Located in a private gated community your beautiful and peaceful home away from home awaits you! Remodeled and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom and pull out queen bed available. Sleeps 8 comfortably. It's a golfers paradise and shoppers paradise, with many restaurants in walking distance to satisfy all tastes. There are two movie theaters that are also in walking distance or a short drive. Relax in the heated pool or hot tub just steps away. So whether your'e a baseball fan, golfer, shopper, nature lover, spa goer, or simply just want to escape the cold, "the valley of the sun" is for you!

*Attached two car garage is available for your use. *Please note that there are stairs from the garage and also front door and the unit is on the second story.

We just returned from a wonderful family trip to Arizona. Staying at this three bedroom condo was great for our family including three grandkids. The kitchen and dining room allowed us to eat in and there was a BBQ area a short walk away. Although the balcony is small, it was nice to have access to an outdoor space with a view of the water fountains out back. Access to the garage for parking our vehicle was an added bonus. Best of all was the beautiful pool and hot tub a short stroll away. Although the unit is 20 years old, it is in good shape, in a great location and met all our needs for this family getaway. The owner was also flexible with our checkout time when our flight was delayed for a few hours which we appreciated so much. We headed home with great memories of our time in Arizona!

This is a great condo!!! Comfy!! Close to shopping! The pool was nice!! The most amazing part is waking up and sitting on the porch and watching the ducks and listening to the waterfalls!!! Great place

We spent 2 weeks here! Loved every minute of it. Beautiful condo, and the pool/hot tub area and surroundings were excellent! The hosts were wonderful... always available when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

Well located. Close to major highways and restaurants Unit was average Dishwasher does not clean dishes, amenities & appliances are quite worn. Steep stairs to access.

We were in Arizona to watch our son play basketball, so we weren’t needing a place to really hang out necessarily…but we felt like we would want to anyway! Very comfortable, especially the beds. The communication with the host was great and she was super responsive, which is important to us. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay ;-}

This was a really great place to stay. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was wonderful and very responsive as well. The community was nice and quiet and well kept. We used the pool and it was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a little trouble figuring out which condo we were in upon arrival because VRBO did not include that information in the welcome email I received. Other than that, this condo was perfect. Just the right amount of room, access to the pool, and good location. Loved it!

We enjoyed the convenient location and spacious, clean condo. Information for check in was very helpful. Very pleasant and we would stay again. Only suggestion, not complaint, is that the visitor book on the counter should be updated. For example the departure instructions differ from those on the wall and a local attraction we saw in the book closed in 2018,

Had issues with guest bath drain and exhaust fan. Reported problem but not fixed during stay. Everything else was great.

This property was nestled in a quiet, gated residential community with a pool, ponds and water features. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The unit was well decorated and had everything you could need for a short or long term stay. We did not use the kitchen to cook but it was very functional. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

I booked this condo to stay for a youth baseball tournament. The location was perfect. We played at three different complexes and the condo was conveniently located near them all. Good freeway access and close to the airport. Also, Alyssa (the owner) was so kind to help out with a reservation change due to flight schedules. The condo is clean and well supplied.

We were here for a long weekend visiting family. We’re a family of 4 and the place was perfectly sized for our needs. The overall property felt very safe and was quiet and the unit was clean and very comfortable. The unit was also well stocked with towels, extra bedding/blankets, and basic household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, laundry detergent). We didn’t cook much, but there appeared to be plenty of dishes and cookware for those that might. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to the area.

The location and layout of this rental is great. You're so close to local restaurants and shopping. The Master bedroom is on one side and the two bedrooms and bathroom are on the other so nice spacing for family groups. We had two married couples and each couple had a child and that space was ideal. Our arrival was not ideal as the actual condo number was not provided in the address email and we had to reach out to the owner for help. She was nice and guided us and resent an email with an exact location. However, on the day before we were supposed to checkout we found there was bad weather expected for our drive home the next day so we reached out to see if it was at all possible to add an additional night to our reservation and we never received any response.

The condo was beautiful and so clean. The location was great for getting to anything you wanted to do. We felt very safe in the area. Loved everything but wish it was not over 100 so we could have walked the property more.

Great condo! Two car garage was a great plus to keep the car cool. Every thing you need and in working order. The check in and check out process was flawless. Condo was clean, water was hot, the AC was cold and the TV worked with out problems. The only thing you should be aware of are the stairs. If you have mobility issues this may not work for you. Other than that I would definitely recommend this condo and will book again as it is a short 4 minwalk to our sons flight school housing.
