Fabulous location just a 15 minute walk from the Old town of Dubrovnik and from the Adriatic Sea. Bright, spacious, 3 bedroom apartment with full bathroom (including tub and shower) and open kitchen. Gorgeous outdoor terrace, wild garden, and amazing views.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, washing machine, WIFI. Child-friendly.
(Due to the terrain of Dubrovnik there are several steps leading up to the apartment and, therefore, not recommended for those who might have difficulty with climbing steps)

This property is uniquely located on a walking street on the hill behind the old city. The views are amazing and you get a unique vantage point looking over the city. Very well appointed place with everything you would need for your stay.

We stayed at this beautiful VRBO property in Dubrovnik for a weekend getaway with a group of friends, and we had an amazing stay. The road to access the property is walking only with stairs, but we had backpacks, not roller bags, and thought the short walk was well worth the great quality and location of the property. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, oil, sugar, and coffee, and the hosts provide a personalized guide book to the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The host was quick with responses and ensured that we had an amazing stay. Thank you again!

The villa was clean and well appointed with an easy check in. Close to Dubrovnik without needing car or public transportation..only issue is the are many stairs to get to villa entrance so pack light and enjoy your stay.

A great spot for a fit family, the stairs did not bother us at all, the air conditioner was a blessing, the outdoor patio was so nice for meals, coffee, a glass of wine etc. Nadia was very helpful and understanding as we had a road accident and she offered us a late check out. Close to the old town, which is so nice. Great for our family of 5, we walked everywhere. If we go back to DBV...we will stay here again.

A great spot for a fit family, the stairs did not bother us at all, the air conditioner was a blessing, the outdoor patio was so nice for meals, coffee, a glass of wine etc. Nadia was very helpful and understanding as we had a road accident and she offered us a late check out. Close to the old town, which is so nice. Great for our family of 5, we walked everywhere. If we go back to DBV...we will stay here again.

Great location, great property
This was a great place to stay, with good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. The outdoor courtyard was a delight, and the views from the bedrooms over the old city were lovely. Nadia was a very welcoming host, meeting us, and making sure we had everything we needed, and giving us pointers of where to find things. It is up over 100 steps which was daunting with suitcases but we got used to them very quickly. Highly recommended.

Location to old city is within a 10 minute walk. Owners are very nice and helpful. Property needed a good cleaning. Extra bathroom in separate bedroom was difficult to use with heavy smell of mold from bedroom. Also mold smell in one of bedrooms in main apartment. Tub leaked when used and noticed small leak under toilet where drain pipe enters wall. We were okay with conditions as we only slept and showered each day not spending much time at the property.

I am not going to lie, the 110 steps to the apartment was tough on the first day when carrying your large suitcases. This is definitely not for the "old souls". However, the stairs got easier each day, and we learned how to plan for the entire day when we left in the morning. Thank you ladies for a beautiful week in Dubrovnik.

Lovely place and location
My friends and I stayed in the Passic House finding a relaxing way to end our Interrail and the experience was great. The house is beautiful, the location was great and the owners were so kind to us. Everything was perfect.

Spectacular Place to stay!

Very spacious and clean house perfect for our group of 4 but could fit up to 7. The air conditioning wqs fantastic after a long day in the sun. The hosts were very accomadating and helpful while we were there. View was fantastic the only down side was the long walk up the stairs. However the location was very close to old town.

Dubrovnik is small and everything within walk distance. The 114 steps that another reviewer talked about isn't that bad, considering that there are steps everywhere in Dubrovnik. Sue greeted us and was extremely welcoming. English is perfect.We were there with 6 adults and 4 children and this property fit all of us nicely. There are 3 bedrooms in the main apartment area (2 twins / 1 queen / 2 twins) and there is a studio room (1 queen?). There's a nice little bakery recommended by Sue across from the cable car which takes approx 10 minutes walk. There's a nice little bakery recommended by Sue across from the cable car which takes approx 10 minutes walk. Laundry can be finished relatively quick and with the Croatian sun dries in a morning.

Great for the price
The place had everything we needed. It was fully functional, and I would stay here again. Sue is so sweet and thoughtful. She tried to think of everything we needed. Like another reviewer said, I agree that it really could use a good professional cleaning. The basics were clean but there was a lot of dust and cobwebs under the bed and the nonstandard places. The stairs didn't bother me at all. The location is great - a close walk to everything.

We enjoyed the location, just a 10 min walk to the old city and we particularly enjoyed the terrace for morning coffees and late afternoon cocktails. The views of the old city from the bedrooms are wonderful. The apartment is well supplied with shampoo's, soap, towels and pillows and the couch was nice and comfy. Another reviewer described the apartment as "shabby chic" and I would have to say that while the bedding and towels were nice and clean, the apartment could use a good professional cleaning. There are 112 stairs to the apartment, but we both appreciated working off some of the lunches and dinners we enjoyed in Dubrovnik.

Lovely Dubrovnik home, perfect for a family
This was my last stop on my Croatian adventure and it was a perfect ending to a fantastic trip. I was met by Alma, who was more than helpful in showing me around the property.
The terrace was breezy on a hot summer's day, something to look forward to after a day at the beach and sightseeing, grab a glass of white wine, some appetizers, perfect ending.
I highly recommend this home, especially if you are traveling with a group and/or family. The studio is also available and gives that extra privacy, if it is so needed.

Great Experience
Three of us spent four nights at this apartment in October. The New York based contact was extremely helpful with the details of the rental process. The apartment was just as described and the terrace was absolutely heaven on nice warm evenings. The contact's mother is on site, speaks English very well and is exceedingly charming! she was most helpful with details about the town, i.e., where to shop, where to dine, what to see, etc. The decor is "shabby chic" but exactly what we anticipated. I would heartily recommend this apartment in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik!

Great views with lots of space and wonderful patio
We stayed here with two famlies for a week and loved the house and views. The home has an open kitchen and livingroom and three bedrooms all with water views from right above the old town. The stairs to the house are many but well worth the walk up. We also rented the studio and we were very happy with the property and owners. Miro was very easy to deal with. His mom met us at the property to show us around the house and gave us many tips about the city. We would defintely stay here again.

Great apartment
This was a wonderful place to have a big family spend time in Dubrovnik. It actually has another one bedroom with one bathroom unit attached. Miro's mom met us-she is warm , friendly, and speaks fluent English. His dad met us at the bottom of the steps and pointed us uphill. Yes, it is 112 steps to get to the place-but we needed to work off all the wine, gelatto and food we ate in Dubrovnik. The place is quiet, clean, and homey. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook. The washing machine worked well, once we figured it out. Another small touch I liked, was a fresh toothbrush and fresh soap, with plenty of towels. I would DEFINITELY return to this place. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, looking down on old city, drinking bottle of local wine.

This property was excellent-once you got to it. The several steps mentioned in the write up = 112. The off street parking is a parking garage four blocks away that is not cheap. Also if you rent this property be aware that there are two number 15s on the street where it is located--we of course went to the wrong one
