A GULF FRONT Luxury condo with unparalled views! If you are looking for a place to escape, relax, de-stress, this is it! If you want an unobstructed, unparalleled view of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass and sugar white sand beaches the unique position of 409 is your obvious choice! Our two balconies have amazing views. The south balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico and the east side balcony faces the beautiful Perdido Pass water way into the bay. Beautiful views, day or night of the many yachts, sailboats and fishing boats entering or exiting the bay. Across the Pass are the beaches of the Alabama State Park. The Extra-Large south end balcony of 'our 409' wraps around and faces the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico plus gets a great view of Perdido Pass.The balcony features a dining table for8, as well as a seat group with 2 club chairs with ottomans and a roomy sofa, so you can watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee, or put your feet up at the end of a busy day at the beach or golf course.
We feature 4 large, professionally decorated bedrooms, 3 kings and 1 queen- plus a full loft bed and a queen sleeper. Each bedroom features a completely remodeled bath. The master bathroom features a soaking tub with wall mounted waterfall spout and a 12" rainhead shower with hand held faucet. Guest master bedroom features a walk in shower, the 3rd bathroom features a standard bathtub/shower , and the 4th bedroom with the queen bed and loft full bed features a corner shower ALL bathrooms feature a RAINHEAD showers and hand held faucets.
409 features a spacious open gourmet kitchen with beautiful white luxury quartzite countertops, quartz sink with commercial faucet and featuring Samsung stainless appliances, including a French door refrigerator and marble tile backsplash.
Also provided is Keurig as well as Cusinart coffee service.
The unbelieveably large living room features a 55' LED Samsung HD Smart TV with Blu Ray player and a large sectional sofa and leather recliner. The dining area seats 8 with a bar height table and 4 bar seats at the kitchen counter bar top. The bar features an ice maker, hammered nickel sink and even wine cooler and cocktail shaker.
A walk in laundry room features high capacity front loading washer and dryer as well as room for your beach toys, chairs, cooler & towels.
Our '409' certainly allows for communal areas where fun food and conversations can flow while providing personal space and private spots for quiet time.
Whatever your idea of the perfect vacation activities, you can do them here. If you feel like retreating from the world and just watching a movie on TV you can do that. There is a large flat screen TV in the great room, each bedroom also has its own TV & DVD player. If you want to stay connected to the outside world, and send updates of your fantastic time over the web, wireless internet is throughout the home so you can surf the net even while relaxing on one of the two balconies, enjoying your amazing view!
In fact, there are many amenities on site that you must take advantage of while vacationing at Grand Pointe. Of course there is the large outdoor pool and heated spa but we also have a heated indoor pool and spa that features an 'Entire Wall of Windows' (from floor to ceiling) which overlooks th magnificient waters, beach and boats of the Perdido Pass. Now if you are looking for some off-property excursions, there are many to choose from. Starting with a short walk across the street to SanRoc Cay marina. Here you can find unique courtyard events, shopping, dining (Louisiana lagniappe, Cafe Grazie, Gulf Shores Steamer, The Shrimp Shack, etc...) and pampering opportunities. You also can spend the day on the water enjoying dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, diving, para-sailing and jet-skiing. For golf-lovers, the Gulf Shores is also known for their premier golf courses, including Lost Keys Golf Club, Craft Farms, Cotton Creek Course and Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club to name just a few. The location is an A+! The condo is beautiful but needs a deep cleaning. Some mold in the sinks and disposal and the garbage can was very stinky. The fridge smelled like the previous renters had fish in it. We had an issue where the door lock battery ran out but we were able to resolve the issue and get in contact with owners within 10 minutes.

It is a 10. Everything was perfect. No really it was!! Beautiful condo and location to beach, restaurants, and grocery store was the very best. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! Probably our favorite place that we have stayed! We are hoping to book again for next year. Laurie was so easy to work with and very responsive. The unit was very clean and probably the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Great location. Easy access to everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing week!

This condo was a prefect getaway! It is beautifully decorated! The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to prepare your meals. We loved the views from all the rooms. The back deck had lots of sitting for enjoying the views of the bay and gulf! We loved it! Looking forward to another stay!

It really is the best view on the island! This condo was everything promised in the listing and more. The location is absolutely perfect. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and the balconies are just incredible. The beach is a short walk on the property's boardwalk and you're right on the beautiful white sand and at the clear water.
We didn't need anything at all but did have one question and the response was quick and helpful.
We highly recommend this unit. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is absolutely our favorite! We're sure you will LOVE it too! We're looking forward to coming back. Thank you!!

The layout of the condo was perfect for us, especially each bedroom having its on bathroom. The views were perfect and we loved seeing the dolphins each morning and plenty of outdoor seating. Condo was clean and incredibly well stocked. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This property was laid out perfectly for our four couples. We each had a bedroom with an onsuite bathroom...along with a half bath for daytime or guest use. The kitchen here was the best equipped kitchen in all the VRBOs we have stayed at!! We had any cookware we needed. Laurie , the owner was so easy with which to work and she took care of any issues in a timely manner. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous- picture perfect. It was also clean and decorated so pretty. Our favorite place, the huge balcony, was the best ever with spectacular views! Our only concern, which will not be reflected in our rating of Laurie's rental, was the building maintenance itself. While it was kept really clean, It was disappointing that several of the amenities mentioned as available were out of order and not available: the heated indoor pool not working, the sauna not working, and the hot tub by the pool taped off, not available....these were also some of the reasons we booked the property. If those were fixed, we would stay at this property again, and we highly recommend any of the places Laurie has! Thank you, Laurie, for making our stay a great one. Your place was picture perfect!

This was our third Labor Day family trip in this beautiful condo! It is perfect for our family! We go and get local takeout at our favorite restaurants, make a trip to Adventure Island and then never leave the place!(Well I did take daughter and two granddaughters parasailing-it was awesome!) This beautifully decorated and clean four bed unit was the perfect layout for our family to unwind and spend time together. The corner view of the ocean, boats and sea life was amazing! The Vrbo was equipped with everything you would need, so we mainly ate and played games at the condo. One night we were able to enjoy a variety of tasty foods at the nearby Cobalt Restaurant including grouper, shrimp and pizza. Walking to the restaurant became difficult, so driving would have been a better choice. One night we ordered Cajun crab legs and fish dip from Blalock's and ate it on the balcony. This relaxing vacation was outstanding!

We had a great stay for our family spring break. The space was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids ages 5-11). The house was very clean. The kitchen is stocked with essential dishes, cookware and small appliances. It was nice to have access to an indoor heated pool and outdoor not heated pool and the hot tubs. The beach is beautiful. Laurie was friendly and helpful when we communicated prior to our stay.

There is no better view in Orange beach. We loved watching the boats come in and out of Perdido Pass Bay into the Gulf. Dolphins galore in the bay and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Now for the condo- it is absolutely perfect for a large family. We have three adult kids and their significant others. We all had plenty of room. The mattresses are fabulous. The bathrooms are fabulous. The open floor plan was perfect for late nights of card playing and movie watching. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could imagine. I’m a bit of a foodie and have a food blog so I travel with some kitchen gadgets, but they were not needed. The condo is also packed with DVDs, games, books and beach toys. And we contributed a few things as well. Looking forward to coming back to next year. Also, the location is perfect!

Wonderful layout! Lots of space! Great property for large family or multigenerational family. Balcony has a great view. Owners were easy to contact and really helpful. Beds are comfortable, and property well maintained.

The Master shower was extremely moldy,a little Clorox would have helped emensly ! TV’s were confusing to operate,I gave up on the one in the Master! Vision was blocked by the beds pole as well! Whatever you do don’t try and turn the main TV! You’ll play hell trying to adjust volume or change channels! The front door would not lock,only with the manual lock! Construction work was a pain! Sitting on the balcony watching ropes dangling in front of you was not my idea of a nice view! Check in time was to be 4:00 PM, we didn’t get in till after 4:30!! By the way your instructions were written if we didn’t check out by 10:00 or try and get in before 4::00 PM we would be severely reprimanded! Overall my family had a pleasant stay we would come back to 409 it’s a beach place,You have to take things with a grain of salt!✌️🇺🇸😎

Clean, beautiful, lovely location and I am not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that was as equipped. The owner was delightful and I would highly recommended this property. Only down side is the entrance. Not well marked and narrow road. We also experienced a very strong smell from I assume seaweed or algae all week--obviously that is out of the control of the property but it might deter us from staying there again.

The condo is immaculately gorgeous and the view is stunning from sun up to sun down. Looking out from two of the bedrooms, the living room area, the kitchen, and of course the beautiful deck you have a breathtaking view!! We sat and had coffee on the deck every morning and watched the boats come and go, we even got to see dolphins jumping one morning. We had 3 families share the condo and there was SO MUCH ROOM and every bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beach is clean, private, non crowded and we found it to be our favorite spot to hang out. We also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs. We felt safe the entire time we were there. There is so much to do close by and we never had to go more than 20 minutes to find fun stuff for the entire family/group to do and many great restaurants that are kid friendly. The grill area and fitness room was a plus as well. This was our first time to Orange Beach and I feel Orange Beach as a whole is a beautiful destination but we wouldn’t stay at any other condo or house when we come back. This place definitely won our hearts. Such awesome memories we made, we will never forget!! Can’t wait to come back!! Laurie...you two are the best!! Thanks so much for everything!! We really appreciate your hospitality, you made us feel so welcomed right from the start...giving us ideas on where to go and eat and keeping us updated with the unexpected weather was a plus that you didn’t have to do. It showed how much you care about your guests. Thanks again!!

The best place we've ever stayed!!
We love Orange Beach and we've stayed at multiple houses and several condos but this is by far the prettiest and best decorated condo we've ever stayed in. There were eight of us--my husband & I as well as our 3 grown kids and their respective partners.
Laurie goes above and beyond to make sure everything is top notch for her guests including the kitchen items, towels, bedding, etc. The three king rooms were so spacious and the bathrooms were all newly remodeled with granite, rain-fall showers, etc. The fourth room had a brand new loft queen with bunk overhead. The living areas (there are two) are wonderful and spacious for our big group of all adults. We loved the gorgeous kitchen as well as the wet bar area with ice maker. We had a small problem with the ice maker and Laurie had someone over promptly to repair it. The highlight of the condo though is the beautiful patio overlooking the pool, the beach, and the Perdido pass where the boats come and go. It was awesome to start our day on that awesome patio and end our day of that wonderful patio. It is just like the pictures show--- very spacious and comfortable couch, two chairs with ottomans, and a table for eight which we enjoyed so much for games and food. And one last perk we enjoyed is the keyless entry-- my goodness that was so handy with 8 adults. No one had to worry about keys or sharing keys. It was fabulous. The location is right off the elevators as well and parking was no problem at all.
The location of the condo is great as well and close to dining (literally across the street and beside the condo) and close to grocery and other amenities.
We also always drive over to the state park to do family pics and we didn't have to go anywhere this year-- we just went down to the beach which is very private since it's at the end of the passage way and took pics against the gorgeous big rocks. We were so delighted with how gorgeous they turned out.
The host is awesome is getting back to you before the trip and during with questions, concerns, and ideas. Thank you Laurie for being a great host and for sharing your beautiful home with us!! We can't wait to come back and stay in this condo again.
