good stay

ベッドメイキングのスタッフの方に親切に対応して頂きました。フロントのスタッフの方にも感じ良く対応して頂きました。部屋は綺麗です。周りにお店がたくさんあり便利。東京で何回もホテル宿泊していますがスタッフの感じはトップクラスに良かったです。

最初に案内された部屋が空調設備の隣りで音が気になる。(部屋を変えてもらいました。)

Perfektes Hotel für den Start einer Japanreise!

Super zentral und gut ausgestattet - man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Metro und kann die komplette Stadt erkunden aber auch fußläufig gibt es einiges zu entdecken und es ist ein belebter und spannender Stadtteil

Leider wird Geld verlangt wenn man zwei Stunden früher einchecken möchte was wir als abzocke empfunden haben.

Value for money. Great location. Helpful staff

The staff were very helpful patience friendly and professional. They went out of the way to help me book a taxi to the airport and help with my luggage, very much appreciate their help

산겐자야의 적당한 위치. 시부야/시모키타자와 가기 편함. 직원분들이 친절함. 1층 편의점.

트윈룸이 기내용 캐리어 겨우 펼 수 있을정도로 좁았음. 싱글룸에 억지로 침대 두 개 넣은듯.

The hotel was good if your in a budget and its worth the money. But don't expect to much.

Near the station

Before you can reach the reception theres a stairs and no elevator and no one helps if you have big luggage.

Superb

The staff was very nice. The room was small but this is Japan so small rooms are typical. Location was where I wanted to be. Breakfast was great.

small casual hotel. close to the sangenjaya metro station. staffs are very friendly. you can buy alcohol drinks at vender machines on the lobby floor. self laundry. coffee machine is also available 24h. small room but acceptable.

you need to go up the stairs to get to the lobby floor.

Excellent location, small room but it worked for us for one night.

The hotel was booked because it was 10 minutes from our relatives house. The staff was nice, check was easy and the room had everything we needed for a nights stay. They beds were form, but we slept great.

The rooms are very small. We got 2 rooms for 4 of us and that worked best. They put us next to each other, which was great.

An excellent inexpensive hotel.

The hotel staff assisted me with my luggage. My luggage was very heavy, and they assisted me all the way to my room.

Great location and pleasant stay.

My plan included breakfast, and it was quite good. But it was the same western breakfast every day. So I asked for Japanese breakfast, and they accommodated for that request. That was wonderful! They also serve freshly baked goods every evening at the lobby. WiFi is available in every room even though it's not advertised as such.
