Newer custom built home completed in 3/2017, sleeps 6 adults (3 couples), 2 full baths, three bedrooms, plus studio with twin/trundle pull out, laundry room with washer and dryer. All on one level. High ceilings with huge windows showing gorgeous mountain and water views. There is a large dock for your boats and/or jet ski (boat lift/covered area not available for guest use & please refer to TVA info for lake levels-owner has no control over TVA operations). Very large rooms: kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master suite has a California size King bed, large walk in closet, bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a large walk in shower. There are two Queen bedrooms and a studio with a twin/ trundle bed. The hall bath is located near the two queen rooms and the studio room and has a single sink vanity, with toilet and tub/shower. There is an air hockey table in the living room and a 6 person Hot Tub on the patio. Enjoy the views from the large deck that opens to the living area and has steps down to the jacuzzi patio. Electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy as well as an outside fire pit area. This is an amazing home for a wonderful family vacation. Only 5 min. to stores, Marina with boat and jet ski rentals (only open during the season), as well as Restaurants! Only 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 45 minutes to Gatlinburg!!

This house was lovely to stay in. The views were amazing, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and the interior of the house is nice. There were some things we didn’t love but these were things that we felt didn’t need “fixed” during our stay. There were tons of ants outside that liked to crawl on us- on the deck railing and on the patio/fire place area. However, we are in the mountains so we expected bugs and looking at previous reviews it looks like a bug person comes to spray quarterly. Not a huge issue. The path to the dock is quite steep and with the loose stones it can be a bit tricky (especially when carrying a 2 year old). Again, nothing that could be fixed by the property owners. The things stated above did not outweigh the pros of staying at this house , though. We did meet the owners -my dad said they were nice to talk to and the communication we did have with them was positive . This house worked nicely for the company that came with us and I would recommend this house to friends/family who may want to visit in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well-located and the view is unbeatable. Could have spent all day staring at the lake and the mountains. Owners are friendly and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay, inside the house was great the bedrooms were very nice. Outside was a little different. the decks needed cleaning especially the front entrance it was very green with mold and moss. The fire pit was not in a good spot it’s on a hillside no way to set around the fire . The view was amazing outside. All in all it was good.

Online description was very accurate. Lake was pretty just a little low, made it fun to explore though. Lots of wildlife to be seen! I’m a runner and the surrounding neighborhoods and roads were challenging yet fun to see the scenery! Very clean home with beautiful views. Owners were quick to respond with any question we had.

Nice house, great view! Such a quiet, peaceful area. The only drawback was the hill down to the pier. Very difficult, steep walk back up.

The view can’t be beat and everyone in town was so nice Close to several larger towns if you need anything from a large store. Didn’t want to leave.

Location is superb. We were able to swim from the dock. We had 80deg F weather at the end of September. All rooms and living areas are spacious. Lots of natural light. House has a beautiful back porch with parasol and dining table set overlooking the lake that we used for lunches. It was nice to have my elderly parents watch grandkids jump on the lake. We parked the kayaks on the dock. We saw multiple deer and a beaver on the property. Everything was lovely

This was our 3rd time in Tennessee and by far the best house with amazing views. The house was clean, open, the bedrooms perfect space, kitchen equipped with everything. The check in process easy and great communication. Loved fishing from the dock and kayaking. Lake and mountains views were breathtaking. If you are looking for a super relaxing time head for the hot tub. Plenty of space. Thank you for allowing us to experience your beautiful home.

It was very nice our stay. We rented boat for three days. Beautiful weather. Only thing it would be nice to have a map of lake but no one around on the lake sold them. Did not realize no trash pick up and on holiday city dump closed so had take trash with us because did not want wild animals getting into trash. The home equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend just remember each day get rid of trash at dump if a holiday weekend

This was the perfect lake house for a fishing trip with my family. The house was perfect for our getaway and the host were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book this lovely home again! ❤️

When we arrived, the first impression wasn't good. The grass hadn't been cut and was very long. It was finally cut on Thursday after we had been at the rental for about 5 days. The house was okay clean. There were crumbs on the couch and counter tops, so we did a quick cleaning job of the house when we first arrived. The stairs to the lake, deck and hot tub all need updating. The lake views were lovely, however you couldn't enjoy them from the deck due to the railing being the way. The surrounding area was nice and quiet.

We couldn't be more pleased with our family vacation at this beautiful property. The house was gorgeous, the views even more so. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck in the evening taking in the silence and the view. Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time swimming in the lake and fishing off the dock. The marina, located just a short distance away, made it very easy to rent a boat for the day. The lake was spectacular and not overcrowded. The owners were fantastic and were in constant communication with us before, during, and after our stay. We had a glitch in our stay, but they tried their hardest to remedy the issue with a repairman on site the same day. Even though the issue could not be fixed while we were there, they compensated us for our troubles.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and a toddler with us. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our week. The deck views were amazing! The location was quiet and private but still close enough to pigeon forge that we could spend time there as well. The owners were easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. We really enjoyed our week here!

My family and I had a wonderful time. This home felt like a home away from home. The kids had plenty of fun playing air hockey, board games, and jumping in the lake from dock. We are definitely coming back.

Communication with host was so easy, questions or concerns were addressed immediately ( not that we had any problems), with it being the holiday season a tree was put up for us to celebrate Christmas which made it special for us., the house was exactly as described and had everything we needed to feel at home and relax. We will definitely return to this beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It was beautiful had everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out. The owners responded quickly when we had questions. The only thing I would suggest is don't let and kids take a shower in the master bedroom. It is very slippery and my youngest feel. The only thing I wish was that it had lighting around the hot tub.

We enjoyed 6 nights here. The place was very clean and accommodations were as listed. We would recommend to others. The view is stunning and the cove was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the dock, swimming and hot tub.

We rented the house for a small bachelorette getaway. The house was well maintained, the views from the deck are gorgeous and the private cove/dock were perfect for swimming. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The only disappointment was the location of the fire pit was not as pictured, it had been moved to the bottom of the hill to an inconvenient location, but it was warm enough that we didn’t need to use it. The lake was gorgeous and perfect clarity and temperature for swimming. I would definitely book this house again. We had an amazing time and did not have any issues at all during our stay.
