Apesar da limpeza gostei da estadia. A piscina é simpática assim como a proximidade do hotel ao santuário.

A piscina super agradável. A vista do quarto também muito agradável. A proximidade ao santuário. O hotel é confortável e bem apresentado.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Almofadas e toalhas de banho com maquiagem e por baixo das camas muito lixo. Inclusive umas cuecas masculinas de outro hóspede.

Ausência de toalhas à nossa chegada no quarto. Após solicitar que fossem entregues, a rececionista demorou uma hora, pois estava ocupada resolvendo problemas de outro hotel, do qual, pelo que parece, também tinha a responsabilidade. Foram nos entregues toalhas ROTAS! Telefone do quarto não funciona. Serviço de quarto inexistente. Ficou claro que a falha detetada em nada se prende com a má vontade da rececionista, mas sim com a falta de pessoal no hotel. Gel de banho/ shampoo miniatura!

Da simpatia dos funcionários

Do facto de só após o check in terem dito que a piscina estaria indisponível naquele dia, e que no dia seguinte de manhã já podíamos usufruir. Acabou por não acontecer, e passamos parte do primeiro dia sem poder descansar pois havia barulhos constantes de máquinas na resolução desse mesmo problema. A questão da piscina, pelos miúdos, era um fator importante pois havia muita oferta em Fátima para a mesma data, e significativamente mais barato. A iluminação do quarto, não funcionava na sua totalidade

O quarto em si è todo incrível, confortável e maravilhoso

Não conseguindo aquecer o quarto, o telefone que dá acesso a recepção não estava funcionando bem, ou eu que não sabia ligar. Acho que a parte do banheiro falta uma luz. Fora que o horário do check-in com o horário da saída do hotel nao bate uma diária. Até fui questionar o funcionário mas ele disse que isso já era norma da empresa a bastante tempo, sabendo que está errado, porque daí não se torna uma diária.

Would definitely recommend!

Great value for money. The hotel is clean and it’s quite true to the photos, and the staff are very accommodating. The pool and gym are a nice addition to the hotel. I like that they do housekeeping everyday, and that the room has balcony. It’s also near to the sanctuary and small shopping&souvenir stores, with restaurants close by.

It’s not fully soundproof as I can hear voices from the corridor and the other rooms. Was also hoping to get the landmark view (but not really a necessity).

Don't book here if you want to be certain you actually get a room!

Unbelievable how they cope with malfunctions in their own booking system! We made a booking and arrived there at the check-in time. Because it was 37 degrees we specifically chose for this hotel with swimming pool. Upon arrival the staff told us there were some double bookings made which meant they sold more rooms than they have. Which meant that we could not stay there, and that they booked us over to another hotel (big downgrade, 1 km further from the center and no swimming pool) without talking with us about the solution. I would have liked to get my money back as I didn't get what I paid for. But that was no option. No apologies from the staff whatsoever. Ridiculous. The staff at the hotel they arranged for us to stay in (same owner, clearly less well taken care of) told us they get customers this way from Hotel Rosa Mistica all the time. Really shady business. Don't book here!

Comfortable and close to sanctuary

The receptionist maria was very friendly and lovely to talk to.

We transferred to this hotel from padre pio by umbral so when we arrived an hour early at Rosa mistica we were asked to wait for an hour. I am not sure why, coz I'm a hotelier too and an hour early should not make much diffrence as long as hotel is not busy or not fully occupied should not be an issue. What matters is guest comfort. Not all guest check in exactly at 3 and hence some exception should be made, especially if the same guest transferring from same managed property ( by umbral)

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available for no additional cost. Staff very friendly.

No breakfast available. Would be nice to have at least something light in the morning with coffee.
