Needs refurbishment, old elegant hotel, overpriced in this condition.

The hotel is close to the main station, you can reach several trains easy. The staff was helpful. The room looked very elegant. Comfortable and elegant furnitures.

AC was out of service (i think it is out of service for a while). Telephone wasn't worked properly, i didn't hear the receptionist. Worn but elegant furnitures. The room needs refurbishment. I read there are some room which is in better condition, but According to my experience think it is overpriced with this conditions.

OK, came in the room for sleeping only

- The location is great, many attractions within walking distance, shopping street just 5 minutes walk away, the historical square around 7 minutes walk, cathedral across the road and the covered market just 2 minutes walk. - 24 hrs reception desk - plus elevator access - luckily got the room with air-conditioning -

- size of the room too small - blocked view for some rooms, important to know beforehand for claustrophobics and cleithrophobics - some rooms lack air-conditioning, that's why avoided room change - insufficient number of power sockets, and their suitable locations

Localização espetacular.

A localização é excelente, a poucos passos da Grand Place, da Catedral. Dá para ir a pé para vários lugares, como o palácio real, etc. Achei isso espetacular. Dá para ir e voltar do centro para turistar, almoçar ou jantar, fazer compras, tudo a pé. O hotel é muito clean, confortável, limpo. Tem um bom café da manhã.

O pessoal da recepção e do restaurante ao pequeno almoço, foi ok. Poderia ter sido bem melhor, mas também não foi uma má experiência. Sugiro que sejam um pouco mais solicitos e sorridentes, como todo hóspede merece.

Difficile d’accès distance entre parking hôtel problématique et non mentionné sur le site

J’ai pas apprécié le faite qu’ils ont mentionné qu’il y’a un parking mais à mon arrivé il nous dise d’aller à 10 min garer le véhicule avec plusieurs bagages que nous avons.

Great location with some drawbacks that could be dealbreakers

The location is very close to all the attractions which was both good and bad. Good in the sense that everything was steps from the hotel. Not so great in the sense that it was near a busy street that was very noisy, especially at night. The property was clean and the breakfast was good quality with good variety.

The mattress was flat out awful. Very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. The windows didn't keep out much noise from the traffic. It was very noisy at night with loud cars and motorcycles speeding by a half a block away. As a result I didn't get very good sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The room was small but worked fine for one person.

Ok, but wouldn't stay there again.

Location was ok. Only a few minutes from Grand Place, however, it was just on the edge of the area that I would feel comfortable walking in after dark.

Room was very dark, and there was no main light, only side lights. Clean enough, but toilet was quite cramped. Staff were pleasant.

ゆっくりできたホテル。

ブリュッセル中央駅にも近いホテル。周りに観光場所もあり、ロケーションが良い。またエコ活動がよく、必要ないことは事前に申請すれば、ドリンクなどに交換できる。また、スタッフさんの対応が良い。

設備が多少古い。特にエレベーターは２機しかなく、押しボタンも壊れていた。などなど、設備関係に不安を持つ。

hôtel a fuir !!a 240 euros la nuit

rien de rien

la totalité du séjour de 4 nuits arrivée a la réception les 2 personnes ne comprenaient pas mon Français , avant il a fallut batailler avec la police pour accéder a l hôtel ( journée sans voiture a Bruxelles qui malgré les dires de l NH grand palace avec l attestation de réservation pas de problèmes. Qui était un pure mensonge ) La chambre 207 qui nous était alloué , impossible d ouvrir la valise ( pas de place Retour a la réception demande d une chambre ou nous pourrions ouvrir la valise , oui de la part de l hôtesse mais avec supplément donc frais en plus chambre 406 allouée , après une bonne douche dans une mini baignoire séchage des cheveux avec un sèche cheveux en panne sortie pour diner nous alertons la réception pour le problème du sèche cheveux , de suite un est sorti d un placard .Je demande a la l hôtesse de le garder pour le reprendre après diner Que croyez vous qu' il arriva , le fameux sèche cheveux fut donner a une autre chambre Fenêtre de la chambre donnant un toit crasseux et un puit rempli d ordures UN HOTEL CATASTROPHIQUE D INCOMPETENCES

Comfortable and pleased

The staff is warm and attentive, and the service is very good. Breakfast was excellent. I was very pleased. Of course, the prime location is well worth the price. Two free drinks a day is also great.

There are some sanitary dead spots in the bathroom, such as the drain in the shower, that seem to have been neglected in a long time. One of the teacups is leaking, but it's no big deal.

The breakfast was very good. With the choice of food was wide. The hotel was in the center, everything was easily accessible (e.g train station, sights, restaurants). The hotel staff was very kind. The check-in /-out was easy.

The location was good. The staffers spoke excellent English, but their knowledge of local businesses was lacking; for example, not one could tell me where an ATM or laundry facilities were. The breakfast was excellent.

The lights were by the bed, but they really need a lamp on the desk area, which stays dark. My room had a very loud mechanical noise which sounded for 15 to 20 seconds, intermittently throughout the day and evening. I brought this to the attention of the staff, as well as the fact that the temperature control was broken.

A must when traveling to Brussels

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Grand Place. The hotel is spotless, room comfortable, clean, the aircon functional. The breakfast could not have been better. There are also plenty of options for vegans or vegetarians. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Ovidiu from the front desk and Mihaela for their interation with us. They made us feel at home.
