THE SPACE

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is a lovely mid-century inspired dining area for up to 8 (makes a great boardroom table!) and a luxurious family sitting area with a 55" Smart TV. The living room leads out to a furnished patio where you can enjoy cold drinks on warm evenings.

This super spacious home offers 3 bedrooms. The master suite with a King bed and new Sealy Posturepedic Euro plush pillow top mattress and top quality linens, a 32” Smart TV, walk in closet and a vast en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower, his and her double vanity and screened toilet. The guest wing offers a king bedroom with a 32” smart TV, and another bedroom with 2 full beds and a 32” smart TV. There is also a full family bathroom. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are going to start and will take place from mid-September 2024 to the end of January 2025. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
