スタッフさん達がとても感じの良い対応していただきました。部屋広くて清潔で快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
プールがあることを忘れてたので次回は水着を持って行きます♪
お風呂が少し遠かったけどゆっくり寛げました。

The public bath and its facilities were good. It had both indoors and outdoors. The view in the day of the sea was good. The rooms were spacious. There were resort style clothing which was easy to wear, as compared to a traditional yukata.
The property is generally very dated and needs an upgrade. The location was quite hard to reach especially at night.
4.2
Große Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, viele Angebote. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Izu Halbinsel zu erkunden.
Man benötigt ein Auto. Sonst schwer zu erreichen.

Rooms in suite were large and comfortable, great views from room and large bathtub with large glass walls to view ocean, onsen was clean and outdoor section had great views, breakfast buffet had good food, for price of room and breakfast it was a very good bargain.
Breakfast chef did not make sunnyside eggs, and pool required bathing caps.

The view was breathtaking 😍😍
And it was clean and spacious 😊
None!

Room was spacious for family of 7. Buffet breakfast and dinner were also worth the price. Kids enjoyed indoor heated pool.
Pool times during weekday only open from 1pm-9pm.

The room itself is more like an apartment with fully equipped instruments to stay for a long term
4.2
there are loads of activities to spend your day.
guidelines are all in Japanese. would appreciate they prepare English too as the notices and advice given by kitchen (as we order dinner to enjoy at room) should be general and could be used frequently

The suite has two bed rooms, one living room, one kitchen and two toilets. You can have a good sea view from the balcony, such a good place for family accommodation.

the facilities and rooms were a little dated

All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Rooms and the condominium is spacious with incredible view of the ocean and Oshima Island. A quiet great place to getaway from the city. Food is delicious and satisfying.
Definitely coming back next time.

The view on the sea is amazing ! The hotel have plenty of activities! Staff were nice and helped me to access every part of the hotel with my wheelchair.
The buffet was good but for 6000¥ I have seen way better quality of food in others hotels or restaurants...

The property is easily accessible by car and provides a big parking space. We really liked the view from the room with excellent sunrise. The size of the room was excellent, onsens with amazing view and swimming pool made it a great family time for us.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. It was a pleasant stay overall.
The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
Amenities in the hotels are too good and it is resort like experience.
Location is remote place. hence, it is better if you have your own vehicle.
However, hotel has their own shuttle service for izu kogen station.
1. Kitchen was available but there were no utensils to cook or usage. Not even dishes. Hotel charges for utensils !!
2. Hotel provides 2 rooms , 1 hall with attached room with Tatami sheet and 2nd western style bedroom. We were just 2 adults and 1 kid. So we didn’t use 2nd room at all. Hotel should have some cheaper option with Hall and attached Tatami room only. It is enough.

The units were spacious, allowing families to spread out a little. The amenities were nice, including the billards and ping-pong in the main lobby, onsen and swimming pool. There is also a spa on site.
The view was very nice looking out over the valley at the ocean.
Kitchen are listed, but cookware or tableware are provided. The front desk requested an additional fee to have tableware--I think that is ridiculous to show a kitchen but provide no means to cook or eat in-room.
A car is definitely required, as the location is not near anything.

Breakfast buffet was good. French toast was excellent. Nice to have a pool table in the common area as well. Really good value for a suite with a separate room for kids.
Manual key and lock on the room door. Would have liked to have electronic key cards so each member of the family could have one.

I love everything in Village Izukogen. The swimming pool and onsen can use in any season. Many facilities can be use from spa, karaoke room, restaurant. And definitely very spacious room for big family. We would love to come back again.

The amenities were really great! The pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the onsen was relaxing for adults. The size of our room was really big and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was not as nice as we expected for the price. Maybe there are other updated rooms but not ours. There were stains on the carpet, the furniture was pretty worn out, the 2 beds were very firm, which I'm used to but I think the futon mattress was probably more comfortable. Hopefully all the suites get updated so the rooms match the rest of the lovely hotel.
