Réservation d'un taxi qui n'est jamais venu le personnel en a fait venir un autre qui nous a coûté plus cher vu qu'au retour de l'Arena nous avons payé que 28 .--

bonjour la chambre avait des odeurs de remontée d égouts après vérification la chasse d eau ne fonctionnait pas il a fallut utiliser le seau de la poubelle pour évacuer les excréments la chasse chambre très mal chauffée ménage de la salle de bain sous le lavabo pas fait l accueil c était top pour le check ing je suis déçue de la chambre j ai prévenu l accueil en rendant les clés pour le dysfonctionnement car un hôtel 3 étoiles doit respecter les normes . je vous remercie cordialement Murielle

Le confort de cette hotel reste a désirer

L’emplacement est super, et le personnel aussi

Une odeur nauséabonde d’urine qui sort des toilettes, à chaque fois que vous entrez dans la douche, des coup d’eau glacée pendant qu’on se douche aussi, le lit n’était pas propre remplis de petites miettes noir, la couettes était plein de tache marron

Localisation idéale, proche des commodités. Au calme. Le parking devant la chambre est un plus appréciable.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Pas étonnant, il va être détruit dans un an... Quel dommage !

Nice staff (only the ladies), comfortable, but a bit far from the bus station, like 10 min. walking

The receptionist/hostess on the day I arrived was lovely. The next day, I needed a Taxi, and the receptionist (a different one) called one for me. She was nice also. They also allowed me to drop the bags at the checkout and pick them up later. That was nice.

The room had little space to walk due to a large bed. Also, when I booked the transport from the airport, the guy who responded to me, Axel, I think is his name, gave me a price, and then he increased it days later. However, the receptionist on the day I arrived was nice and charged me a fair tariff, given that there was a confusion with finding the pickup spot at the airport. However, I cannot say the same for the taxi that took me to work the next day, who charged me 45 euros for 5 Km!! What a riff-off!!

Friendly and helpful staff, lent me an adaptor and booked me a taxi. Functional bathroom. Quiet room.

Extremely uncomfortable bed; broken bedside light; curtains were completely see-through, not only letting in light but also permitting anyone outside to see in.

It is a clean place for short stay. The rooms are basic but very nice.

The breakfast at Euro 15 is super expensive. The airport shuttle costs Euro 25 for 5 minutes drive. Too expensive.

Great if you need to return a rental car in France (GVA)

It was close to the rental car return for the French side of GVA. Decent room. Staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

We were there an hour early and they wanted to charge us 8 Euros/ hour to check in early. There didn't appear to be anyone staying there. We declined. Early staff wasn't very nice.

great location, old, outdated

location close to French side of the airport perfect for a morning flight with car return on the French side. staff were very very nice

Very good

All staff members were very friendly. The shuttle service, running to and from the airport (French side parking lot & car rental) was good. We also enjoyed the breakfast, room size, and hotel location.

The heater was permanently on in my room (not in other rooms, depending on the thermostats installed). The Nothing else I didn't like.
