L’emplacement au centre de la ville est simplement magnifique!

La chambre était très propre - bien que sous le frigo et la table il y avait nécessité de nettoyer! Ce que j’ai communiqué à la centrale.

Zentrumsnahe jedoch mit wenig komfort

Zentrumsnahe. Reibungsloser Ablauf hinsichtlich der ganzen Codes zum Eintreten. Voll funktionsfähige Küche.

Es war keine Seife im Zimmer - wie angegeben. Die Heizung war quasi non existent - es war derartig kalt im Zimmer und für die Temperaturen viel zu wenig Decken im Zimmer. Die dunkelgrüne Tagesdecke hatte weiße Flecken… (Raum für Interpretationen). Die angepriesene Schallisolation suchten wir auch vergebens. Wir hörten jeden einzelnen anderen Gast beim Eintreten in deren Zimmer… von draußen hörte man auch bis zum Ladenschluss der beiden Restaurants jedes Wort hoch, wie auch die Kälte konnte die Lautstärke ungehindert in das Zimmer ziehen. Zudem auch null Privatsphäre am stillen Örtchen… die Türe zur Toilette war nicht verschließbar. Auch wenn man sich nah ist als Pärchen, gibt es gewisse Dinge, die man gerne alleine ohne Zweisamkeit erledigt - selbst wenn Abschließen möglich gewesen wäre, war da immer noch der ca. 7cm Spalt zwischen Boden und Türboden… auch hier keine Schalldämpfung. Zudem war es vor allem auch im Bad extrem kalt. Würden trotz der anderen Positivpunkte nicht wieder buchen. Da wir uns etwas mehr Komfort erwartet hätten. Dabei sei angemerkt, dass wir mit dem Van unterwegs waren und hauptsächlich wildcampen waren. Dementsprechend gering sind unsere Ansprüche. Somit ist es also echt eine Leistung unseren Erwartungen nicht gerecht zu werden.

The location of the hotel is great, you have good restaurants right in front your door. The rooms are small , but if you dont need much space this is the perfect place to stay!

we love Helsingborg!

we found it very cute and and clean.

the hotel is unmanned. we had problems with code system. we came from the USA and our phones were not yet connected to the Swedish phone system so we couldn’t get the current codes for the day. you need a code for the gate, the front door and the room door. the codes changes every day. we wound up spending our first night in different hotel because we couldn’t get the codes. and a couple of times the wifi was down and we couldn’t get the codes to get in for a little while. lastly, the weekend street noise was too much with disco beats until 3:00AM

My room was not serviced over 4 nights. Would have liked fresh towels and linen. Air conditioning would be helpful too as it was very hot.

The price/value is great. The room was stifling hot and a bit noisy. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

A fan would have been nice as it was a heatwave and the room had no airflow.

Affordable, comfortable and well situated.

Bed was comfortable great duvet , sheet and pillows. Freezer and fridge in room a micro cutlery and plates plus glasses and kettle. Small wardrobe for clothes and a rather large bathroom..

The main entrance door was difficult to open even if you tapped in the right code. Stood there many a time punching in code 10-15 times.

Liked the shared area consisting of 3 different rooms, one of which was fully equipped kitchen

Didn't like the entry system. You have to input 3 different codes, 2 gates and 1 for yor room. Codes change daily and you get them through your phone. It was annoying and a hassle to use if you are carrying anything.

Great location with disappointing finish to the stay

I have to say that the beds were very comfy. First I was in a very small room, which felt a bit claustrophobic (I will never again book a room 10m2 because it is slightly bigger than what you saw in Harry Potter movies and his room under the stairs). The TV cable was broken in my room and Kathy was kind enough to move me to another room, which was spacious.

What was massively disappointing, was the cleaner (I believe), who walked into my room on my last day after 7 in the morning asking if I will leave today - how rude! I just got out of my bed and was in underwear and brushing my teeth and she kept the door open and her head leaning through the door talking to me. Later when I was leaving, she was in the kitchen. I had to move myself the trash bag that was blocking the lift door but she wasn't bothered at all, just listening to the music with headphones in. I used to work in hospitality myself and I can totally say her attitude was appalling. The other thing that was bad was no AC or any additional ventilation. This weekend was hot and there was no possibility to cool the room down at least a bit.

Digital and comfortable

It is very well located, close to main station, food, sea and everything. I really like the entrance allowance with the daily updated codes. It is easy to use and safe. Yes, there is no reception in the hotel but they are quickly reply to mails and messages. I really enjoyed with my staying!

Superb

Breakfast is not included, this is an apartment hotel. And that suited me perfekt. This place is absolut fresh, totally newrenovated, top modern kitchen, washingmashin, dryer... and spotlessly clean! The house is a crosstimber building from mid 1800th century, absolute charming. The location is on the Maria torget (square), close to the medieval church St Maria. Within 100 meter you find eleven restaurantes. Ten minuters walk from Helsingborg Central Station and the ferries to Denmark. I had a few personal wishes on my stay, and they were respectfully fullfilld. Thank you Kathy! Without any hesitation I recomend this place!

Grindens lås skramlig, osmord, ofettad och högljudd. Det är nog det enda.

Great value in the historical part of Helsingborg

Great value. Great location. Great comfort. A nice apartment hotel in the historical part of Helsingborg. Highly recommended! Lots of restaurants nearby. Some windows are facing a charming little backyard.

The hotel is keyless and there's no receptionist. Access codes arrive by email. Takes a little time getting used to, but works fine. Apart from that, this place is great. Can't think of anything else to complain about.

No breakfast provided, great location. The staff responded to any questions very promptly.

Was a bit cold the first couple of nights but once central heating was turned off it was much more comfortable.
