family reunion ski trip. We've stayed in homes all over Summit County, in Vail, in Telluride, even in Aspen. This one is by far the best. It's not like any rental home we've ever used. Every detail is considered and Amy was available every time we had a question during our visit. The owner of the company even took our calls when we wanted information about the area.
The house is better than the photos. It's enormous and everything is top of the line as you would find in a five star hotel, but in this case, it was all ours! The hot tub was glorious and the little walkway to it made us all feel as though we were staying in a high end resort.
The location is the best part. We could get into town in a few minutes and it was easy to get to the lifts on the shuttle right across the street. We would give this house ten stars if we could. We still can't believe that we made such a terrific find in Breckenridge.
Thank you Mountain Clover Homes, Amy, and Carol! Excellent job!
4.8
Gorgeous Home!
We couldn't believe it when we arrived and we could write volumes about what we found at this house. The bottom line is that it is by far the best and most beautiful home any of us has ever seen. It was immaculate and huge and the bedrooms were enormous and so elegant. Top it off with the nicest managers we've ever used. Mountain Clover is a small group, but they maintained a strong presence for us throughout. Five stars doesn't seem like enough.
4.8
Best one yet!
We've stayed in two of Carol's homes before and didn't think that it could get any better. The Little Mountain Lodge is the bomb. It is absolutely filled with fine things and comfortable furniture and the location is perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone coming in with a group wanting top of the line everything. As always, Amy is the best manager around and made our stay perfect. Thank you again and we'll see you in the future!!!

The Lodge was perfect.
the lodge was all that it advertised to be. Had 17 of possible 24 there due to other commitments. all there were most impressed with the vacilaty. We havwe stayed at other rentals in Gattlenberg and tthe outer bank , this was the best. Loved it..

So Big!
We couldn't believe it when we arrived at the lodge because its so much bigger than the pictures suggest. It is beautiful and we were happy with the hosts and their attention. My wife called Carol every day for the last week before we arrived so we were completely prepared. We were shocked at everything that was supplied in the house including the well equipped kitchen and the enormous laundry room which we were allowed to use. There was even detergent left out for us. The owners of this home have done a great job making it elegant without losing its comfort. The location was closer to town than we expected and we walked for coffee some mornings. The kids in the group found Erics Downstairs and we didn't see them for hours at a time. The description of the house online is accurate, but doesn't really show how nice it is. The house was very clean and the beds were all beautiful. Amy and Dondee were great managers and were always just a phone call away. We recommend this house to anyone who wants to have the entire family or group of friends under one roof. We liked Erics, the McCullough Gulch hike (thanks to Carol), and Kelly Green chef.

Great house for Girl's Weekend!
28 women in one gorgeous home! This is by far the most beautiful place any of us had ever seen. The people were great (Amy and Karen (?)) and sooooo helpful. The beds were gorgeous and the kitchen was perfect. We were able to walk into town in a few minutes so we came home with shopping bags and so happy!
