Incredible service. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. They fulfilled every request we had.
The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Room was immaculate and well serviced every day.

Ideal hotel! All was great: the staff, the room, the location, the restaurant.
No problems at all

The location, The amenities, The views, The bed and comfy.
The harassment by the security guards , they approached me as soon I checked in and telling that I can’t take videos of the property because their other guests don’t like it. Back at mansion was another security who said that I can’t access there for pictures or videos because that’s exclusive for another type of guest. It was a very bad experience, feeling that you only walked around and feel free if you’re celebrity.

Location but you could be anywhere in the world - better to find a boutique hotel that offers friendlier service
Reception staff trying to up sell .

facilities, staff, room were all great
beware of rooms on 12th floor. we were told we were upgraded but these rooms are very noisy. however the staff changed our room immediately and we were very happy overall.

Everything is what to expect from the city’s most exclusive hotel. The staff , the rooms, basically all facilities are perfect.
Fitness room and garden furniture need an update. Furthermore the pool water was not clear.

Hotel was great, clean, good customer service, bed very comfortable.
The hotel is somewhat far from most tourist spots in the city. You will need to cab around.
Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The staff at the Four Seasons are exceptional and made the stay very enjoyable. Special thanks in particular to Cristina on reception, Rocio at the concierge and Diego and Dorian at the bar.
I was travelling with work, and didn't properly understand Argentinean currency (see note below). The team was incredibly supportive as I worked to get the payment in cash. It is clear that their professionalism and care applies to every customer equally and is not linked at all to your perceived "status".
The concierge went out of their way to help me organise a trip to Iguazu Falls, even after we were no longer residents.
The welcome they gave to my boyfriend when he arrived in Argentina was so lovely, and really left a great impression on him for his first trip abroad in a number of years.
We didn't get to fully enjoy the outdoor pool because it was early spring, but I would love to visit again in warmer weather. The area is ideal for tourists or business travellers. The food in all three restaurants was amazing.
ON THE CURRENCY my tip - transfer money through western union online, collect pesos from western union on montevideo to get the favourable exchange rate (330ARS to 1GBP).
The style of the rooms was a little outdated, but it was what I would expect in a traditional hotel such as the Four Seasons.
