Your Property
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
Unit 3304 is located on the 3rd floor (accessible via elevator) and features two private balconies overlooking the Poydras Street city skyline and our relaxing sundeck
Four adults can be accommodated in this 2-bed, 3-bath unit. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom, as well as an additional full bath located off the living room. The king bedroom features its own private balcony, while the queen bedroom includes a skylight with motorized blackout shade. An additional balcony is located off the living room.
The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
Your spacious 920 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels
Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit
Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed
Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available
Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm
Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!

Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.
Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! Natchez was great place to stay for our first time visiting New Orleans. The location was amazing and service was top notch. The unit was just as promised and loved the hot tub/pool as well. Couldn't have selected a more centrally located place to stay that was close to everything but tucked away and secluded at the same time.

Josiah and Jen were amazing friendly front desk workers! I was so amazed that we even had front desk from morning till night! The accommodations were top notch, super clean and walking distance to everything! Starbucks was right around the corner! Would stay here again and again!

Great location for Mardi Gras!
We stayed at The Natchez for 5 nights during Mardi Gras. The location can’t be beat - easy walk to the French Quarter and to multiple locations on the parade routes. The Natchez is clean, comfortable and staffed with friendly, helpful people. We’ll definitely stay there again!

What a beautiful unit. Wonderfully designed and decorated. Well appointed and the perfect location. The staff is super friendly the beds are great.
The shower is the only tricky thing- it's a little too fancy for its own good and not such great pressure. Also the AC units tend to shut off-but I think the staff can explain them better if asked.
We will definetely be back.

Great time in New Orleans!
We normally get individual rooms at a standard hotel. This was a GREAT choice. The hotel is very close to our New Orleans offices and the group setting in this well equipped condo turned the normal business week into a new experience. We will definitely do this again at future meetings. Advanced planning might even allow us to get multiple rooms, take full advantage of the new cabanas, and add a weekend on to the front end or back end of the business week (maybe both!). Great venue, and the staff was very helpful in pointing us to local restaurants that were in easy walking distance.

Perfect NOLA Condo/Hotel
Simply put, this place is absolutely amazing! The best part is you are in a brand new modern condo in the heart of downtown. We used the hot tub and grills that are perfect for partying! Felt very safe during our stay and walked to several great restaurants while we were not in the hot tub! 3 bathrooms in our unit which was absolutely perfect because everyone staying had their own private bathroom which is extremely rare to find! Can't wait until Saints games as the Super Dome is within walking distance as well.
Almost forgot to mention how clean the rooms were and how accommodating the staff is. This place will be my first choice every trip we make to New Orleans! Can't wait until we come back!
