Muy buen departamento, muy buena ubicación. Tiene 3 baños en los que todo está nuevo, hay agua caliente todo el tiempo y la presión es muy buena, tres habitaciones, viene con la ropa de cama, tiene lavarropas que funciona, la heladera funciona perfecto. De hecho el departamento está mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, deberían actualizarlas. Las tres habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, estuvimos en Diciembre y hacía mucho calor, en el living/comedor no había aire por lo que era imposible comer o estar ahí sin morirse de calor, deberían poner un aire acondicionado ahí... En cuanto al dueño no tuvimos problemas, muy amable y cordial, nos dejó pagar en "cuotas". Lo que tienen que tener en cuenta es que si pagan por PayPal te cobra un 5% de lo que pagues, que eso te lo avisa cuando te manda el pago. Otra cosa que nos enteramos después de hacer la reserva es que te cobran la electricidad, te dan una cantidad de kws por día y te cobran el excedente. La persona que nos hizo entrega de las llaves del dpto es muy amable también, nuestro vuelo se atrasó y no hubo problemas con el horario. Si vuelvo a Río siendo 4 o 5 personas, volvería a este departamento

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, para mim o melhor ponto em Copacabana. O apartamento amplo, camas novas, bons banheiros, silencioso. Todo o combinado foi cumprido. Passamos 10 dias maravilhosos. Quando voltar ao Rio ficaremos no mesmo local. Muito bom! Obrigada!!

Great apartment, close to everything.

Had a great time in this apartment. All three bedrooms are nice size. The master bedroom has a private bath. Convenient to food and the beach. My favorite place to stay in Rio.

recomiendo el departamento, solo cambiaría los colchones de las camas. Nos resultaron muy duros. Por lo demás...todo excelente. cerca de todo... comedores, centro, playa, supermercados, y seguro.

O imóvel é exatamente como consta no anúncio, tem todos os equipamentos listados, tudo funcionando perfeitamente! Banheiros novos, camas boas, armários grandes, tv a cabo, wifi, ventilador de teto, ar condicionado...etc. Excelente imóvel para você passar suas férias com sua família com toda tranquilidade e comodidade. Proprietário muito atencioso bem como o Ricardo e a Marluce que dão todo apoio e suporte para o que for necessário. Ótima localização, perto da praia, padaria, farmácia, mercados, restaurantes, bares, etc... Indico para todos!!! Com certeza voltarei nesse imóvel!!! Entrei dia 28/12/2013 e sai dia 07/01/2014. Abraços.

Apartamento maravilhoso, igualzinho o que se vê na foto.. Super confortável, limpo, ar concionado uma delicia, banheiros gostosos. tudo super novo.. Adorei, é pertinho da praia, e de tudo! Tem internet, tudo... uma delicia! Sou do interior de SP , e eu e minha família pretendemos voltar de novo com certeza! sou de são Jose do rio preto sp já reservei este AP pela terceira vez perto do posto 6 e de tudo 50 metros av atlântica da para ir em Ipanema apé tranquilo 3 quarterões do metro apartamento reformado perto de restaurante padaria mercado portaria 24 hs sem contar um preço ótimo proprietário super atencioso a minha avaliação e ótima 10 estrelas..

Pros: This was a great apartment. We were here 10 days. The place had three (3) full bathrooms so each of us had our own bath. Good contact with owner prior to rental and we used PayPal for the deposit. Ricardo was our point of contact in Rio and he met us at the apartment on-time and provided great customer service. The rooms and layout were as seen in the photos. Room A/Cs were adequate. Nice 37-40" LED HDTV with full cable (including English language options). Wash machine was a plus. The location is right near restaurants and one block from beach. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Note: use the service or the back (interior) elevator to get to the apartment. The lady in 702 on the front side didn't like us trying our keys in her door. :-) Cons: Only thing we had problems with was the front door lock. The keys worked on the inside and were hit-and-miss on the outside. We ended up using the service entrance through the kitchen so no real problem. Also, it's an "inside" apartment so all the windows faced the interior of the building (no street views).
