We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The cabin was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the arcade and movie theater in the basement. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you are picky, but other than that, we found the cabin quite comfortable. The kitchen had ample supplies for cooking basic meals for our group.

We showed up the process was very easy amd understanding

The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The property manager communicated in an excellent manner answering questions and taking care of minor problems. Great hot tub! And a bear came right up to the steps! I didn’t realize the pool was 6 miles away. In the Smokey’s, that’s a 25 minute drive- so we didn’t even check it out. There was definitely wear on the cabin, but it was clean and comfortable.

Our family spent 1 week here - almost 5 grand. To start, the address sign was in the ditch and it was hard to first locate the correct cabin. All other surrounding cabins are nicely marked and have clean mowed yards. Cabin was nice but neglected on the cleanliness and yard upkeep. Floors were very dirty. Grandkids feet were black within minutes of walking on the floors. I bought a mop to clean it so baby could play on floor. All bed pillows were completely flat, old, and grossly yellow stained. Do not take off the pillowcase/shams if you do not want to see this. Pillows are cheap! Grass and weeds in small yard were overgrown. We had to walk through the snaky weeds to get to the outdoor trash containers. Loose trash can be seen under the porches and behind house. On a positive note, Games all worked and were fun, but were dirty. Jacuzzi was nice, theater area was nice, and appliances and A/C worked well. Property manager was nice and immediately responded to texts about games, however, I did not contact them about these other issues as I feel I should not need to request a cabin that I spent that much money on to be cleaned and mowed. The view of the mountains can be seen through a small gap in trees and could be a spectacular view if some of the grassy/weeded area were cut back. Several bears visited - was fun seeing them around! Property owner needs to give this cabin some attention beyond the games.

Second time staying here. Both times bears came up to the cabin. It’s a great location if you want to see bears.

The place was as advertised. The video games, pool table and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and adults! The house could use a good cleaning. It was not as clean as we would have liked. One of the video games was not working but Sherry responded quickly to our call.

We enjoyed our stay and everything about this family friendly cabin. Also loved the location, I’ve already recommended this place to other family and friends!! Will definitely be back for sure!

We had a lovely weekend spent with friends! The kids loved the cinema and arcade games! Beautiful cabin! Definitely will be back!

The games & pool table were great for us! Hot tub was great! There were pots dirty that looked like food had sat in them for too long and someone thought the dishwasher would get it out. It didn’t & they put it in the cabinet. Floor wasn’t terrible but we definitely had to sweep when we got there. They definitely need some kind of floor vac available. The dishwasher was full of dishes, they were clean but I feel like they should be put away. Whatever trash bin is outside is full of trash & there is trash on the ground next to it, it’s off putting when pulling up. And it states in the things you need to know that there is starter dish soap, hand soap, washing detergent, crockpot etc. & there was none of the above which we didn’t mind getting those things had we known there was nothing when we got there because we drove 16 hours here. There were no kitchen hand towels anywhere. Bathroom toilet was clogged upon arrival, we plunged it & then it was fine. Someone took the crockpot the lady said maintenance would bring one by & they didn’t until 2 days later. Communication was so so.
I just expected a fully furnished cabin with all the items it listed especially because we were able to check in 2 hours early or I would have stopped prior to arrival and got everything I needed or just brought it with me. So if whoever cleans & stocks everything up doesn’t have a list they go through for cleaning, stocking, making sure items that are supposed to be there are there, they need one.

my family enjoyed our stay. the kids (young and old) enjoyed downstairs with all the games. The place was clean and stocked in kitchen with just about everything you need. there was great parking for everyone. we had 5 vehicles. the location is not far from pigeon forge or gatlinburg. would have liked a better mountain view but we still had fun.

While this cabin has above average amenities the cleanliness was less than desired; floors were dirty, there was a stain that looked like old blood on the mattress in the basement area bunk bed, and there was trash outside from a receptacle prior to us arriving. We couldn’t get the speakers/sound for the theater room to work at all and we notified maintenance but never heard or saw from them, which was a “misunderstanding” according to the contact person. Enjoyed overall but could have been better.

The place could have been kept up better. The first night my kids walked around, their feet were black. The floors were not mopped. There were dirty dishes in the oven, broken light bulb in the ceiling fan, transition piece coming off the floor, and one ceiling fan making a loud thumping noise. With that being said, communication with the property manager was good. The location was nice. It was convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg. We saw a bear every day in the morning. The cabin was a nice layout and had more than enough room for 8 people. Even with the issues mentioned, I would stay here again.

The check in process was amazing and the place was everything we could imagine. The game room and theater portion was perfect for our stay. The location and all the amenities really make this a perfect stay.

The cabin was huge and very beautiful. Every amenity plus some. Will definitely stay again!

We rented the cabin for our extended family while on vacation. The cabin was perfect size and layout for all of the kids and multiple families. The kids loved the downstairs play area and the dining room table was perfect for board games and card playing at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance away from in town activities. Beautiful Mountain Views!

The place was beautiful. We loved the free video games. The hot tub was nice. There were a couple of vanity repairs needed. The cabin just needed to be cleaned better. The garbage situation would have been better with a better container. There was a bear that kept coming back because the cabin across the way had trash around. But nothing would stop me from booking again.

The cabin is centrally located. We were 30 min from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. Some finishes are a little dated, but everything is functional. Almost all the arcade games worked. We all had plenty of space to spread out when we needed to. We saw bears on 2 of the days. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3nights and enjoyed it. Hot tub was great and my family really enjoyed the games and movie theater. The place could be a bit more cleaner. The master shower door does not close all the way causing the floor to become very wet. Beds were comfy. It a ton of silverware but we had brought some as well. All in all I would stay there again.

Cabin is in decent shape, needs cosmetic work (like gutter hanging), bring your own blue rays for theater room. Towels are very outdated and dingy white, kitchen gadgets need to be updated and more for cooking. WI-FI password was a little difficult to find. Arcade games were a nice amenity. Hot tub took quite some time to heat but it did get hot. Upstairs bathroom tub has soft spots feeling like you’re going to fall through. Whatever cleaning crew cleans the cabin does not do a good job, dirty towels and rags left under beds/dressers, previous vacationers items left behind still under the beds/dressers and so much dust. Floor was very sticky. But over all wasn’t filthy just needs a deep clean. Upstairs toilet also ran constantly and had some issues. Door to get in is very loose, could easily be broken into. Would stay again but needs some work. Also, location is a bit far out, just FYI

Property was not maintained. If you don't mind dirt & mold build up, gutter hanging off the cabin, dirty commodes, matted carpet, dirty dishes, dirty towels and blankets thrown in the corner of the closet, then this cabin is for you. I have a boat load of pictures. We arrived at 6:30 and had one pot to cook for a family of eight. The owner did send cookware & new dishes & silverware. I spoke with her after the stay & told her of all of the other problems. I was not asking for a complete refund, but she should have returned some of the money because of conditions. She said I should have told her about all the issues & she would have sent a crew out. Who wants a cleaning crew cleaning when you are there. She said her crew was better than what she had. Bless is all I can say!

Disappointed
We were very disappointed in our stay. We've stayed in the Smokies for years and this is the only time we've been disappointed. The hot tub didn't work. It wouldn't heat above 83 degrees. We called but it never got fixed. Looking at other reviews, this has been a problem for a while.
The community pool is 35 minutes away so if you're going to the pool, plan to make a day of it. The pool is not easy to get to and you will not be informed of it. The directions they give makes it sound like the pool is 5 miles away.
We had to clean several toilets and wash
several dishes when we arrived. Carpets have removable stains, shower doors don't close and the bathtubs are nasty. Don't plan to take baths, only showers.
The gutter is hanging off of the side of the cabin and insects and animals are destroying the porch.
The positives were the arcade and theater room. Angie was always quick to respond to our calls and messages.
The overall feel is that this is a cabin that has several maintenance issues that need to be fixed. Families are spending quite a bit of money and are unable to enjoy some of the best things that the cabin is supposed to have to offer.

The cabin was beautiful..but was very disappointed in the kitchen supplies. This cabin says it sleeps 12. We had 7 in our party. We had a total of 5 forks and 2 usable pots. Also, we could not get the theater to give us audio. The movie came up but no sound. A few of the arcade games did not work and every single light fixture in this cabin was missing at least 1 light bulb. Disappointing for the price of this place!

Not as advertised
Not clean, lack of towels and necessities, upstairs bathroom shower clogged with hair, lots of light bulbs missing, upstairs shower/bath leaking into the downstairs bedroom with black spots on the ceiling and rippled floor. Downstairs bedroom doesn’t look like shown. Gutter hanging off the side of cabin and carpenter bees on deck.

Bears
Nice area, bears visited our cabin late morning almost every morning. If cleanliness is a huge requirement for you, I'd skip this one. However the host Angela was amazing, answered promptly every single time I called or messaged her and was very helpful. The basement bedroom is the one with bunk beds. It had a leak from shower above but a part was already ordered for it. Alot of the light bulbs throughout did not work. 2 games were broken but the rest worked. We did enjoy our stay. Definitely a great time.

Great house!
We were 2 families of 3, with two 13 (almost 14) year old boys. The games and the movie room were a definite hit! (although there were several games that did not work) Location of the house was perfect when going to Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge! We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. The house is wonderfully decorated. Angie, the property manager, was great to work with!!
Cons of the property-There were some areas that definitely needed some extra cleaning. The bathroom shower in the master needs some attention. The shower is SMALL! and the door to the shower didn't close all the way unless you forcibly shut and open it. (just a suggestion, I would take the large soaking tub out (since there is a hot tub) and make the shower larger. We are not large people and it felt like showering in a stand up tanning bed. The mattresses could use some updating. There were 6 of us and I could barely scrounge up 6 forks for us to use.
All in all, we definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Snowed In
We arrived late Saturday and was able to enjoy the hot tub and games Saturday evening and Sunday. We woke up Monday morning with no electricity or heat. We kept in touch with the host and thought power would be restored later that day or the very next day so we decided to tuff it out and work on a puzzle we had bought just in case we got snowed in. I did request additional blankets and candles or lanterns and was advised they would do their best but trees and power lines were down and they were attempting to get people out that wanted to check out. We went to bed early since we had no lights but was awaken by 2 maintenance men that brought us additional blankets and a lantern that night. They advised the power would probably not be restored for several days. By Tuesday morning the temperature in the cabin was in the 50s so we decided to pack up and move to a condo in Pigeon Forge. Our money was promptly refunded for the rest of the week and even the Monday we were without power. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely go back but maybe not in the winter. The only thing that I would like to suggest is possibly keeping additional blankets, some form of lighting (candles/lanterns), and a gas grill. There are charcoal grills there but we had to borrow the neighbors grill in order to heat up water for baby bottles and to cook. Both Sherry and Angie were very responsive and a joy to deal with, our vacation could have been ruined but with their help it will be one that we will never forget!

Christmas vacation.
The cabin was nice and roomy. The kids loved the game room. It was on a steep mountain like the description said. There were neighbors close by. Overall it was an enjoyable trip.

Great Thanksgiving Memories
We enjoyed the facility. It met our needs. There was 10 in our party, from ages 10 to 72.
The only downside was the curvy narrow roads to and from cabin. But, that comes with most rentals in Smokies if you want to get up where the bears live.
We would rent property again and recommend to others.

Stay
House was great, the projection didn’t work so the kids couldn’t watch movies but it wasn’t a big deal to us as we were super busy. Great space kids loved the games and pool table.

Great view
This cabin was in a great location. The cabin was very nice but had issues. The cabin had a lot of spider webs everywhere outside around the doors and on the porch railings, lights. The hot tub went out on our third day and never got any attention after calling twice. One of the air conditioners went down on that third day my son was there he owns a air conditioner business he got it going easy fix the filters could use some attention .The arcade games was great for the kids. The theater system was not working properly it would stop ever so often and have to restart it. This cabin would have been great if it was cleaned up and everything was working properly. It would be great to stay in this cabin again without the issues the view is just amazing.

Very nice cabin that was very poorly cleaned.
Very nice cabin that was very poorly cleaned. When we arrived, there were bits of debris all around the cabin. There was a used tissue on the side table of one of the upstairs bedrooms, and a bit of used toilet paper in the master bathroom near the toilet. The rugs in the bathroom has debris on it as well as two footprints from where someone had stepped on it with wet feet. Also, the hot tub did not work for the majority of the time we were at the cabin, nor were there smoke buckets available on the porch as the listing described. Finally, there were stray hairs on most of the bedding in the bedrooms, as well as used contact lenses that had been tossed on the floor but not vacuumed up. I would imagine someone just had cleaned the cabin while in a hurry.

Family friendly
The place was nice and most of the games worked and when I called about them they sent someone out right away . But the house needed to be cleaned. Dust on everything, black mildew on shower door that Clorox would have took off dirt/ debris on floors that they missed. Sheets had large stain that I took pictures of!! If it was cleaned properly I would rent again but the dirt was built up from months of not getting cleaned good each time

Family birthday
We celebrated my son's birthday with family and friends. They enjoyed all of the games. The cabin was very spacious. We saw 4 bears up close and personal. A mom and cubs decided to delay our departure while they ate from our garbage right as we were trying to leave.

So Much To Do
After a little miscommunication when we first arrived it was smooth sailing. We had so much fun. The cabin was so nice and spacious. Some of the games didn’t work but we still had fun with the ones that did. The movie theater was a hit with my husband and oldest son. We did have issues with it as well but with a little problem solving we figured it out. Would definitely rent this cabin again.
