Friendly staff. Nice welcoming reception and bar area. Breakfast was nice, not as much choice that you get in some hotels but plenty. Room was nice and comfortable. For the price it was brilliant!
The bed was a bit hard for my liking. No plug sockets next to the bed. Both wouldn't stop me staying again.
4.1
Really accommodating, let us check in early so we could settle before going to a wedding. Staff were lovely and nice touch asking us how the wedding was
Nothing all was good

Super friendly staff - great facilities

Breakfast was really good and you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. They cooked vegetarian sausages fresh for me. Rooms good size, comfy beds and dog friendly, just off the M5
Shower was a weak flow and the milk sachets are just not enough, never understood why hotels use them.
4.1
good breakfast ,lots of it ,rooms clean and compacted .Not completely sound proof ,could hear people and kids next door
surrounding area very poor air quality

The breakfast was good, plenty of options even for my little 2year old daughter who loves her fruit and cereal
The only thing that stopped me from putting this to a 10/10 was that we asked for a travel cot in our room to which I had confirmation that this would happen, when we arrived we had no trvale cot in our room so had to ask about this at reception to which the gentleman on duty was more than accommodating, also I book two rooms both rooms for two adults with children to which we required an sofa bed, our sofa bed was made up and ready for us however for my friends this didn't happen the sofa bed was still in sofa mode and had no bedding on at all so again they had to go to reception to request the sofa bed to be made up and again the gentleman on the desk at the time was there to help and got to it straight away other that this the rest of our stay was absolutely fine

It was in a good location
My toilet as dripping all night - air conditioning unit was noisy and didn’t really work. Spoke to reception and no maintenance person in site and no spare room to move too. Did get a full refund but was not ideal…

Very warm and professional welcome. Easy free parking. Easy check in. Offered a choice of floor/quieter room. Very clean and comfortable room with air con. Good breakfast selection with vegan sausages available on request. Very handy location to break a journey. Closer to the M5 than some service stations, but feels completely separate with no service-station-vibe. Restaurant and take-away in same complex. Very good Indian restaurant and pub with meals just a short walk away.
The bar and breakfast space is very bland and corporate but works fine. My air con was a little noisy, but it did make the room very comfortable.

Helpful friendly staff. Decent sized quiet room. Adequate parking.
Choice and quality of food could have been better for the price. Harvester is near by.

Guide location, a few minutes from the M5 with choices of food available next door (Hotel bar, Harvester or McDonald's) that should dater for most.
No noticeable road noise in the room.
Good quality free breakfast
Nothing. Would happily stay there again
4.1
The location to the M5 is less than 2 minutes McDonalds on the doorstep and a Harvester pub.
We have been going there regularly for the last 6 years or so and although we appreciate that they are dog friendly their charge is £25 per dog per stay. This has gone up from £10 to £20 and recently to £25. We may now have to start looking for alternative accommodation on our travels.

Convenient location although the traffic noise was quite loud with the window open. Was great that we could take a takeaway continental breakfast as we had a very early departure. Location with restaurants on site was very useful. Easy to find and plenty of parking
Room was hot, no air con remote control and very noise when having to leave window open.

Comfort and hotel location beside a main motorway
Inside the hotel is tired and the restaurant has a very poor menu suited more for snacks than meals.
