Location, cleanliness, & CLOSEBY reasonable parking!
STIFF BED with no boxspring, not very comfortable at all! Shower was ice cold, so that was a MAJOR bummer!

Fantastic location seconds away from a subway station and multiple good restaurants. Terrific helpful staff
Aliya rooftop restaurant did not have a wide enough menu and the music was too loud

No much....not much whatsoever....but more below about that!
Lets start;
Breakfast, either coffee or a croissant/muffin and that was it or a smoothie. It was verboten to have any sort of combo....how dare you ask for avocado and toast and a smoothie along with a pastry....nope you ain't having that bonzo!
No one told me or could be bothered more to the point front of house when I checked in to inform me I had breakfast or that I needed to be given some vouchers for it.Though I knew I had paid for it....again poor advocacy in the decency department.
The front of house attitude was poor bordering on contempt...NO greeting, taken for granted, nothing explained and all with the arrogance of entitlement and over arching remit in not wanting to be there as it was espoused by how their body language portrayed it all.The attitude of the staff in the bar (one in particular) who clearly thought it beyond him to serve myself and my partner? The fact that it was 30 mins to receive the so called smoothie from them showed that in detail.
The inept process of taking $600.00 USD of my account for what...no water in the room, no mini bar, no facilitation whatsoever. When I wrote and asked about the hold afterwards the proceeding weekend and when it would be returned I was replied with the most outlandish imposition. When I intimated that I might be taking the sink home as to why I had a $600 hold on account it was then intoned back to me in the literal sense that 'one would need specialist tools and skills' to take said item out the room. That summed up the whole veneer of the staff...conceited, entitled, arrogant with not one iota of professionalism whatsoever in evidence.A rare flashed of someone holding a door open as you happened to be passing out the building but that was the exception than the norm in the time spent in situ.
It was dire and nothing as it portrays itself.

I liked the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom. It has a nice view. It was the first time I've been to a duplex room so it was a pleasant surprise. The Balcony was also nice. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor so the view wasn't that good. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was only a few feet away making late night show watching a great time. The shower room was nice and it had a lot of room to shower without bumping into anything.
WiFi wifi wifi. We couldn't watch a movie or stream anything without buffering after buffering after buffering. It was the worse Internet service. And unfortunately it was a rainy day which made everything even more of a headache. I also didn't like the low maintenance of some of the equipment here. (Broken lamps, dirty balcony, floor wasn't that clean)

We were in room 530 which was one floor above the swimming pool and lounge. We were not able to go to sleep until 10 pm when the banging of the subwoofer music stopped. Tough room assignment for seniors (77) You should advise of the situation when checking in.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, gyms, subway. Rooms are comfortable and big for New York standards.
There was shortage in bathroom amenities and very short window of room cleaning time. It felt a little understaffed.

Room very spacious pleasing to the eye with its modern decor. Easy to relax in and bed very comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and getting to where our other family members were staying. Would have loved to use the pool when it opens.
Wished standing lamp next bed on my side was functioning. Had maintenance come to try and fix it but had to be completely replace which he was not able to find a substitute for. I enjoy reading at night but unable to do so had to resort to the ceciling light which was bright and would disturb my spouse, therefore, no reading at night while he slept. Also, air conditioner would blow in our faces and would get very cold or would get too hot. Was difficult to regulate, instead requested for extra blanket which kept me warm if cold and took off if got too hot.

Location
When paying $409/night you would expect your room to be cleaned every day/night!!!! No cleaning on saturday no towels and when we told the desk the next morning no apologies just sent up clean towels and room still wasnt cleaned when we returned!!! It took 3 times complaining to get a room cleaned after 2 days of not being clean!!!!!

Great location, easy access to Manhattan and Williamsburg. A nice refuge from the bustle of NY. The staff were wonderful and provided great service.
While our room was very nicely furnished and decorated, the bed was so uncomfortable I felt like I was sleeping on plywood.

Not sure what was best.
Room was not cleaned properly. Drink stains on tables. Towels were cheap and thin. No drink/snack machine and if you want something it’s way overpriced. $10 for bottled water.

Close to metro and many restaurants nearby.
Did not provide amenities such as slippers even though we asked for it
Linens can be of better quality
Service at Cafe is slow and below average. Cappuccinos are not hot enough. Smoothies take more than 10 minutes to make.
Room cleaning must be requested for a specific time; otherwise the room may remain uncleaned until 5.30pm. We experienced this firsthand. We complained and received no sympathy from the team at reception. They just said that their process is their process.

The location was quite central.
Housekeeping was not great - we had to ask for our room to be cleaned at 5pm and on another day, they did not clean it. When we arrived there were bits of debris on the floor.
Reception - their local knowledge to recommend restaurants or know what is going on locally is appalling for a corporate hotel. They kept referring us to Google. We will not be staying again. We did not feel we got value for money

Really central, right by the subway and a few stops away from Manhatten. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Staff were on hand whenever needed and the rooms were comfy and spacious. Excellent sound proofing for a hotel of that size.
Small quibbles, the touch sensitive lamps by the beds didn't always work. Cleaners tidy up and make beds every day but only change the bedding every 5 days, would have appreciated more of a clean before that. In that respect the service was a bit basic, but the rooms themselves were good value for money.

The reception staff was very helpful and knowledgable.
The room was changed when we arrived. The city view was literally a view of the expressway which is why I didn’t want a city view because I knew it would be like this. The bed was too low and practically on the floor level. There was no microwave to warm up our food.

Great, clean secure property, centrally located with tons of great shopping and food nearby and so close to multiple train stations and near the airport. Attentive staff as well!

The hotel is very nice, has an excellent bar, was clean and everyone was very friendly.
Bed was very hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Little things like stains on the marbletop in the room and cracked mirror by the elevator show that it needs fussier upkeep to justify the rates.

Very clean and cool place in the heart of Williamsburg. Tidy room and very comfortable bed, good anti-noise windows. Very friendly staff, I would definitely come back.

The location was convenient for us.
The beds were the best we had in our 5 week trip .
The sound proofing was excellent .
No slippers .

Staff were friendly and professional, the room was excellent, the hotel is in a great location. The only bit that was less that great were the menu options in the restaurant
Menu and snack availability wasn't amazing

The air conditioning.
The fact that they don’t supply water. I stayed on the 7th and then 3rd floor and still no water was given. The communication is poor, it’s better you go direct to the reception rather than call them up. My room had stains on the table and in the bathroom like someone killed flies on the wall. Was just ridiculous. This was my first time in New York and and this hotel and I just wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. The hotel has all the amenities that you may need. There are restaurants close by. The hotel does not have a parking, but a parking garage is literally next door (30 seconds away). We stayed at this hotel, because it was close to the wedding place we had to go to, and the price was cheaper than other hotels close by. I would stay here again.

breakfast at the bar in the lobby. Good Americano. Small better than large. I had a delicious muffin and delicious AND healthy smoothie. Room nice size, bathroom too. Good design.
Bed too hard. Back hurt during sleep and woke super stiff. My daughter, too. Room had no chair to sit in except the desk. Only had an "industrial sheek bench and stool." Sometimes I like to read by the window and a there was plenty of room for a comfortable chair there.

Good location, room size is great. One of the lamps did not work. Enough outlets for charging devices. Felt safe. Gym was Ok. Pool was fun, but mainly social pool.
Lamp did not work in room, no real breakfast option but places nearby. Music at the pool was loud. Wifi slow and kept knocking me off so had to sign up multiple times a day

New hotel, modern, and close to subway. Fitness room also very good!

the foyer was clean and inviting
the staff were rude from the get go. we couldn’t make our first nights stay as there was a hurricane where we were coming from, and they were still going to charge us for the night were were going to miss, even though we gave over 48hrs notice.
the guy on the front desk was rude as we checked in. on the second day i asked for the room to be cleaned and new towels when i left at 12, got back at 430pm and it still had not been cleaned. i called down to ask why and they couldn’t really give me an answer and were not apologetic.
we had NO HOT WATER for two days, and they barely apologised, or bat an eyelid. we had cold showers for two days!!!!! they didn’t care at all and we are still waiting to hear if we will receive a refund!!!!
lastly i asked for help with my bags (i had 4 suitcases) when checking out and all they did was drop a trolly outside the door. no offer to actually help at all.
overall - worst hotel experience ever. and i travel a lot for work. abysmal.

Pool lounge was closed before 9 and signs weren’t updated. Cafe breakfast basically meant continental quality items and having to pay for them.
