romantisches Hotel in zauberhafter Altstadt-

Wir hatten ein Executive Doppel-Zweibettzimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine schöne Sitzecke. Toilette im Extraraum. Schönes Badezimmer- alles blitzblank sauber. Das Hotel hat zwei sehr schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen mit einer tollen Bar. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super- direkt in einer leisen Seitenstraße in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren- klare Empfehlung für eine Buchung.

Über das Restaurant möchte ich sagen, dass es ein typisches französisches Restaurant ist. Man zahlt 45 Euro pro Person für ein Menüe mit drei Gängen. Vorspeise zwei Scheiben Serranoschinken mit einigen Krümeln Melone. Hauptspeise ein kleines Stück Geflügel, eine!! Möhre, zwei Teelöffel (!!) Kartoffelbrei und eine kleine Zwiebel. Der Nachtisch war dagegen recht großzügig. Wenn man da noch etwas dazu trinkt, ist man als Paar über 100 Euro los und geht nicht gesättigt vom Tisch. Der Service passte nicht zum Preis. Beim Servieren wurde die Speise des einen über den Teller des anderen gereicht. Man war freundlich aber von "Benimmregeln" zum Servieren hatten sie keine Ahnung.

Arredamento pretenzioso ma dozzinale Parti comuni decisamente sporche e mal tenute(ragnatele, vetri sporchi) Materassi scomodi di bassissima qualità Reception sguarnita almeno un paio di volte di cui avevamo bisogno Ma soprattutto un bagno delle due stanze assegnateci (scomodissime e senza ascensore) pericoloso per quanto scivoloso e lo scarico della vasca non funzionava

Centrale e comodo con davanti un parcheggio pubblico custodito essenziale se si viaggia in macchina visto che in centro città si parcheggia massimo due ore. Colazione ottima sia nella qualità che nelle opzioni offerte. Camera piccola ma bagno comodissimo arredamento essenziale ma di gusto

Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en een uitstekend restaurant. De auto stond op de binnenplaats geparkeerd en er is ook een parkeergarage schuin tegenover. Vriendelijk personeel. Heel fijn verblijf.

Central location with excellent rooms - should be charging more!

The room was impeccably clean with wonderful bathroom (very modern) and fantastically comfortable bed. Air conditioning was brilliant and location could not be better. Nothing negative to say about this room!

Parking on site is extremely limited, but the public car park across the way is very easy to use and inexpensive. Shame that the bar was not open on a Sunday but that is the only downside of the entire stay.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent même si la cheffe de salle vous accueille en vous disant que vous ne pouvez pas passer par la porte qui donne sur la terrasse et qui est ouverte alors qu'il n'y a pas d'indication à l'extérieur...

La taille des chambres est très petite.

La situación del hotel, muy céntrico.

No me gustó nada. Sucio. Personal poco respetuoso. Muebles de IKEA tanto en la habitación como en el jardín cuando se trata de un 4 estrellas. Para subir a la habitación nos acompañó una persona de recepción. La situación de la habitación era realmente un laberinto, para finalmente subir una escalera de caracol con peldaños desgastados y estrechos. Esta persona de recepción no se dignó a cogernos ni una bolsa o maleta, seguramente tenía miedo de estropearse la pintura de las uñas. Indignante, frustante. No se merecen ni la categoría ni ser catalagados como hotel. Encima, por la mañana, recibí un mail de Booking preguntándome por qué no me había alojado en el hotel (????) cuando realmente estaba en el.

Stadthotel mit guter Lage

Am rand der altstadt, mit kleinem innenhof, parkhaus direkt gegenueber. Fruehstueck war bescheiden und nicht schoen praesentiert, generell ist alles etwas schmudelig, alte teppiche im zimmer etc.

Bien…mais j’essaierais un autre hôtel

Les petits +: L’emplacement en plein centre ville avec le parking sainte Anne juste en face - tres pratique Notre chambre triple n•101 est idéale en terme de taille pour accueillir 3 personnes et est dans la cour ce qui permet d’être parfaitement au calme Le restaurant avec une cuisine raffinée / attention n’oubliez pas de demander le menu Pour les enfants car la carte n’est pas adaptée pour cet âge. Entrée au butternut très soignée, sens de l’esthétique mais il manquait un petit éclat de peps au niveau gustatif - trop plat Service chaleureux Attentions dans la chambre avec les bouteilles a disposition et les feuilletés - ces petits gestes font la différence

Les petits -: Check in un peu « expédié » Odeur d’humidité très forte et désagréable Moisissure sur tout le contour des fenêtres de la salle de bain qui date car bien incrustée - j’ai bien évidemment attiré l’attention sur ce point lors du check out - réponse un peu surprenante alors que cette remarque apparaît dans plusieurs messages de clients Horaire du Petit déjeuner qui s’arrête à 10h et du coup plus de vrai réassort des 9h30 la c’est vraiment trop tôt pour le samedi - cependant la serveuse a été adorable et nous a permis de nous servir et de rester après sans nous presser. Elle nous a également expliqué avec attention et calme la problématique avec ce qui suit, cours de cuisine ou préparation du service le midi- De cette manière tout est clair, et on comprend parfaitement.

Beautiful Dijon

Our room was perfect. The staff so friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the outside restaurant for lunch. The food was excellent. Will definitely return and recommend.

Highly recommend for value, location and quality.

Wonderful staff, exceptionally clean and comfy room in the heart of Dijon. Great value for money. Parking was very secure, underground, opposite the hotel and very convenient.

Wonderful hotel - I would definitely return

We had booked a parking space in the small courtyard area which was really useful - our room was well appointed and although we were opposite the small lift it didn't disturb us at all . There were complimentary drinks in the minibar and the bathroom was lovely with good quality fittings [ fabulous Grohe shower!!] We had an excellent evening meal in the hotel restaurant too

Honestly cannot think of a negative comment!

A little break in Burgundy which this hotel made even nicer

Lovely historic hotel in the city center. Parking was super easy, we parked across the street to the public garage. Hotel staff was super friendly, breakfast was lovely. They had a lovely attitude towards children and dogs. Room was clean and you could tell it’s made with high standards. Lovely!

Very nice stay, stopping between the Alps and UK, its a good hotel close to the centre of Dijon

Very nice up to date room, the staff were all lovely, the hotel is in the heart of Dijon and there is parking at the hotel or nearby. Not particularly cheap but worthwhile. I would definitely stay again. Dijon itself was much nicer than I expected, with a fashionable and well appointed centre near to the market area around 7 minutes walk from the hotel. I would encourage anyone staying to take the opportunity to explore.

Tiny minus point was the lighting in the restaurant. Food and service was good and the food interesting but the atmosphere was let down a little by overly bright lighting.

A lovely stay in a beautiful Dijon central hotel, beautiful hotel with some lovely old architecture.

Charlie on reception was excellent and dealt with our checkin with a professional manner and very friendly. The food was amazing !!
