A beautiful, cool sanctuary for writing, reading, cooking and relaxing in the heart of old town.

I have never had the opportunity to stay in a 700 year old apartment! It has been modernized and is very clean and wonderfully cool during hot days. So much history and right in old town. The best part was it’s so easy to go for a dip in the Adriatic Sea, just a short walk to the buza bars where my husband and I enjoyed iced coffees or a lemon beer after a swim while reading and writing in the shade of an umbrella. This place has a well-equipped kitchen with large fridge, range, utensils, pots and pans. There is a small grocery around the corner with fresh food and lots of yummy treats. Of course, do not miss the nearby restaurants. Our favorite was Pizza Olivia. This apartment basically has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Kate escorted us to make sure we found it. Kate was a lovely hostess.

It was within the old city walls which was amazing. Everything was convenient and close. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. It was awesome to have a coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable too.

A lot of stairs to get to the apartment but we kind of were expecting that and it was only coming and going into the place once.

Perfect location in the Old Town and everything you need for your stay in Dubrovnik!

Perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. Easy to get to from Ploce gate. Lots of stairs going up to our apartment, but it makes for a quiet little getaway in the best part of the old town. Kate was very responsive and accommodating. Their taxi driver, Mario, was very nice and knowledgeable.

Exceptional

Gorgeous place, close to water front and all the old city sites. We easily found the walk up Srđ from the apartment. Our meet and greet, Kate, was terrific, caring, helpful and responsive. There are stairs but wide enough and well lit. Being close to the Cathedral meant closed shutters for sleeping but the day light views were great. Tasteful, comfortable and well equipped apartment 👌

A wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik old town.

The apartment was very spacious with a beautiful view of the cathedral. It was located within the walls of the old town. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean with great water pressure. Kate, our host, was very accessible. I highly recommend Saraca Palace for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Everything was great. The stairs may be bit challenging if someone had difficulty climbing stairs.

Great location, views, host and price!

Everything was perfect! Amazing host, spacious, comfortable and great location/view! shower is huge and living area is nice. Washer in unit. A/C works great. Would stay here again!

Fabulous stay, beautiful apartment, fantastic hostess.

Kate was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond. Very responsive to any questions/issues. The driver/guide (Mario) she connected us with was outstanding. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and had all the amenities.

You will love this place and the location!

Fantastic property in an amazing location!! Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed... especially Hair Dryer and 3 large Beach Towels! Tea, Coffee and Water bottle also there for us. Booking was a breeze and Magdelana answered all questions quickly. Kate met us, was wonderful, and gave us the tour and information about the apartment and city. She was also available for any questions that came up.

OK - it's a European country so we should expect it- but I wouldn't stay here if you have any problems climbing stairs to your apartment. Was fine for us, but there were several flights of skinny stairs to climb up (kind of hard with the luggage). Also- the comfy queen bed is lofted... so up and down stairs to go to bed or get up in the middle of the night. Made for a lovely, spacious apartment, but if you don't feel comfortable with that, this isn't the apartment for you.

Beautiful apartment in spectacular location.

The apartment's location is spectacular and close to everything in Old Town. The apartment itself is beautiful. Very well equipped and the provision of beach towels very appreciated. The shower is a work of art!

There were 48 steep stairs from the door to the apartment. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and tough enough on the able bodied!

Superb

Superb location, decent rates for Dubrovnik. Kitchen and apartment is fully equipped with all you need. Close to the medieval centre of town. Parking is of course an issue, due to local regulations.

Dub old town is full of straw cats and the whole town is dirty. Rates are very high, saw rats on broad day light.

It was a fairytale

If you want to feel the real atmosphere of magical Dubrovnik then its the right place to stay. A very large apartment with magestic view, clean, modern, with all the appliances needed for our stay. In addition, the host - Kate couldnt be more friendly and welcoming. She was sooo supportive and polite. Love her!

Perfect place in Dubrovnik

The contact person, Kate, was wonderful. So helpful, friendly, accommodating, and overall just fantastic. The location is absolutely amazing, the accommodation itself is very cool and comfortable, the main bathroom is interesting but great, and all the amenities are great as well. The location was perfect for breaks during the hot days since it is close to everything in the Old Town. Would go back and stay every time!

Only having to walk up the stairs during a heatwave, and clearly not the fault of the apartment.

Cozy apartment in a beautiful location with excellent hosts.

Exceptional location in the old town right next to the Dubrovnik Cathedral and near Stradun. Dubrovnik is beautiful, there are many restaurants nearby and the main beach is a 10 minute walk. The beach and bar Buža are a few minutes walk, through the beautiful old town. The hosts are kind and punctual, the apartment is neat and well equipped (towels, extra things in the kitchen and bathroom), air conditioned.

Located in centre of city, apartment is near Cathedral, beautiful view, you can almost reach Cathedral rooftoop from your window. Everything is super clean. special thanks to Kate, cleaning lady that is always at your disposal. Great value for money, can`t wait to return to Saraca Place in Dubrovnik. Tomislav

This flat has the most amazing location and is very beautifully renovated. It has absolutely everything you might need. We are definitely coming back

The dining chairs were uncomfortable and did not really go with the beautiful rest of the interior.
