ليس به تنوع وايضا لا توجد وجبات للسياح العرب علما بان الفندق يعلم بوجود سياح عرب لديه وتوجد ملاحظة القائمين بعمل وجبة البيض البعض منهم لا يجيد التعامل الحسن عندما تطلب وجبة بيض جديد وصاخن لا يعمل بطلبك وايضا لا يوجد بحليب ساخن .

Horrible place. Please choose something else

Only the location is nice, rest expect everything you can from a bad hotel

From no angle was this a 5 or a 4 star property. The rooms were bad, the service was horrible, breakfast was poor, not even regular continental breakfast. Food was cooked shabbily. Reception does not pick up phone even if you call them 10 times & when you go to the reception they say we didn’t pick up because we are handling incoming guests.

Bra hotell för familjer

En stor hotell/lägenhetskomplex med bra faciliteter. Det var inte så fullbokat så det var ingen stress någonstans. Bra takpool och gym samt frukost.

Internet funkade inte när vi checkade in, men vi fick hjälp sen att få igång den. Det var en bit att åka upp till Genting Highlands med hjälp av Grab.

只要不嫌弃，还是ok 的🫢

环境清洁

没有汤匙和碗具（只有3个杯子）很不方便。厕所里没有衣挂，导致衣服只能放在WC的水箱上面。冲浪设备不足！没有可以移动的Shower closets ，清洗身体不方便😓

Location day and night is very noisy. Nighttime u hear people singing karaoke, midnight u hear motorbike sounds like racing, day time noisy neighbour shouting names and slamming door. 😫

Buffer menu was terrible and very2 limited choice. No al-aqad menu. Dinner time closed too soon 9pm. Food room service - No room service at all Breakfast -Late in refilling food that have finished. Omellete was cook in half only. ( I like none)

نظافة الفندق واطلالته جميله موقعه حلو قريب من بقالات واسواق ، الغرف واسعه والسعر مناسب الفطور جيد

الغرف باركيه نظام شقق لا يشبه الفنادق ابدا ، الوصول للغرفه يحتاج اكثر من مصعد والفطور مصعد ثالث مو منظم ، اللوبي صغير مو مستوى 5 نجوم ، لايوجد عمال يشيلون والشنط نظام اخدم نفسك بنفسك

27.2.24 Rabu Proses check-in sekejap. Tiada deposit. Bilik bersih, bestnya ada banyak bantal. kali ke 2 dah check sini 🥰 Kolam renang terletak di level 41. View mmg cantik dari atas ni. Semalam hujan ..pagi berkabus, kawasan sekitar hotel. banyak restoran. kedai runcit, stesen-stesen minyak Dari hotel ke GPO ambil masa kurang 10 minit.

Yang tak sukanya cermin, hanya dalam toilet satu sahaja .. menyukarkan kitaorang set set perempuan ni, hendak memakai tudung..

Great stay with some small shortcomings.

a few great things about the place - excellent facilities. - covered parking on site - large room - room has all the toiletries necessary for a great stay. - very friendly staff - comfortable bed. - room has heavy curtains to keep the room dark.

some small things that irked but not a dealbreaker - side table for the bed was too far. - aircon wasn't cold enough - confusing path to facilities and slow lift. - no hot water and water pressure was very low. This was very very infuriating and really a dealbreaker for me.

Good for short stay away with Family - clean room but elevator may take time for residences

Rooms are spacious (for the residence and clean), good mountain view, have ample parking space, and are able to manage crowds during peak hours for breakfast.

A bit of a drive up to Genting if needed, elevator will take some time during peak hours, and although there is a pool cafe, there is no one manning the cafe as its closed.

Brutalist building in a good location - but steer clear over the busy Christmas period

The location was good. It was possible to walk to local shops and restaurants from the hotel.

The main problem was the lifts (elevators). The complex includes apartments as well as hotel rooms. As it was Christmas, it was busy and every single lift was full to capacity. Sometimes it would take up to 6 minutes and on one occasion, ten minutes to get from the room to the lobby by cramming into an already-full lift. The apartment we stayed in was meant to include a kitchenette. There was a fridge and cupboard space, but no cutlery or crockery, apart from some mugs. No hand towels were provided, only bath towels. The TV remote didn't work. The toilet roll was not replaced, we had to request one.
