Loved the decor, the home was very homey. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture very comfortable. They have thought of every single thing you would need at the home. Very quiet with wildlife nearby. Porch is great.
I had to think pretty hard, as my stay was wonderful. The only con could be the pictures. The picture make you think the home is directly on the river. Also, the pictures make it look like the house has no neighbors. Both of these things were not an issue though. The water is a short drive away with a key to two private sections of the river, which were beautiful. As far as the neighbors, we did not hear a peep from anyone. It is the quietest place I’ve been in a long time.

The home was clean, there were deer outside with our morning coffee. Convenient to the city center for meals.
Everything was peaceful and relaxing. No complaints.

Only thing that surprised us was it was not on the water since there was a picture of the river in the posting. Not a big deal at all though!

House was very comfortable and well kept. Very quite area. Lots of deers!
River is accessible BUT had to drive to it. I thought the river was in the backyard..because of the pictures shared. So..NO BACKTARD RIVER. other than that..stay was very nice.

No breakfast available but it was ok, we took snacks.place was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Enjoy the deer outside.
The ad made it seem like we would have excess to the river in the back yard. It made it seem like we were the only ones around and not be surrounded by neighbors.

It was peaceful. Lots of deer.
The white rugs get dirty easily.

Comfortable beds and living area. Nice wrap around porch with lovely deer and cardinals around. Easy keypad lock.
Disgustingly dirty kitchen with little to no supplies and condiments. Had a warped and dirty frying pan and two pots. The pan had nasty food Scraps on it and all the kitchen cabinet handles which we had to clean and wipe down. Very disappointed given were living in the covid era. Bedroom had leftover hot Cheetos on the carpets. No baking sheet to use for the oven and did not have any cooking oil and general spices such as black pepper. Let us have a roll of paper towels with 5 sheets left. Bathroom didn’t have any bath soap. I called the management company to confirm these items before we packed and was informed all of this was available at the property. Found two live scorpions In the house - understandable given were in the hill country however there was an empty bug spray can available for us to use. Also note the property is In a community of mostly mobile homes - this is not a secluded area. Private access to the river is a bit of a stretch - there were huge parties of over 50 people in one group and saw people park on the side of the road and walk through this private area. The types of crowd at the lake was great the first two days then it became full of sketchy people and not very kid friendly. People with glass beer bottles all over the river using filthy language - again not kid friendly.
