Buena ubicación y personal amable y atento. 良い場所で、スタッフは親切で丁寧です。

El aparcamiento se paga (y es caro). Tiene pocas plazas y precisa de personal del hotel para ser utilizado. Si se llena te redirigen a un aparcamiento muy cercano que cuesta ¥600/dia (el hotel te cobra ¥1000/dia). 駐車場は有料で（しかも高いです）。スペースが少なく、利用するにはホテルのスタッフが必要です。満車の場合、近くの駐車場に案内され、そこは1日¥600です（ホテルでは1日¥1000かかります）。

Great value for money stay, close to izakayas and restaurants, 15min walk to kofu station

The onsen facilities and the free ramen supper. Room is small but adequate. Staff is very friendly.

The smoking room can use better ventilation, and the room toilet has a slight but perpetual sewage smell. The room deodouriser can be more effective.

近くにアーケードがあり、食事や買い物がスムーズでした。

駅近だったので仕方ない部分もあるが、車で行く場合タワーパーキングの所はあまり選びたくない。

食事は、良かった。また、表に出てくるスタッフの対応が良かっただけに、裏方さんも頑張って欲しいな

部屋がホコリっぽく、棚の上にホコリが溜まってる。アレルギーで体が反応しクシャミが止まらない、残念。床には毎回隅々まで掃除機を掛けるのが基本。頑張れ担当者さん

Great. Really liked Dormy Inn Kofu. Great base to explore Kofu.

Lovely staff. Good onsen and laundry facilities.

Taps were hard to turn both in shower and basin in room. Pillows were a bit hard.

Could be better in providing more options like La Vista Furano

I like the free usage of washing machine. Room is big enough for me. Free late night supper before 11pm. Very quiet environment which I like. Clean sheet before checked-in as I had skin itches on the first night in La Vista Furano, hence, I told the staff in Kofu branch that I require a clean sheet before sleeping. I have also requested for a city view, it was great. Also, I have requested front-desk staff to assist in booking for fruit picking Yamanashi. It was great that they managed to assist me on it as I had no Japanese phone number. Breakfast selection is lesser than what Furano La Vista offered and only ice cream is offered at night at the onsen level.

If there is private onsen, it would be great. The morning and night public bath is always crowded and noisy. The distance is approximately 15 minutes walk from Kofu Station and it would be best to go via the roundabout instead of cutting through the Kofu castle ruins because you don't want to be carrying your stuff up and down the stairs and slope. Would prefer if the probiotic drink was offered night time as well instead of just morning.

the room is perfect for me. the hotel provide complimentary sweets like ice cream and yakult ramen and jelly. the staffs are smiling all the time. the room is clean. i will come back again🙂

Fun and relaxing place to stay for business and recreational trips.

Food and service were excellent. Staff were really helpful. The property had so many additional features, which were very relaxing and made our stay more enjoyable.

Great family stay for 3 nights, very helpful staff

Nice rooftop onsen with free icecream, yakult, and ramen in the evening… Hoto at breakfast was great :)

staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a trouble with multiple reservation with a US travel website, which they helped to resolve.

Pillows could have been a bit better, they are a bit too small to be comfortable.

Superb

Compact, cozy, clean rooms. Roof top onsen was great, especially in the winter night during my stay. Staff are polite and hospitable. Location was easily accessible.

The massage chair was not operational, as it was under maintenance. Couldn't use Hotel's parking arrangement due to the height of my car. Needs to be clearly highlighted in accomodation details, that Breakfast is not free or complimentary. Rest is all fine.
