Central location with lots of space for parking. very friendly staff. Dining room staff understood my gluten-free diet and were extremely coordinating.
Absolutely nothing.

The quality and quantity of breakfast was good. We had two diiners there and they were good. I have a gluten-free issue and they were able to accommodate me with no problems. The wait staff were excellent.
Parking was excellent and the proximity to the Shrine was great.
This was our 2nd stay at the hotel.
For the price, we could not ask for more.

Clean, nice room with private bathroom. Very close to the sanctuary. The wifi was quite good.
If you expect the hotel to be run by nuns, you'll be disappointed. This is a part of a hotel chain. The room is quite small and old-style. The breakfast was really basic (buns, cheese, ham, croissants, milk, jam, cereals, fruits), I was expecting much more after reading the reviews.

Well, parking was spacious and cleanliness ok. The manager, Mr. Lopes, was nice to us and tried to help but might be alone in that all amateurism. Money wise price ok but don't expect quality coming with the money you might save. Better pay more but have decent service. Giving 6 as it seems fair.
The way reception works, wrong rooms given, although specifically spoke with hotel prior. Housekeeping knocking doors when we were still inside prior check out. The manager tried his best at check in at least, but his staff is not for hospitality industry. Mr. Lopes was the ONLY person who ever asked us if we are ok. Breakfast worse coffee and juice ever, not enough choices also. Really basic breakfast under standards of any other hotels. You can hear anyone doing any slight noises outside room in hallways and no lights at all only some emergency lights. Not one moment seen anyone serving anything from bar although would pay big money to avoid that breakfast's brown water. Big issue is the extreme but extreme hot water even when just tapped a little for hot water. VERY VERY dangerous. We were in room 401 btw. Amenities not existing and in bathroom some Renova dispenser those big public toilet ones God knows what were inside, beside not written what is what, and bad odor whatever inside in dispensers. The only amenity in room was a 2nd WW2 phone and not even a small info about ANYTHING. AC thermostat blocked on 20 degrees C, you like you don't like, you have only 20 so switch on or off no other choice. Second time in Flag Hotels and previous Desagravo Oliveira De Hospital also disappointed us few years ago. Almost forgot, really squeaky bathroom door who would wake up even neighboring hotel clients. Would avoid this hotel chain, Flag.

The location was excellent, quiet and close to the centre, room was clean and well presented, everything a little basic including breakfast, however more than good value if you consider price charged
They were accommodating to park my motorcycle directly outside reception for security and also it was within their own compound
I wandered down to see the Fatima shrine and was amazed at the incredible architecture, it was also worth watching a mass, even if you don’t follow the Catholic faith it is a spiritual experience, especially seeing the pilgrims arrive

Breakfast but it was adequate

If we had any problem the staff was absolutely helpful. Parking is a plus.
The rooms are a little bit old. The price / value is still good.

I would not recommend going to this hotel. The Aircondition didn't work and one of the staff members at reception offered us a complimentary bottle of wine but charged for it at check out. This used to be run by nuns however, it has been taken over by a hotel chain. The breakfast was the worst we have had in Fatima.

The place is clean located just 5 minutes walking distance from the sanctuary. Excellent place

The location was great and very close to the pilgrimage venue.
Toilet had not been cleaned;
No soap in the bathroom
Shower that does not work
Breakfast was so bad and a disgrace for the hotel to advertise is as breakfast. It wasn’t.
Overall a very dirty room giving we paid €135 per night. The room in our view was worth €30 or less.

The staff was so nice! They went out their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Free breakfast was lovely, and lunch delicious. Within 5 min walking distance to the sanctuary. Thank you!
Floor cleanliness, room temperature (was ok but could be warmer)
