الفندق في موقع جميل وسط GBR والطاقم متعاون وبالخدمة دائما الحجز يشمل وجبتين فطور وعشاء الفطور ممتاز واصنافه عديده والعشاء جيد الشكر للموظف باسل وموظف خدمة الغرف بلال متعاون وخدوم جدا

الفندق بشكل عام متوسط ونظافته جيدة المسبح صغير ومزدحم دائما اسعار السبأ مرتفعه يوجد ممر للشاطي بمسافة 7 دقايق وليس مباشر الشاطي عام للكل وخلال العظل مزدحم من الجاليات الاجنبية اللوبي صغير المصاعد قليله عددها 3 وتخدم 25 دور انتظار قد يطول غالبا مع توقفات عديدة

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Zum Strand waren es ca. 200 m.

Zu den Stoßzeiten kam es zu Wartezeiten beim Frühstück und vor allem an den Aufzügen.

Would prefer other nearby hotels if have a choice

View from the balcony, promptness of room service, late check out (as check-in was delayed by more than an hour from specified time)

Wait for lifts was crazy, sometimes lifts will not even stop on higher floors. Staff were unapologetic about loud sounds coming from garden at 4 AM from removal of stage for 31st Dec event. I was told by reception personnel when called about this at 4 AM “anyways people are up as its new year”

اتيت للراحة والسكون ولم اجدهما

الموقع جميل

الازعاج حيث ان ادارة الفندق تسمح لمطاعم الفندق بإستخدام مكبرات الصوت وتشغيل الموسيقى خلال اليوم بشكل مزعج يصل إلى الادوار العليا. ورغم تقديم الشكوى الى أن المطاعم لم تهتم براحة السكان واستمرت في هذه الفوضى. وبدلا من تصحيح الوضع كانت المطالبة لي بأن اتحمل واصبر او اغير موقع الغرفة لتفادي هذا الازعاج.

Was better than I expected

Location was excellent. We had a balcony with a sea view. We had booked access to the executive lounge which we visited daily. Staff here were very helpful. Hotel accommodated us when we were inconvenienced and could not get to the lounge on time before the food and drink were packed away. I would stay again. Spa was handy.

Executive lounge toilet - there was only one and was shared between male and females. Lifts are busy at peak times and you can be waiting for sometime so please avoid if possible.

Alle wer möchte Luxus erleben werde ich Euch empfehlen.

Ich habe keine ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Alle Zimmer ist groß , sauber und ruhig. WLAN ist besser und schnelle als zu hause und kostenlos. Essen ist sehe gut. Alles frisch gekochte Gerichte. Viel Obst, Nüsse in andere worte Luxus Hotel. Kostenlose schatelbuss zum Einkaufszentrum.

В целом: прекрасный отель! Шикарный пляж рядом с отелем. Куча ресторанов вокруг!

Понравился вид из номера, шаговая доступность до городского транспорта, магазины и аптеки , их много и они на каждом шагу. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь! Отмечу администратора Хасана! Прекрасный городской пляж и шикарный вид из окна. Служба такси при отеле работает слажено и четко, что очень помогло в поездке. Чистота в номере и чистота в отеле на должном уровне.

Лифты. Для проектировщиков этого отеля в аду наверное есть отдельный котел! По 10 минут ждать лифт на этаже это - черезчур Ресторан при отеле по системе "шведский стол" отвратительный, лучше выбрать другой, там ооочень вкусные суши! Много ворон на завтраке. Наглые и назойливые. Не успеешь углядеть, могут запросто что-то стащить из тарелки.

Outstanding

Everything was outstanding, very clean , delicious breakfast and outstanding view from the room. The staff were very helpful and always there for you.

The hotel didn’t have private beach area like Sheraton next door. The Beach is public which sometimes was very crowded.

4star at best

The location was great. The view from the room was probably the best thing about the hotel. The Japanese restaurant Benihana was very good. The rooms & hotel were clean. The lifeguards are very friendly and did their best to find us beds in the sun. The sunbeds were very comfortable. The general manager, Hossan Kamal, was absolutely fantastic and went out of his way to attend to our needs to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Most of the staff were helpful and very friendly.

The pool area is very small, limited sunbeds available for the size of the hotel and sadly there are limited hours of sun by the pool (5hrs ish) due to the surrounding buildings, causing sun obstruction, with the sun not coming around till lunchtime, so for sun worshippers like me, this was very disappointing. The pool area sadly did not have poolside waiter service, we had to order/fetch our drinks and the service behind this bar was impossibly slow, most of the staff working this bar did not smile at all, and were not very friendly. If you ordered food (again, at the bar) then they would bring food/drinks over but you have to order everything at the bar first. All inclusive drinks menu was very limited, only 3 cocktails available and no sparkling white wine/Prosecco. Hossan assured me he was going to look into this being available for the future. La Rosso restaurant food was better at lunch than dinner. Basic but quite tasty. Set evening meal (all inclusive menu) was very basic and food arrived not as described on the menu. The main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. La Rosso bar area inside and out was dull of an evening, no entertainment. Just music. There was a DJ inside the restaurant about 8pm one night, which was very loud whilst eating and would’ve been better for late night entertainment.

Fantastic Location

I loved the location of this hotel, It was spotless from the reception, bedroom's ,restaurant's bathroom's and pool area well done to all the hard worker's. Room cleaned daily plenty of water ,coffee and tea bags. We had a see view room and what a view we had . I'd like to say all the staff were lovely especially Rica and Karthik always smiling. Plenty of choice in the Buffett to choose from something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again now I know more about the difference in the all inclusive .

I would like to say even though we were all inclusive we couldn't eat in all the restaurant's as that was classed as the all around package and that was extra and in the Atrium it was only free Tea or Coffee , All so the Horizon was closed so that was disappointing as there was no all day dining option . JB'S bar is lovely and had a good lunch menu but again your free drinks finished after the lunch here so if you wanted to go there at nigh time for a drink you payed for it.
