Great location, fantastic staff ( friendly and helpful )

2nd bedroom bed extremely hard no mattress topper had to ask for a co.fiter to double up the put under the sheet. Still not that good. ( old bed) Toilet in 2nd bathroom has a smell coming from down I. The bowl .

Very enjoyable & trouble free.

It was clean, located close to Floriade, had parking, walk to shops & restaurants.

There was supposed to be a rubber safety mat in the spa bath & this was missing although there was a notice saying to use it to avoid falls.

Love the Adina

Great location, easy to get to and car parking, even able to leave my car there until days end after checking out in the morning. Have stayed here before for a family trip and now as a solo traveller. just about to book my next stay..

not so comfortable stay, would not choose this property for the future

second bedroom had no fan or AC. it was very uncomfortable night.

Enjoyed my stay, amenities adequate, good location.

Location was very good, walking distance to central area, shops and restaurants, easy to access public transport. Had all the amenities you need, although a little dated still very functional. Bed was ok. 2 TV's which were large, one in the bedroom. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony and spa. Did not use the spa.

The view, I had a room with a balcony but the view was of other balcony's and I could not see the street. The balcony sliding door did not lock. Room was serviced however this was minimal. Only made my bed on one day out of the 5. Mainly just left more towels that I didn't need. Not a big deal overall but in case you are looked for serviced rooms you may not get what you are expecting.

Room to move

Central location and large rooms.

Speed humps. $15 a day and my car bottomed every time going over the speed humps. Std height BMW sedan so they're too high.

Great location and size, but bed was so uncomfortable that I wouldn't stay again.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and only 2 pillows on the Queen Bed. A/c was extremely noisy

Very Dissapointing

They are renovating the pool, so extremely noisy and dusty. We asked before we stayed if this was happening and they said no, which was far from truthful. Espensive and noisy, unfortunately won't stay here again

Everything we needed

It was exactly what we wanted. A self contained apartment that could sleep 5 with a kitchen I could cook in. The kids loved the spa bath, the heating system worked beautifully, plenty of hot water and the location made getting around exceptionally easy.

The only complaint was the apartment was tired and worn. The door to balconey didn't open fully, fridge didn't seal well and the sofa bed was not very comfortable which we had to pay extra for. I felt sorry for the reception staff member when I asked for more towels as we had only been given 4 (5 of us) as she couldn't help me until her supervisor arrived as she was the only staff member on hand. It seemed pricy for what it was but you couldn't go past the size of the apartment and the location.

Comfortable surroundings to make yourself at home, for a reasonable price.

Corridors are well lit and well appointed. Room carpets a clean, and not worn. This kitchen was functional. Your beds and furniture are all quite new. Comfortable furniture for guests to relax.

No spare blankets! I had to use my puffer jacket as a second blanket. You haven’t spent any money in the big stuff. The air conditioners are old, noisy and slow to heat the room. The window frames and doors are decades old and leak heat and noise. So because the rooms are a bit draggy, the old noisy air conditioner has to stay on. The TV’s seem to be free to air only. Screen mirroring doesn’t work because you haven’t connected the tv’s to the wi-fi. The bathrooms are clean but early 90’s - spa baths! Microwave ovens work but pretty old and clunky - though easy to use. So three!3.5 stars in my view.
