Bonne adresse sur Tours

Hôtel très agréable proche de la gare et du centre historique avec une chambre spacieuse et calme au 3eme étage. Accueil chaleureux et personnel attentionné. Mention spéciale pour l’accès à la piscine ouverte de 07h00 à 23h00, même un 31 12 et 01 01. Merci

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être d’une qualité supérieure

A better room than we have been offered than before, but ungenerous accommodation.

spacious room, good view over the rooftops on the 5th floor. Very good location with garage in the centre of Tours.

Beds were narrow and hard. Floor was uncarpeted. Towels were small and ungenerous considering the price of accommodation. No bath hat for shower.

Détente dans un lieu très bien décoré.

Nous avons reçu un bon accueil et avons apprécié les prestations.

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir aller au restaurant car la carte nous donnait envie. Il pourrait être bien d’avertir qu’il faut réserver avant.

Best part of this hotel is the lobby. We arrived on a Monday, the restaurant was closed the air conditioning was a joke

Calme et confort

Établissement très bien placé à 2 pas du Centre historique, dans un hôtel lui même chargé d'histoire. Chambre confortable et très spacieuse. La piscine bien appréciable après les visites de cette jolie région. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel a l'écoute et très aimable.

Rien tout était parfait, il manquerait peut être un mini frigo dans la chambre, mais je chipote.

Good location with parking at a cost

Location, Parking although expensive , spa area although the jacuzzi was broken the whole time we were there

One-night stay whilst travelling, when booking thought it would be better than it actually was

Parking OK Reception staff very good Room modern and clean. Pool good, but jacuzzi not working. Central location and good access to cultural center's for short stay. Lots of local restaurants close by

Parking charged for despite high room cost No hand washing facility in room WC - only in ensuite the opposite side of the room, lots to touch on way through - bit odd!! Breakfast not too bad, but stick to bought-in (bread, pastries, yoghurt cheeses, cereals, fresh fruit etc (but not the tinned fruit - yuk")), would advise not to have cooked offerings (scrambled egg (tasted peculiar), sausage) - More cost effective to go to a local café and get precisely what you want at a more reasonable price. Breakfast room staff not so good - mainly had "I don't want to be here face" Restaurant not open at weekends

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very responsive. Ideal location 5 minute walk to train station, 5 minute walk to multiple brassieres, unlimited shopping just outside entrance, and a 15 minute walk to historic central city.

Prefer rooms with minibar.

Perfect base camp for a Loire trip

Classy hotel close to the central station and the city hall (not so much to the old town - that is about 15 min walk). It is nicely renovated with an impressive foyer. Our room was nice and spacious, with a stylish decor. The dinner at the hotel restaurant is a good value for money.

It would have been great to have more vegetables at breakfast. Also, the jacuzzi did not work. But really that is all. We really liked the place.

A very nice hotel, well situated and friend,y staff.

Beautifully room, very nicely decorated and plenty of room for our cases etc. Very friendly staff and we had a good dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Everything was as we expected.

Disappointing

The location was close to the city center

the staff was not interessted in fixing the problem with the aircondition, we moved immediately to another hotel which was much more enjoyable. It appears to be in the focus for larger tourist groups

Excellent!

Ed Ellen’s location 3 min walk to train station and excellent restaurants. clean large rooms, great coffee and tea selection in room. pool and hot tub were a. ice treat. staff friendly, and breakfast Buffett was very yummy with lots of selections of cheese, pastry, eggs, fruits, yogurts. best breakfast highly recommended.

Great staff, service, location, comfortable room with good walk-in shower.

Great location, very central

Pool and gym were very small. Pool too small to swim lengths. Gym only contains a bike, rowing machine and an elliptical or something like that. No free weights or machines.
