The location is nice to watch mount Fuji if the weather allows so. Staff was very polite and tried their best.
Doesn't justify the cost by no means. The description in Booking is false and they actually admitted it when we started posing questions. You get to believe you have a lot of amenities, but eventually nothing comes free of charge, even though you have already payed money that corresponds to a 5 star luxury hotel. Facilities need serious maintenance and upgrade. Domes smell awfully because of the tent material. Bath tubs are dirty. Furnitures are too used and of poor taste. Showers and restrooms are also small and dirty. The description mentioned wine or champagne. The truth was that we had to pay. Private bathtub also is false. This is in the facilities but not your tent. Amd a lot of other inaccuracies. There is nothing glamorous about this place. That is not the meaning of glamping. It was nice spending time on the mountain, but the experience we had was not what was supposed to be. Doesn't worth the money spent.

i liked the view of mount fuji
improvements needed .
1 shuttle bus to and from train station
2 food and water available at the camp site . you were not able to order hot food and i didn’t plan my trip so i had to go hungry a few nights .
3 the bath tubs were dirty water , needs to be cleaned

The location is on a mountain top, it needs driving or taxi to arrive. But it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle. Nature/camping lovers will definitely love it. The windows of each dome are all facing to one direction, to the West. Therefore, it provides a perfect sunset watching view at the room. They provide several hot baths with Mount Fuji view. Ideally do it before night time, so that Mount Fuji can be seen. The room is well-equipped, with sitting area and a coffee table.
Toilet and shower are outside the domes, you need to share them with other guests. It takes a little walk (can be uphill) to get there. A bit inconvenient for late night users.

Very nice view, clean and has everything you need
I think it is still a bit cold in the winter even we have the heaters on. We need to wear thick pajamas inside the dome.

The customer service was exceptional. Our tent was well insulated and beds were comfortable. Available baths were a great treat. Grill worked well and the outdoor canopy area was perfect for a sunset dinner. Car parking right next to the tent was very convenient.
I did not like how we had to pick times for the grill, bonfire, and bath, but was only a small nuance compared to the overall enjoyment of the place.
4.4
Very clean with multiple private baths available
The domes AC kept giving off a sight smell of exhaust. We told the staff but they couldn’t smell it. We both have nose allergies and are extra sensitive. They tried spraying the dome but overnight the smell came back. Everything is at extra charge

camp site is very clean and tidy, superb view, room is comfy with strong air conditioner, staff are very nice.
though the staff and a written paper asked us to be quiet after 10pm, the neighbour next to us were very noisy in the middle of the night, i needed to knocke their door by myself and asked them to lower the noise.

Stunning view from the camp site. Absolutely clean washroom and bathroom even those are public. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Wifi is not available if the tent is located far away from the reception area. Kids afraid of bugs may not be suitable.

great view, spacious room
lots of insects outside the room, got some in the room too, quite a long walk from room to shared toilet

Nice view to see Mt.Fuji,If it is sunny.
The balcony view is fantastic, lying on the swinging chair is the cozy way to relax under Mt Fuji. You must try
Extra cost for breakfast is bothersome.
And free wifi only near the reception. Not
Including camp area. It wasn't convenient to tourists.

The basecamp was beautiful and the views were unbelievable! The staff were extremely accommodating as we arrived late and they stayed to ensure that we could check in. The cabins were beautiful and clean and we loved our stay. Parking was accessible and there is a town a little ways away in case you require anything. It was also lovely to be able to cook in your own private dining tent!
For the price for night, it would be good if the BBQ was included for a night or two. The outdoor washing facilities could perhaps use some heating (it was a bit cold). The only other thing was that there appeared to be a running and a hiking trail, but we weren't informed so missed the opportunity to perhaps do a nice run.

Incredible view, great pods and extremely calm vicinity. The staff was kind and helpful though communication was not easy with everyone. The bath at the end of the day helps to be fully relaxed. Easy atmosphere.
Not so easy to get to if you are traveling without a car. The taxi driver could not find the camp we had to guide him with our smartphone. Once there we got the staff to write the way in Japanese for us and that helped.
