Ужаснее места я ещё не видела

Ужасное место. Очень грязно, прокурено. Заплатили за 8 ночей, но сбежали после первой же ночи. Грязь невозможная! Там не убираются совсем. Персонал деньги не вернул, даже ничего не попытались предложить. Расположение хуже некуда: в грязном шумном небезопасном районе. Фото совсем не соответствуют реальности! Жуть, а не место!

Human service through business, success is inevitable with proper planning (thank you all)

In fact they did not give us any breakfast! And the location is fair, but since they provide services to residents, therefore, at least there should be a car parking system.

They should be more conscious and responsible about cleanliness, (especially stairwells, floor of the room, Plate, bones & blankets etc.)

This landlord must be banned from Booking.com due the very poor conditions.

Someone was there to open the gate.

Dirty and dark staircase The property was not a proper flat, rather it was a big corridor converted to two tiny small rooms with no privacy. The flat was given to us was not the one shown on the booking.com pictures. This type of property should not be listed on Booking.com

Overall the stay was good and was able to navigate to nearby places from there easily.

The location was fine and was able to reach the place. The room with ac are fine.

The kitchen and the toilet which was not good enough.

Superb

We came to Dhaka for my dad's medical check up and stayed there for 5 days. The room is airconditioned, neat and clean. There is also a LED tv in the room. The bathroom was also neat and clean. And there is also filter water system in the kitchen where you get drinking water 24/7. The owner Mr. Kamarul is a very co-operative person. He tried his best to give us a pleasant service.

Worthy but they need to mention what facilities they don't have.

Mr.Kamrul the owner,He is very gentle and supportive.

They don't have backup power source.I was there in the time national electricity problem.They didn't mention that they don't have the backup source of electricity.The room was too hot.From the evening if the electricity is gone you have to buy candles for the light.

Superb

Location is very good, and the room was clean with well-functioning air-conditioner and fan. The owner was also kind. The neighborhood area is residential area, which feels safe and quiet and also good for finding food.

It is a little bit difficult to find it because there is no sign, but you can contact the owner with whats app or call. The bathroom should be cleaned more.

Everything was good but I didn't find any kitchen, water filter in the apartment, The owner vai was nice he told us, we could cook food in his kitchen and the staff brought us water.

The owner was a pleasant chap and was helpful.

It's rather difficult to find as its located down a narrow alley. AC leaks on the bed. The WiFi is very hit and miss ( more miss). The bathroom is continually flooded and smells. The bed is very uncomfortable and coupled with the horrendous noise from the antiquated AC unit,the mosque and barking dogs, made for some unpleasant nights. I understand this is Dhaka and I wasn't expecting much, but the conditions are quite poor . I would have scored lower only I quite liked the owner.

This guest house is really so good ...Fully secure..Kamrul Vai is a polite and humble man...Manik Vai is also helpful...We stay a relaxing night there..

Very good experience

It was a good experience at Short stay service apartment, the owner is professional, appreciate the reminder text Kamarul vai. The room was clean ,room facilities were nice, me and wife liked it, the Stuff behavior was good. Thank you

They have kinda food facility but the food items are low ,like 3 or 4 items and price high. I ordered food from outside. Everything else was really nice.
